Amba Bajaj

Mine is a 4 year old NS160, & I only service it in company showrooms. I feel only washing is done once I got the bike back. 2.1K I paid, still I don't feel any difference but the feeling is comfort of riding is reduced. It's the most unsatisfactory service I ever had in my 15 years of driving experience.

I went for the service for my bike dominar 400 1 month back and It was the worst experience of my life, my bike tank odo meter button was damage, tool kit strap under seat is missing, called so many times, email to the customer support no help still, I bought amc but of no use I was charged over priced, didn’t get Teflon coating, bike wash for free as it was promised to me when I bought amc, I will never recommend Amba Bajaj to anyone. Horrible customer support and staff

Full Amount was paid 1week before only they had promised to give bike on Friday. But when I visited showroom for bike delivery, their was no bike in showroom. I had to complaint on showroom to take the delivery and later they just gave bike and key, without even proper talking to us. Very disappointing now regretting that I should have chosen Royal Enfield. Don’t know still what all I have to see in Bajaj Services in future. Bajaj teach your staff not to loot customers. If they are honest and trustworthy more people will buy your company bikes. Build Trust first I can see everyday everyone fighting in services during billing and unnecessary and unwanted charges! Your loot is worst than traffic police.

Pathetic service… given vehicle for service and in the name of service they just changed oil and washed the vehicle. When asked about why other things were not done, arrogant answers came. Saw first time these type of service staff who doesn’t want to listen and just wanted to have an argument. When asked whom I can complain no information was given.

Won’t recommend anyone to get service done from this service centre.

And bill is always double then the estimate.

I have given for general service and bike is in good condition.i was expecting the final around 3k to 3.5k which includes engine oil and battery. Surprisingly the bill amt is 5100rs which show 2400rs is only labour charges.when I ask to superviser about labour charges he says it's common amount we charge for general service.

Recently Serviced my Bajaj Pulsar 150 Bike, It has buy from another showroom & another location. But, Truly Service response and Approach has not loosed a pinch drop also for other showroom of same company. It's really good approach from Bajaj Service manager (Amba Bajaj).

I have done my bike Service last week. They have charged 7000+ amount. I am 0% satisfied with my bike Service. I advice please don't go to this place. They charge simply high price no quality work

Went to take delivery of my brother's dominar 250. The delivery perper work was nice and smooth. The place where they could improve is they are delivering the vehicle in the basement where there is dead dark and no proper light. Customer has kind of expectations where you guys have a formal delivery ceremony like, giving dummy key and customer take pics with his family or something like that. This is not correct in terms of vehicle delivery. Hope you guys correct it.

They are just cheater they will do nothing but bill not less then 5k for new bike really they are big cheater plz be careful.they'll tell you many things but will not do anything

Worst service!

No customer courtesy, no proper updates. Given for third free service, no one updated the vehicle status till 6.00 pm after that I had to call them several times to know the vehicle status. When called, got to know that they did not touch the vehicle the whole day. I was forced to visit workshop after 6 pm and they did the service in a hurry bury. Don't even know whether they have changed the oil. Also not attended other complaint given along with service.

Pathetic. Even bajaj auto doesn't care about their customer once the vehicle is sold.

I bought my Dominar from Amba bajaj. I had worst experience on the delivery time and service.
1) During delivery they dont do any pre delivery checks, my vehicle was full of scratch on muffler and from body parts were hanging. On next day only i got everything fixed.

2) On my first service i have given the vehicle on morning 9am, i was informed that i can come and collect the vehicle at 1pm, i reach around 1: 30 and they told it will take only 10minutes. But i got my vehicle at 4pm.

Worst customer support and service.and there won't be any person to contact when you have any concern.

Only good thing I felt was the approch from the manager.

Service center - poor service. Service engineers do not seem to be interested in inspecting the bike. After asking me to come at 6pm, I had to wait for more than an hour to take delivery. Would not recommend them to anybody.

They are adding unnecessary charges so it's better once your free service done go for local service center.you will get minimum 500 to 700 rs bill difference with better service.also be present at the time of service.

I bought a Pulsar NS200 here.
Had a fairly good experience while buying it. But all the extra fittings have been charged very high prices compared to other outlets and even the quality is worst, my seat has started to tear off just within 3 months from the purchase.

Don't buy any extra fittings here. Just buy the vehicle and get the fittings outside.

I have a pulsar 200 rs which I do service almost everytime here but now a days their services are not upto the mark.

Ideally service charges should be around 800-900 for normal 150cc bike.but Amba Bajaj treats its bike as car and gives a bill around 1500-1800.organized loot is going on.and bajaj is not looking into this!

As @Sandeep Kumar said if u walk out of this place without any issue consider yourself lucky.still gave my bike for repairing because of some positive reviews.then I got to know I'm completely wrong.my rs200 has some electrical issues.wanted to give in Bajaj service center.so I went and give for repairing.got call after 2 days says that sir your bike is ready u can come and collect.went there and paid bills and everything.went to take bike and tried to start the bike, now here is the thing bike didn't started.earlier when I came for repair bike was in working condition now not.question is what they have done for 2 days.this service center only know two things 1.changing engine oil, 2. Water wash.
I completely disappointed. (remaining I'll write after getting the bike). Sadly it's been 3 days bike is in showroom

I only prefer Amba Bajaj as they have top class mechanics. They are really professional and will give ample amount of time to make ur machine keep going. Going back and forward in the building is a bit hectic. Overall nice experience so far

Took my #Dominar for its third #service. Though a very cramped service facility, the staff manages the vehicles well. The service manager, Babu heard out all the problems and also gave me some info/insights. He seemed to have very good knowledge about #D400s. He was listened to the problems and also responded well. The issues were also addressed them during service. Pravin who happens to be the Works manager proactively checked my bike and inquired on certain aspects. They were fair in terms of not inflating the bill unnecessarily, like just topping the oil instead of replacing as the oil was in good condition.
Overall experience and service levels are much better than the Pune Service center (I have recently moved to Bnglr)
All in all positive feedback. So far.

I had bought Pulsar 150cc black bike in 2009. The bike really had no single Problem till the time i sold after 6years. They had also arranged hassle free Finance on bike. So far Good experience with Amba Bajaj. Keep up the good work!

Timely follow up and service. The only inconvenience is you have to collect the invoice from the ground floor then go all the way up to make payment etc.

Servicing fee is too hight. They can easily manipulated customer, persuading them to replace some major bike parts even if bike is in good running condition. Please be aware of those mechanics.

Got my first bike from this place more than 10 years back! Place got shifted to other side of the road due to metro construction. Very good experience of getting my bike serviced from them over the years.

I gave 2 stars because behaviour of service executive is rude (not satisfactory). I took my pulsar 150 bike to this showroom.it had leakage problems of lubrication oil.when I informed it to service agent.he told we don't attend such problems u better take our bike to some other showroom.he gave me his friends garage no.which is near bommanahalli.

For this I asked - why Can't you attend that problem.

He told me - we have to replace whole casing of lubrication oil.it costs around Rs 3500.
And also engine was noisy.so reboring costs would be Rs 10,000.
Total it may cost u Rs 14,000.
So better go to my friends garage.there he will do it for less amount appropriately Rs 7000.and he gave me his friends garage number.

My question is -Is he working as a broker/ agent for his friends garage which is located at Bommanahalli.sending customer to his friends garage.

I wanted to complain this to the management.but I was busy that day so came back.and also I didn't want to spoil his career in company.
Kindly take actions. I don't know that guys name

Gave my bike many times here for servicing. But this time i have to give 1star since 0 Rating is not available. Few days back i gave my bike for servicing. Exactly after 5 days my bike was stopped in the middle of the road while driving. After pressing the choke button it started with 2 kicks and it happens 3 to 4 times on the way. Fuel was less so i filled 100rs petrol from the bunk. Since i always prefer particular bunk to do full tank. After that this starting issue didnt came and went to this show room to address the issue. Because servicing was done 5 days back. They took the test drive and it was working fine and once the service executive raised the bike for some time it stopped and it didnt start and he told me that engine has some issue and we have to change some parts of it and it costs around 12k. I was shocked and asked how come this issue comes with in 40k and many of friends bikes are riding 80k+ with good condition. Then i asked them to start the bike so that i can go to any other mechanic and take second opinion. In the mean time they took my bike to second floor and remove all the parts and told me that it is not starting. There was no other option forme. So I asked them to do it. Next day the called me and asked me to collect the bike with a bill of 11899Rs. Next day i took bike to the office and again same thing was happened. Still fuel was less and i did a full tank before going to the showroom. I went to the show room and told about this. Then the show room guy told that this is due to some other issue and he will fix it. I was amazed with his response and asked then why you asked me to go for engine work. For that he said some nonsense story and he told me that i will check it. Next day he called me and told me that sir i checked the bike by keeping in start mode for sometime and nothing has happened and its working fine. Later i took my bike from them and never faced this issue again. Even he told me that it may because of low fuel after hearing from my side. Conclusion of the story is they charged me unnecessarily and took almost 12 k for nothing but fine for a keeping less fuel in bike. It was low fuel issue. Not any engine issue. I will never ever go to this place again. Instead i will go to local mechanic.and after this engine issue they gave me a bonus also by damaging back side alloy rim.
