Having being going to anand on infantry for years, this branch just surprises me as an 'anand'. Full of mosquitoes, dirt, lack of personnel (especially cleaning), toilets had no soap, and dint look like they were cleaned for a while. No ac or fan either.

Had a really quick and good blood collection experience. A less crowded facility compared to their other branches.

7 a.m weekday no rush, good package available for tests, Vidish was excellent in taking blood sample, no pain or discomfort and good precautions taken by him, all staff masked up.
Very happy with services.

Shills at anand diagnostic was very professional. I am scared of needles so she helped me through it!

I had been to Anand Diagnostic, the Lady at the Reception was so amazing she literally solved my problem by helping me select the the best package and so nice of her to guide me, and remember this was at Jeevanbhima bima nagar branch, All kudos to this Lady. Thank you so much.

Not a good experience. Staffs are too slow and there is no queue system unlike other labs which annoys the patient and attender.

Unorganised staff, there was just one person taking care of the place when we went, The other staff was late which made a simple blood test take close to an hour, they let a person go before us even though they came late.

Well managing system & staff are good communication & results are very accurate & staff are well careing the patients & Branch manager is a well responsible person

Very bad service. Not on time, don't carry the required equipments. We need to follow up many times.

Worst experience. I called them and sent details to their whats app number for he sample collection. No ine responded for a day and when i called them they said sorry and told will send tomorrow morning for sure. Next morning person calls at 7am and says slot is full will come to collect after 2 days. The same thing can't they inform earlier. And immediately i booked from SLN and they reached in 10mins.

Very pathetic service, even after intimation that samples shall be provided within 20 mins and agreed for waiting. Person closed the centre.

One of the most Highly rated places around but when you go early in the morning for test there’s just one person handling the test and the payments, ended up waiting for really long.
Most people visit in the morning for tests, Please bring in more people in the morning to bring down the waiting.

Service is always maintained well.charges are higher day by day and v card is not helping enough.

Been using your service from past two years. Collections guys are doing great. They come on time and pick the samples. Great service!

This is world class lab, very well managed. This lady at the reception at first floor is so efficient and always smiling. She's a great memory.

I have been sent a report link pending payment for a sample that is yet to be collected. This has got to be a scam. I am supposed to pay Rs. 690/- for it. Not 1 but 2 separate messages with 2 different customer IDs and access codes and another set for my mother.

They do not provide home collection of samples or walk-in RT PCR test at Jeevan Bheema Nagar. The numbers provided are outdated as well.

Please do not choose home blood collection on Sundays as the service is not 100% on time garenteed. I booked for 10am and collection person came at 11: 30am after multiple followup. Report got ready by 4pm same day and report was not able to download as the online payment done needs to be confirmed by account department on Monday 11: 30 am only. Even though your bill receipt updated with your amount paid. They will not release report at any cost till account department confirmation. Worst part is no one is there to address your concerns over weekend even if it urgent. When tryto reach on WhatsApp they simple give wrong information as report not ready though u can see report ready in webpage.

If you are in urgency of boold report on Sunday, think twice before you choose home collection on Sunday. No customer service person will be able to help you irrespective of your urgency.
