One of the worst contract I ever seen.without any certain reason they removed me from company. I'm working In Bangalore In Amphenol interconnect company. My supervisor asked me to do OT In my company they are not giving money for OT so I refused to do it. So he directly said if u can't do OT then leave job. There no such law to remove a worker without reason.and OT should be double paid here they make us to work free for 4hrs. I asked them to give me letter for termination they spoke rudely.while joining they said me 8hrs 18k salary now im getting 12 hrs 14k salary without ESI and PF SERIOUSLY I GO AND FILE A COMPLAINT IN LABOUR COURT AND OFFICE. The worst employee In Ep department Is Mr Anand I'll file complaint

Located in good place.
I was visited there as Candidate for interview,
It's upset for me bcz, they are simply called me without checking my complete profile, after that they asked like u don't have what we except experience.

Thing is not only me, in any where or anyone is called for interview first they has look the profile in deep then should call.
(from this we lost TIME, and money too).

Other than they have finished early, that's only good thing happened there.

Lots to learn

One of my friend and i interviewed here last week and even Consultancy people also don't know in which company hirings are going on they will call you for Interplex and they will make you wait for the interview near the road side upto 1-2 hours and later they will say in this company no vacancies right now so we will refer you to another company (Amphenol) in Electronic City only and there also same thing will going to repeat they will also make the candidate wait for too long time outside near the road and later they take interview and they will select even 10th or 12th pass-out candidates even those candidates are not aware about the electrical and electronics companies process mostly and they will reject for mainly ITI and Diploma candidate in interview by giving silly reasons and that you don't know Kannada fluently and for few candidates they even don't provide any feedback at all andlater they will call you after 2-3 days to whom they rejected during interview and say if you will be ready to work for less salary like 11.9k to 13k which they will be providing to 10th and 12th pass-out or fail candidate then they will hire you happily.what kind of sense of humour they have for hiring process just only for cable taping work even my friend founded most ofthe candidates who are 10th fail and don't even know anything how to work or communicate and they people are working there then why they are rejecting the ITI and Diploma candidate while conducting fake interview just wasting candidate time for this silly cable taping work during interview process very very disgusting and ridiculous management and interviewer.

Amphenol company is making circular connector and its back shell and also making inner and outer wire harness.

It's been an year working in this company. It's actually a good place to kill your time while earning some money (For contract based workers), your qualifications doesn't matter here, Even the house keeping guys gets more respect than us. This is a company with zero work ethics, They treat us like slaves (Cable harness production department). You can not give any suggestions they won't take any feed back frm us. Recently they fired 40 contract based workers for no reason, nobody's there to ask why, no notice periods Nothing, some guy there had some power and he used it. Those guys didn't do anything wrong in their work but still they got fired (outpass), I don't know what the HR department is doing here. Have anyone thought abt what will those 40 ppl do to feed themselves or thier family, wish I could tag the management team and ask this question here, All you guys are doing is hire & fire like sheep's. There is a lot to say & all that is a negative feedback. It's an MNC just for name, but everything inside is worst politics, they won't even provide a proper food for us, if you are thinking to join this company I recommend you to not. Please a find better place with a good working environment.

This is Very Bad Company in electronic city.

India's biggest Electroplating department here. Amphenol is Not Name it is The Brand Nice place healthy Atmosphere.and job also good. No hard work only smart work.

Employees and causal workers have lot of difference.i should treat same as casual n employees. I request to management. At least in food
