Been regularly visiting the diagnostic center for various tests. Good service with reports promptly delivered online.

Always best service and happie with the online reports. Branches are in all over the places of Bangalore.

Cannot follow a simple commitment of delivering the reports on time.delayed my reports by 2 days

We are extremely happy with service and coordination at this center. All the techniciens are doing excellent support and they are really taking care of the patient. They are technically very sound knowledge on their procedure and to assist the patients. We could see their experies on their work.

Been many times for various bloods. Samples are collected and stored in an organized and hygienic manner. Lab is spic and span.

Near to my place and not crowded. Results are given on time that too online. We need not go for the results again. Trust Anand diagnostics very much. Much recommended.

Very bad experience home collection department messed up with the sample collected and assured to recollect the samples following day.
On the following day no one came and when enquired about the recollection they denied of any knowledge.
Inter department communication is pathetic and no proper coordination.
This is the last time I am taking their lab and also will ask my doctor not to refer them.

Horrible experience. Reports were delayed. After delayed response, reports given to us had insufficient data. Doctor could not figure out anything from that report. Had to reach this lab again to get proper report. Staff is irresponsible. Doesn't value time or money.

These people doesn't work, no propose response, I made a cal by Saturday 20th March 2021 to customer care number they said Sunday morning slot confirmed and u will be getting call from our technician or whatever, no one came to take home samples, again called customer care, daily they postponed today they said like slot is available, by Saturday I can fix, these fellows won't work and playing with my old age parents, by postponing and by 10 mins I will get a cal. Shame on the staff of Neuberg Anand laboratory. Shame
