Amphitheatre Tesco Bengaluru

Amazing place with very good work life balance. Tesco has a huge campus with lot of greenery inside and also has a name as GREEN campus. Work culture is pretty good too.

First i need to tell things which is going on here

Team equality is not there

They dont know how to allocate the work for each person

They will assign more work in one person and other persons in the same team they are enjoying and roaming everywhere

Team leads need to support the employees who are associate and seniors but they sare commenting in sarcastic manner in work location which is not correct

They is no self respect for a woman working here

I dont know one thing what managers are doing if they dont know to manage team and work allocations then why they are?

Salaries which is not related to work i can say very less salaries

Equality of men and women is important thing in any corporate companies but here there is no equality

Work pressure is more here they will tourcher the team members to work in option holidays also which is worst thing

Womens are not feeling comfortable to work at workstation

Need to improve the management a lot.

Need to give the equality of men and women at workstation

Need to give sufficient resources for the particular work

Assigning two resources work for one person which is really bad here management can save money but employees are working under more pressure

If the work need to do by two persons and sufficient resources are there they can do their work with quality if assigning two persons work for single person how they wolud maintain quality while they are working under more pressure need to take care employee not working under measure which is important factor

Need to change they talking way of team leads and managers in workstation like useful not as sarcastic manner

I can say one thing
Please improve all this and make a women working comfortable at workstation which is important for tesco growth.

Company is good. However your career growth and financial growth depends on the managers though you work hard they point their fingers at you.if you don't prise your manager and senior managers.they only gives the promotions and good Hike to the person who prizes them a lot without any reason.they doesn't know how to treat team members eqally.they don't even know how to manage the team and work allocation.they give the work to one parsan in the team.and remaining team mate can roam around the campus they can chill.they can do everything they want to.

One of the worst experience I had with tesco.one of the cheat and Worst company in banglore. So tesco will cheat candidates.candidates should back tesco. If you want to join the company join the company take one month salary and jump to another company. Then only this cheatable tesco companies will learn. Don't join this company. Just keep offer but don't join if u join there will be no future.

Hi I want share an my worst experience on tesco.actually I am BE graduate few people from Tesco India cheated near 1.5 lakh for an job 1.) Raj ganesh 2.) John lebason 3.) Harsha they cheated more than 3 months I have full evidence what they were spoken to me pls any one help me.

Learned many things from tesco, but achieve nothing. Its a good place to work but politics ruins everything. I was very unlucky that i got into a wrong team over there.

Beautiful campus well maintained, enhances the calm and peaceful environment for both work and fun. Campus conducts various events and programs, passionate employs and guests, delegates participate in those program. Parking for the visitor is a challenge, probably they are encouraging the shared economy transport solutions such as Uber and ola. The cafeteria has both veg and nonvegetarian sections, food makes sure that you don't sleep post lunch. If you want to sleep, have it out side.

Located inside the Tesco HSC campus, it has two badminton courts that are regularly used by the employees. It serves multiple purpose as a space for townhall or in house functions as well. It is well maintained and taken care of however it has its own share of problems.

This a kind of multipurpose theater for internal Tesco functions. And it has two big badminton courts inside. I played badminton here multiple times. And felt nice
