Amrutha Heights

Decent living society. Rent is on the expensive side. Almost everything is just round the corner.be it grocery or household items. Finding a cook maybe difficult though for bachelors. Maid charges are pretty high in this area (10k/month for 4 members) as compared to Marathalli area.

Amrutha heights phase II is a wonderful project located in a prime location and the team over there has helped me alot to unlock my dream home. Special thanks to Anees and team and for shivam and ruby helped with legal and banking process respectively.

Recently booked flat in Amrutha phase 2. Laal, venkat and Saraswati had helped me to explain the all required things and get the deal done. All basic amenities are there and it is situated at very good location.

I have purchased a 2bhk flat and very much satisfied with the purchase.
Good quality of construction. Product value is very good. Location oriented.proximity to metro and IT offices in Whitefield. Close by to metro/bus stand.
The entire team and the management of Amrutha are highly helpful and reachable at any time. Their handholding throughout the process is great which I didn't get earlier in my first home purchase from a leading builder.

Really genuine builder with reasonable price and in best location which is like a dream for any first time buyers. No need to stay out side Bangalore city as this is in the heart of Whitefield. I booked my flat here. Special Thanks to sales person LAL for helping through out the process and understanding buyers request.

Most honest builder I have ever came across, done all things as promised. Quality of construction is top class. Even builder done maintenance for few years it was exceptional good with min maintenance.

Locality is good. A Khata document has been given by builder. OC was also issued. Overall it's good society.

Have received OC, A khata. Best part of it is well formed apartment layout, excellent location.

Don't rent in B3 Block unprofessional landlord with full of attitude she has no common sense to speak with tenants

If we ask them why you guys charged this kind of questions they get irritated after paying maintenance they charged extra for cleaning and all, They deducted huge amount form diposit

Unprofessional and pathetic Builder. Never buy the flat. He didn’t handover the flat in professional manner. Illegally constructed pent house.

Very good location and amenities.
Best price in Bangalore and in fact my flat value has appreciated very much since the price the company gave me was very good.
Few hiccups along the way which are common in such high rise buildings are now solved.
The quality of construction is also very good.
The company has now solved the few problems we earlier had and handed over the building to the association officially.

Work is being done very fast and everything is good. Buying right now will save a lot of money as the prices are now low

Best price in whitefield and very good quality of construction. The staff is polite and are upfront about everything.

1) Pathetic builder and very unprofessional
2) Amenities are missing which was communicated at the time of buying flat.
3) No oc is given instead partial oc is given and adjustment land is merged without owner consent.
4) Builder always talk rudely and abusing language with owners.
5) always threatened to owners with his power.

Never invest in any Amrutha heights project.

Location is good but too much traffic noise in the first block.
Too many cows on the road.

Small work takes a lot of time to complete.eg.

1) we shifted a month back to this project. Before shifting I have taken half days and leaves of almost 15 days from work just to get the work complete.

2) After shifting I am struggling in daily life with the Builder to complete basic things at my place:

a) Electrician: Half of my home plugs are not working. No other electrician is ready to work on it and they suggest to get it done by builder Electrician, Builder electrician is not responding to calls and Builder employees also not ready to reply properly. They will always say Electrician will come tomorrow, but no one will show face and you will end up sitting at home for whole day losing work.b) Carpenter: My door locks are not working, asking builder to send their carpenter on which they completely denied saying Carpenter is working on their new site so they can't send 1.c) UPVC work: UPVC doors are broken or locks of same are broken, on repetaed request also they are not sending anyone.d) the painting work: its not done properly

Purchasing flat from this builder is as good as building own standalone building, all the headache from calling to heir staff for work done to make your flat worth staying is on you.

This project is new one but not maintained by builder, as per the residents, builder has taken big amount to maintain but they are just money minded.
Gym most of the equipments are broken: Means poor quality equipmets were purchased and there is no service from vendors.
Pool: Phathatically degined, no change room, bathroom are inside gym and are in very bad conditions just like bus stations bathroom.no cleaning. No rule for using pool.
Water: like other appartment this also run on water tankers, builder has charged money on name 7 borewell but none is working.but just besides to appartment a other borewell is use to fill tankers. No cavery water.
Green Area: Hardly maintian, one side of appartment totaly without plants, as per resident builder is trying to deviate plan.overall builder has delivered what they have promised.
