Such a toxic place to work with.
You talk a bit friendly to seniors the manager level people ask for one night stands, affairs and stuff.
You talk with your colleagues they blame you telling PDA.
The HR who is supposed to take actions for such behaviour also speaks these things only.
This is one of the worst place to work i have seen or heard or been so far.

Worst consultancy iam still having pf issues with this consultancy but no one responding till now.

Such a Worst consultancy ever see in my whole life. I would request to job seekers on a serious note please do not come in touch with such consultancy also ignore the emails and phone calls if you suppose to get a call for job.
They are running a scam which should be come upfront because of such consultancy job seekers face a lot of trouble. If suppose you got an offer from them, they do not give salary on time even they are getting salary from client but they do not disclose the salary because they take concession from both side (employee and client). I don't know how such consultancies are active in market.

The security department behaviour like a boss and a have meet that person name is tribhuvan. M perfectly respond and I like a behaviour of him thankyou

One of the worst consultancy I ever came across. The person who talked with me was so rude (Mr Shiv Hr department), no ethics at all such an unprofessional behaviour from his side.really disappointed

Fake people with no ethics. They contact you conduct interview send you all joining formalities, make you resign from your current job and then says sorry now the project is closed we can't hire you. If you believe them they will make you unemployed. They offered job in the name of IBM and then after I resigned from my current job they said now the Project has been closed.

Worst consultancy, there is no proper contact number to raise our queries regarding pf and other issues. If call get connected after listening the queries they will disconnect the call. Worst H R department, it's their responsibility to update employees details in EPF website to claim their PF.

Best place to work i am really happy that worked in alp. For fresher alp is best place to start there career

Had a great 3 years of experience with alp consulting ltd, very good environment and peoples are very friendly and helpful here.

This is My Personal Experience

I’ve received an Email stating that We (ALP) Hiring for Investment Banking Please attend the interview in Our Consultancy.

They said There will be 3 rounds of interviews

1) HR 2) Aptitude 3) Typing

I’ve Cleared TWO rounds & I got an Call From consultancy that You have cleared the Apti & U need to attend an Interview in Main company.

First of All Why did they conduct an interview in ALP?

In the Main branch I had been to interview few days back.
I don’t Know about the work but the Process of the interview & Behaviour of The HR is not So Good.
I don’t remember the HR name who took first round of our interview Sounds like he is Hater of our Regional Language (Kannada).

All the 3 Rounds process It got completed in the evening 8PM.

So Plan Accordingly Whenever you are attending for this Interview.

They don't bother about candidates who visited them.they just send candidates to the company and there HR people do so irresponsible interview

Worst consulting agency they don't give the experience after 10 reminder too. I have visited their office they tell me to send mail about it. And no one ever acknowledged the mail not the experience letter is not issued.

They have not updated my date of exit for two months and therefore i cannot withdraw my PF, customer service seems least bothered and always say " will get back to you after 10 min "

I got a call from Alp. That I got selected and asked my joining date. I got excited and they told me we are releasing your offer letter. I came to Jaipur. But no respond. Even they stopped to pick my call. Please do not play with the emotions of a job seeker. Run your business in a professional manner.you are consultancy you can charge to candidate for providing a Job.but you are not suppose to make us fool. A job seeker belongs to a middle class family. I know what is happening with me now. No support Even from family side.

Me and my friend have attended interview here and after 2weeks I got call stating ur selected for next round and we went to 2 different companies after all the rounds an the company hr will tell u consultancy will contact you regarding the feedback and it's been 3week even now no call from they when I tried to reach them they will tell we are yest to receive feedback from company. I better suggest all the other ppl not to attend any of the interview here this is a fake one they just schedule your interview that's all they do no job r been given. I tell u clearly that if u think this boy is telling nonsense u will get to know once you attend interview there.

It's one of the best consultancy in Bengalore we have to get placed in best MNC's in Bengalore. The staff over her look into us and try to place us in respective roles that we are capable off. I'm thankful of this consultancy and the staff members who got me to the place were I deserve. Thanks.

Especially, whenever you call for your results, the receptionist picks up the call and says, "Sorry, you are not selected". I am absolutely sure that he wouldn't even bother to check it with the HR's.
It ostensibly good as they tend to fake it.

I visited that place once it is very useful for the students.who have no job visit that place and prove yourself there. It is a consultency service based

It's a Consultancy for job I went there for interview 1st HR Round after Apptitude and told that inform later about result and I got call that I passed the Apptitude and have to go for company interview and they not shared me details and I call back in on Consultancy no. Not get positive response.
Upset by the behaviour.

Would recommending the cross check the take home from a company before hopping into the company. It was really poor experience for me as I had come to a shock to see when my take home had unbelievable deductions making it almost not half even of the CTC promised

They are very, very unprofessional. BLO##ODY CRI##MINALS. Walk in interview on portals is posted and is going on for 2 more days. When you visit their fu##kg office. Recruiters reply already selected. WTF post requirement? Is their any Management? Responisability?

I want to give minus rating, worst consultancy ever seen, recruiters are hopeless here especially Ms. Priya working there doesn't know how to treat the candidate and doesn't know to keep up her words. Just to achieve her target she will make the candidates to walk in, then after we can see her real face. And they will schedule the second round of interview but if the candidates go or don't go they are least bothered. Useless people an useless consultancy. Waste of time and money going her. I strongly won't recommend. Incase of package what they tell over phone will be totally different when we go for face to face interview. Shameless Consultancy.

People working dar they think they are too smart.they don’t know how to treat interview walk ins - the attitude that interviewer had as if he is super star.

Service is worst.the client company will hire only 1 candidate for so many candidates.my suggestion is please don't go and waste your time

Good organization to work, mostly kannadiga ppl, salary for fresher's is too low. Work environment is average. Still having a payscale of 2010
