I used to frequently get the check up here and recently few times had very bad experience, they have missed out few reports to upload and after constant follow up are asking to draw blood again.really not happy with the experience

Came in a few days back to get blood test for my dad. The first report showed high cholesterol level so we had to get a second test done the following day which showed everything was pretty much normal for his age. Honestly gave them benefit of the doubt and went back yesterday to ECG and ECO done and they said he has a block in his heart and should consult one of their doctors. We were worried a whole day until we got a second test done in a different place which showed everything was normal. This is the worst experience we have ever had. The people working here are not qualified to do the job! PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE

Worst place to have blood test done especially home sample collection and that too for monitoring sugar levels.

Please appoint more persons in the billing section or some efficient services. It takes 40 to 45 minutes to be called for billing. It's too much.

Service is good, Timely report delivery.
Required more services like ECG Echo and TMT which are unavailable right now.

Quality is good but sugar patients will just die due to the deadliest slowness in billing, this experience is not new to me, it's been almost 3yrs i am visiting Anand. Collection lab technicians well keep waiting for patients and it's vacant ask the time, but in reception there are more than 50 patients. Look at the gate fate of Anand. But patients still come to Anand just for the accuracy. Other wise I would rate Anand ZERO.

I am taking my Son here (Kasturi nagar branch) for his frequent Blood tests, the staffs here are very supportive especially Ms. Bhavini & Ms. Aarthi (Billing) & Ms. Dwaraka from Lab (who collects samples) are very patient to guide you through. You will get your Tests done at a resonal rates.i highly recommend this place.thank you.

I twice visited for rtpcr test. No waste of time. Both time we got report within 12 hours. Very professional. I have visited many labs near by. Nobody is as good as Anand daignostcs

When the Govt of Karnataka capped the price of an RTPCR covid test at Rs. 800 way back in Dec 2020, this lab was still charging Rs. 1200 in June 2021. When I asked the receptionist why are they charging 50% more when the govt has capped the price at Rs. 800, she casually says: 'ya they have capped the price, but we are not following it. '
This is open defiance of Govt of Karnataka orders.

Anand lab is best lab and there staff especially front office staff named sayeed noor is very sweet and helpfull

Totally good. Test cost is high price. Only one person is collecting samples. 2 more staff required to collect samples because late for every one.

Had visited Anand lab Kasturi Nagar branch, all the staffs are very humble and helpful, I am very much thankful to Ms. Bhavya lab technicians who helped me getting the X-ray report to send my doctor to out of station.

Take a COVID test walk in at your own risk.
The swab is taken in a cabin and the collection person stands outside, what if the previous person was positive.
Do you disinfect the air in the closed cabin too.

Got a false positive and a negative in a subsequent test with a different lab.
Not a preference for walk in test.

Very easy to get your medical lab requirements fulfilled, friendly staff and professionally handled atmosphere.

40 yrs of trust slightly diminished for my family. Doctor was in a hurry to complete tests and leave which could lead to erroneous results. A ramp would be helpful to move patients.currently it's self service. You have to move wheelchair patients by yourself.

For around 50 patients only one person is allocated to collect the sample & during first day of week, needs to wait for more than one hours to give the sample for testing.
