You can tell they know what they are doing by there products and compared to the shops in the area they do offer the best survice for the price, i would recommend This place if you are in Udupi and can't decide on a ice cream shop

Irresponsible staff be careful while ordering parcel check contents before taking delivery as I lost 150 rs here
Today 11th nov I had gone to this amul parlour along with my friend.we ordered
masala poori, Pani poori n Sev poori and 2 chikoo juice and for parcel we ordered parafrait 2 ice cream and one navarathna ice cream one chickoo juice.i got a bill for rs. 880. After reaching.home checked parcel they had given 1 juice and only 2 ice cream.i contacted the cashier through phone and complained.he took my number and promised to returnn150 rs once he check with kitchen.but until now he didn't responded.they have not given me bill as proof.must report it to GST and Amul company if they fail to return the amount

I enjoyed my first visit - ice creams and milkshakes are really awesome! I felt this place could have been a bit bigger because with just 10 people this place seems like it's crowded.
