Ambica Homestay

Our stay at Ambika's Homestay was very pleasant. Monthi Mam takes care of the entire place and she is a very lovely and friendly person. Makes you feel at home.
The place is neat and tidy and well maintained. Mam sorted our plans in a flash and also helped with Cab and Auto facilities for day trips and to visit nearby local places in Madikeri.
Unfortunately, during my stay I felt sick but Monthi Mam took great care and immediately arranged for a doctor's visit. Post this, I was able to resume my sightseeings for the day.
That's when I realised the greatest advantage of staying in a good homestay like this. Had it been elsewhere, my entire day would have been spoiled.
Overall I had a very good experience staying there. Definitely recommended.

Place is nice and clean. There's no parking for large vehicles.hot water available once a day. I suggest taking your own bed sheets if you have issues with stains, it's a homestay and not a hotel, they won't be able to change those sheets. Breakfast (optional) was home cooked and tasty.

It's a lovely place run by a lovely person. Its budget friendly and in the centre of this beautiful town.

Superb homestay. Very soft spoken and helpful owner. Neat spacious and ventilated rooms.
