Recently I had a laparoscopic surgery at Altius, Rajajinagar. I am really thankful to Dr. Ramesh and team. They took well care of me and treated me very nicely. All staff and nurses and even the security person are very friendly and supportive.

We experienced the birth of our child at Altius Hospital Rajajinagar, and the care provided by the hospital's nursing staff, housekeeping team, and doctors was truly outstanding.

The housekeeping staff were punctual and maintained cleanliness in room and hallway. The nursing staff were quick to perform essential checks for both the baby and mother, offering invaluable assistance to us as first-time parents.

Our overall delivery experience at Altius was flawless, making us feel like we were in the best possible hands throughout the journey.

We delivered our baby boy at Altius hospital. Dr B Ramesh doctor are well experienced with their team. Nurses took good care of us, they are well experienced with lot of knowledge. They took care of the baby with lot of care and patience. Altius gave us best possible care and treatment. The house keeping made sure our room was clean and sanitised frequently. Paramedical staffs were upto the mark.

We are all way from ERODE, Had a cesarean delivery at this hospital. The staff is excellent, well trained, and cordial. Our doctor was Dr. Akshaya who was the most kind, most supportive doctor one can ever have. She made all the correct choices even in critical situations to deliver us a healthy baby and a healthy mother. The nursing staff and the housekeeping is second to none. We had recently been there for the delivery of my second child and the overall experience right from the onset of my wife’s pregnancy to the delivery was immaculate, all thanks to Dr. B. Rameh and team.

They were very supportive and were always available.he made us very comfortable and was always ready to clear any doubts we had.

It was a c-section and the entire surgery went on very smooth. Big shout out for the Anaesthesia team headed by Dr. B. Ramesh who ensured that the pain was minimum at all times for my wife both during the surgery and post-op. Nursing care post-op was also exquisite and the staff were very patient and available round the clock.

The billing team were also extremely professional and they kept the interaction with me as minimal as possible while processing my bills was under way.

Lastly the valet parking services is a big plus as I did not have to waste anytime to find suitable parking space.

Kudos to the entire hospital for giving such a smooth experience and making our journey in welcoming our neonate pleasurable.

Its been 4 years we are trying for baby, finally got conceived.when am at 4th month.we came to know that we need to do surgery, Which is more complicated, but by gods grace, we had consulted doctor Dr. B. The location is such that we get everything we need. The attendants accompanying patients also need not worry, everything is available within 500 meter radius.

Dr Ramesh is indeed an experienced and a very good doctor. Unfortunately the hospital management is not letting people to approach Dr Ramesh. I have been to hospital twice only after getting confirmation from them that dr Ramesh is available but once I go to hospital they tell doctor is not available and they end up letting us to approach other doctors. If doctor is not available please do not give false messages that he is available and after we show up at hospital don't tell us he is not available and wait for an hour or so. If he is not available we understand we will not show up at hospital. I request hospital management to respect our time, and be honest with the patients. Really much disappointed for not respecting people's time.

My wife had surgery to be done. And I had visited atleast four hospitals. Thanks to Dr Ramesh who confidently suggested the right kind of surgery which was highly commendable. And I should thank the whole hospital team of doctors, Nurses, and other support staff for their selfless service.

Where someone just fell down and she got hand pain, they reffered her into the emergency ward and took xray and informed us that she has heartbeat variation need an ECG, We got. Know it is their business and we said no need to take ECG, FINALLY after one hour they gave 86 rupees tablets with 1150 other bill. What if someone with serious problem goes here! Can't even imagine. Please don't go or suggest this hospital to anyone

If any one coming in the hospital as a walk-in patient there will be no waiting time and quiet obvious that try their best to serve the walk-in patients too clean toilets. Dr. Ramesh is an expert in diagnosing perfectly and suggest very less tablets for less duration. Main thing is I couldn't see anyone is too embarrassing us. All are very polite in thier explanation. Staff co ordination very poor they don't know how to handle the patient. Dr. Ramesh is very good gentle man good dr. Not about dr. Hospital management is very worst no proper communication with patient and main dr. They keep awaiting long time for serious patients.
Hospital ward rooms are very pathetic condition no hygiene.only because of Dr. Ramesh patient comes to this hospital.

We had a surgical procedure for breast done here after reading reviews on practo etc, despite many other hospitals also offering similar procedures. And, we were not disappointed.
1. The rooms are clean and the patient bed is well designed for comfort and privacy, with movable curtain all around. The curtain rod comes above the patients bed, so it's like a private space within the same room. So even the attendant can read etc, without disturbing the patient.
Every room has cable TV, and attached bathrooms have individual geysers for hot water.
2. Most important in any hospital is post operative care. The nurses here were very patient, cooperative, and always accessible. Every floor had a senior head nurse.
3. Charges.most hospitals would not allow us to get in unless an advance is paid.
Here till the surgery was completed, nobody even spoke about charges. In fact only a few hours after the surgery, we paid an advance as well as Pharmacy bill. Costs too were reasonable when compared to corporate hospitals.
My full marks to the team at Altius.

Doctor Ramesh is very polite and understands to patient problem very patiently, handles the problems very easily and simple manner. We have visited for laparoscopy surgery in this hospital. Dr Ramesh is a very good doctor who helped our problem very quickly.also am very thank full to Dr Akshaya who helped us very much. She is one of the doctors who give mentally support to patients. Both the doctor is down to earth. But also there is a lot of communication gap between doctors and other staff (nurses, and reception area) that should be taken care.
