Anand Diagnostic Laboratory (A Neuberg Associate)

The facility was well maintained and the service was good. The people at the counter were courteous and understood the requirements well. The online report portal was easily accessible over a click and the report was available on time. They have sufficient waiting area inside and decent parking space too. The street is not very crowded so parking should not be an issue.

The technicians never come on time for home collection. They are late by 1-2 hours and you just keep on calling them and they never pick your call. They have no regards for other persons medical condition and time. People who have to give samples on fasting have a hard time dealing with them

Receptionist at the front desk is very rude and behaving very arrogant. She is not ready to talk and just said report may get next day any time. She can behave like a normal person. We just had to walk away.

There are 2 centers, the phone number provided here is vijay nagar's.if you are looking for Btm centre check with them properly saying u are looking for BTM centre.
Also one in btm is just collection centre only blood & urine tests.scanning/ultra sound are not being dine in BTM.

Expensive compared to others.
For HbA1c they charges are 720 and the same test can be get done with 350

Front office phone attender never care to answer politely.they wear no smile on their face.as if the service is provided free

I am a regular here, unfortunately today there is a lady at the front desk who appears arrogant and was not interested to do the tests. She said the machine is not working and the reports will come tomorrow evening. Have never had such an experience with Anand, you lost a customer. All the best.

Super place less traffic and main thing is Report will be accurate and less cost very cheep when compare other labs, best thing to take multi blood test and urine test and sodiam, calcium blood test
