The bakery might be good, but not the people working out there.

I ordered allo bun in the store but gave me chicken bun in the box.

Vegetarian people be aware here, thy deliver wrong orders every-time. Didn’t matter if you order veg, they might delivery non veg

Also they don’t have that common sense to heat the items ordered. We will specifically need to tell them to heat

Cake delivered with wrong design in spite of charging premium for the design. The end product and design was horrible.
It was a birthday cake, we had to take it anyway.
Staff support was horrible, they don't even take time to understand what we are communicating.

Ammaz actually made my day. It was an occasion of my daughter to celebrate her 12th birthday and the surprise cake from here actually made it more spl for her on her day, as it was the most wonderful thing that she dreamt of. There was no bonds for her joy after seeing her favourite cartoon designed so well on her spl day. Tq Amma, continue the good work ever n ever

They won’t deliver the cake on time if we say we will collect the cake by 7 they won’t give until 8: 30 worst service before it was food now a days it becoming very worst try to deliver on time

Pathetic attitude of Staff. They don't deliver as ordered. They display something and deliver something. Not bothered to answer if you question them. Poor crowd management during COVID times. If the paper you give is not a bill, Why are you not giving the bill to the customer?

Pastries as always tastes the best, customer service could be improved a notch up, mainly channelizing select+order+bill. They try their best to maintain covid precautions but without shoppers help they can't!

The store people don't care for customers, they need only money after taking the order they are careless in preparing the cakes, when you go to collect the cake then they will start preparing, do dramas and give you.due to these kind of staff Amma's reputation will be gone. Disappointing quality/taste and finishing. Better get from small bakery.

Worst customer service. Ordered some stuff through online and paid the amount. When went to shop, the items were not available and the staff did not respond properly for queries. They promised to refund the amount within 24 hrs but still waiting for that for more than 20 days with many follow-ups. Have decided no more buying from Amma's pastries. Request all not to order anything from here through online unless you are sure that the items are available.

I really had a worst experience ever. The staff over their don't care for customers, they need only money, after taking the order they are careless in preparing the cakes, when you go to collect the cake then they will start preparing.
I was continuously asking for the store manager to speak but no one is even replying, they wasted so much of our valuable time by doing dramas.
When I started to ask refund my money back since it's not ready all the staff started arguing, after that some lady appeared seems to be a store manager & said it's not possible.
It's better to order a cake from a roadside bakeries.

Sirvice is not up to the mark they will sow somthing in a catalogue and give a different cake not worth of spending 1000s of rs

4 star is given for quality. Sale's personnel in particular females are not respect towards customer. Rude response one star for them

Local bakery is better. I bought this sponge cake, I cud hav broken a window if I had thrown at it. It was tat HARD. When u tell them they don't even care.

I had been to this shop to order cake
First thing, security did not let me in while others or casually going in and out. May be because I was on burmuda?
Second thing, nobody was available at the counter to take the order
Third, the one who took the order did know item code and wasted my time
Untill we asked they did not ask for the photo when I'm actually ordering photo cake

They have a complete album for cakes and you can chose accordingly with respect to the weight and design of the cakes. I selected A Donald duck design cake for my daughter birthday and the cake was simply superb. Ammas is a brand name and they live upto it. The price in the menu card is different when you order the price changes.if you are honest please display the design charges also in the menu card.charging Rs. 300 for design per kg is too much cake cost 430+300 per.kg. 8 kg.cake costs 3200 for designing charge 4200/- why someone will buy 8kg cake without design.it was not a wadding cake the cake was for 80th birthday hope management will understand.is it possible to make a cake without design.if possible please display design less cake in your counter.

Yum pastries, cakes. Delicious donuts cup cakes. Just tastey eatables. Best for parties and celebrations. Always best with the quality. Always crowded that says the quality of the items made here. Very reasonable price. And worth for your money. I give 5stars. Cos I always buy cakes/pastries from Amma's as the name it feels like mom taste

Staff is this store are super busy. Hand been there to select a ca he got my don't first birthday. They attend you at bill desk only when they finish gossiping among themselves or only after they finish one level in Mobile games. I almost waited peacefully for 15 minutes for a staff to shore up.

Visited this place especially for its Tiramisu and Blueberry Cheesecake pastry. Loved them both and would love to keep ordering them again and again. The price is very affordable and nothing like it burns a hole in the pocket.

Always the best and would prefer it over any other cakes or pastries. Speciality: - Very tasty and at reasonable rates whether bulk or individual. Their snacks also is a must try

Quality of cakes is very good here. But recently I bought a six wonders pastry and it's dry. Here everything is costly, so we expect good quality. But quality is diminishing.
