One good premium stay provided by Devasthanam. Suites and double rooms available. Good staffs. Well maintained area, parking avilable. Its located near lalithambika gust house. This property is donated by a devotee.

Yo! So for the price (500 rupees) it's one of the best rooms I've had since I arrived in India. It's not luxury or the cleanest, but just what's necessary.
No bad smell, clean sheets, operational toilet, enough to recharge electronic devices, light and operational air conditioning (although the bathroom light went out at times).
With the little restaurant next door, it's a nice duo.
People are cool and not abusive in taking advantage of a stranger. Many, for a similar room, offered me 800 to 1000 rupees and then sometimes even much less clean.
There, I found them really cool in their price and their service.
