Ample people are really dumb uneducated who don't know value of money just playing with customers due to their negligency after payment they told they billed for wrong product and no proper refund message what they playing with our lacks together money be serious boss we are coming seeing apple products treat customer properly and train your employees properly

I deeply regret to write this mail, we (family) came to your showroom @ Orion Mall for availing festival discount offer and spent our valuable time of 3 Hrs. After making full payment your sales team Mr. Dhanush & Mr. Praveen spoiled our festival occasion, Time & Money by doing wrong invoice / product ie, purchased for 128GB iPhone 14 Plus but they billed for 256GB & now they are demand for difference payment of Rs. 10k which is not acceptable.

We trusted Ample is well reputed Apple Store in Bengaluru but very much disappointed with your sales team attitude & refused to give alteast 128GB product for the payment already paid off.
We don't get diwali festival offer & occasion.

It seems that UA brand is running by uneducated management who has given all the responsibilities to the 8th class fail cluster manager who always eat tambako khani in the store don't know how to deal with the customers and make money from store expense and spreading his own people to all stores to make only money making fool the organization only and even there is no proper HR
coordination with its employees HR also scared from Cluster manager one day for sure the company image will be down I will not suggest anyone to work with this company.

My review is for their service centre (located in front of their corporate office).

1. As is the case with all other Apple product distributors/service personnel, they have zero in-depth knowledge.

2. All they can do is run software diagnostics and read the report to you. If it’s an iPhone or Watch issue, they will reset it and bill you for it, which you can do for free at home.

3. If your iMac, Macbook or any Apple computer broke down, consider it dead. These people do NOT know what they’re doing. They don’t even open the casing to check hardware errors.

4. When my iMac broke down, they billed me ₹2,000 only for running basic diagnostic softwares. They did not even open it. They couldn’t figure out what was wrong.

5. After watching several Youtube videos, I purchased the necessary tools myself and opened it. I took the whole unit apart, fixed it myself, and regretted having wasted ₹2,000 on these idiots.

First of all Prashant who took the interview do know how to speak English just wasted my time Mr. HR how will you judge a guy he is unfit for the job for just not answered 1 question. And Prashant speak proper English. Come I will show how to do BRS.

HR Anil taken the interview for onsite support and keep fooling me my resume is on hold they screening for other candidate ample company don't have capacity to pay high salary simple keep telling me resume is on hold wasting time and fooling me resume is on hold. Don't ever try this company for interview wast your time and Anil HR also do time pass it fill with is stomach radiculous company wasting time

It’s official. These guys can’t repair your apple products because Apple makes it so unrepairable. Just charge a lot of money.

I was scheduled thru apple site for a MacBook service at mantri square, Bangalore. Been waiting for 1 hour and when I opened my laptop accidentally, someone said they don't do for MacBooks at mantri and directed me for RT Nagar. My token was never called even to let me know that I was at the wrong place and I don't know how. Also, all of their centers are not listed properly. Worst service!

They neither know how to repair I phone nor have the business acumen to treat customer. Still they have Seminars on 'Business Acumen'. At least agree on the screw up and pay back the amount that you have charged. Complete cheat show!

Had been here in 2015 to repair my 2010 model Macbook Pro. There was a weird "rattling" noise coming from the left fan. Went to the service center. Gave them my macbook and explained to them the problem. They said they will inform me when its fixed. So I left. I get a message the next day saying my laptop is fixed. So I go to pick it up. And to my shock, the rattling noise from the fan was still there. When i told that to the guy attending me, he replied "Thats the normal noise sir. There was dust particles in the fan and we have cleaned it". I replied "Listen to the right fan and left fan, the sound from the left fan is considerably louder than the right". Here comes the most shocking part, he replies "There is only one fan in your macbook sir". I was like "What! I am so sure that my macbook has 2 fans". But he still kept on saying that my macbook has only one fan and that was the normal noise. I was not in a mood to get into an argument. So I stopped.

He then said "Thats all sir. Thank you". I was surprised that he didn't ask for any service charge. But I still wanted to make sure, so I asked "So isn't there any charge for this? " He looked quite confused and asked "Is your macbook under warranty" I said "I am not sure. Maybe not, since this is a 2010 model". He says "wait a minute", goes inside and comes back and says that I will be charged 1685 Rs for the service. I promptly paid him the money and left the service center. I felt like I was charged just because I asked him if there were any charges. Shouldn't he be knowing that a Macbook Pro bought in 2010 is obviously out of warranty, and even if he thought my macbook is under warranty, he should have asked for the receipt of purchase of my macbook, which is always the process when you service a product which is still under warranty. This whole part about charging felt very fishy and very inexperienced of him for not knowing that my laptop is not under warranty.

So I got back home and noticed that the fan noise had increased, just like it was before I took it to the service center! With the help of my friend I opened up my macbook and the dust particles were all there on the 2 fans and other parts and it made me wonder if they even opened up my laptop!

After this I wrote to their manager about this whole issue, and she requested me to come back to their service center and that my problem would be fixed free of cost. But I never went back, because I don't stay in Bangalore and I had lost my trust in them. Instead I wish they just refunded me. I am not concluding that Apple is bad. But for sure this service center is the worst. Better go somewhere else.

My 25 days old iPad Pro charger/adaptor stopped working, they said they would take 6 days to replace the charger, I have Apple Care plus too and it was purchased in Hongkong. After about 5 days they refused to replace the charger/adaptor. I thought taking 6 days itself was too much but now they have refused to replace it! Would have given 0 if there was an option.
