Ammara Tours International

I don’t think Ammara tours international deserves even a single star. They are liars and they are literally cheating people by taking money committing to a certain dates and then play around by giving excuses and literally making people wait for months. I have heard similar stories from numerous people and they still continue to do that. Everything they say about hotels and respective distances is a lie. You literally have to eat same food all the days. Every person in the group had complaints on each and everything but I don’t think they even care about it. I don’t want to name specific person’s name but each and everyone part of Ammara are doing a business of cheating people. Since they take 10k-15k less compared to other travels, they do provide equally worst service. They don’t book direct flights and practically impossible layover time for the connecting flights just to save money. We literally missed the flight and struggled in the airport with my kids and elderly parents. They don’t even bother to respond to your calls and messages. Until you pay them entire amount, they will attend all your calls. At the end of every conversation with them, they will ask for the amount (if balance amount to be paid). In the name of Umrah they literally are looting innocent people who trust them with their hard earned money. When I planned to cancel to go with them as they kept on lying about the dates and requested them to return the payment, I overheard them saying how they planned to make me beg to get back my own money. We literally caught them red handed when they were not answering our calls and confronted them and they got baffled.

To summarise, my sincere request not to opt for Ammara tours international as your hard earned money is at risk. Don’t fall for fairly less amount they take (though 80k is not a less amount). Better pay 95k and go with other well known travels. I really don’t know what answer these people will give to Almighty Allah. May Allah grant them hidayath to not cheat people.

My parents had the worst experience ever, it was their first time and this tours made a horrible journey for them.

Whoz thz one plus It was a nice experience with AMMARA. All kind of services were given by ammara through out the journey. Food was delicious, laundry service was also good and all kind of transfers best and comfortable. We had a enjoyable and relaxing journey with AMMARA TOURS.

Worst experience never go to umrah from this tours his attitude changes as soon as he takes money

The best travel agent.in the most needed hour he arranged for my emergency visa at midnight and I got into the flight the next morning. I am always thankful for this help which was really commendable. Thanks a lot

Perfect place for travelling for umrah and baghdad cooperative company took care very well

We had been to Shimla Manali trip for a week. Driver Jassi was assigned to us. He was so polite all through the trip. He guided us each n every place while traveling. We had a pleasant journey throughout. We would definitely like to travel again with such a humble person. Thank you Jassi bhai.

Worst service provided by this travel agent.
The hotels provided by them were stinking when complained, they requested to do adjustment.

Good service provided by Afzal. Provided hotels close to Grand Mosque in Makkah and Madina.

Afzal has to improve the quality and quantity in providing food, cooperating with Hajis, helping Hajis in Airports, guiding Haji's during their pilgrimage, pre-planing of the stay in Makkah and Madina.
