Complimentary breakfast at Anand is a big scam, they should be clear with the patients. Down they tell us it is unlimited, the vendor on top says only one item. All patients were upset with this

I have been using the service from Anand for a decade, in center service is consistent but home collection service is not at all consistent. If you request for home collection for a single test it is treated as a favour despite paying fee for home collection. At times very irresponsible and cannot rely on home collection service. They have grown significantly to the scale that these feedbacks doesn't matter to them anymore.

The whole center is a scam, it's all about business, money, they attract people with ads, offers etc
The staff are arrogant, they don't follow the basic protocol
They don't even pay their employees
The management is all about money, they overlook the patients needs and care, so maybe that's the reason experience staff leave and they bring new inexperienced arrogant people to work. People who go to this center think twice before you go, don't believe all the facilities they provide written on a pape

Came for some testes with a friend and Mrs Sheeba in radiology department is very rude and unprofessional pathetic no manners how to talk to ppl I wonder how such reputed laboratory has this kind of staff working for them

Anand Labs is not good as before.they replaced all the experienced staff with in-experienced freshers (mostly woman).
None of them had any idea what to do if anything comes up to them other than that is in their SOPs.

The lab is ridiculous in delivering the reports.we had gone for an urgent report for a blood test.you do not believe me, they delivered it after 15 days.

Pathetic service!

After seeing many negative reviews, I thought may be it does not happen to me and went there.
But the levels of immaturity they show in getting the reports is un comparable.
Never think 'may be it does not happen to me'. It does happen

Neither I will go there [ever] nor I recommend to anyone I know.there are far better labs!

I went for exe female package yes day.they told to share blood reports through email.but after 36 hrs also they have not sent poor.they are not picking calls too. Very very bad response

I went for check up on 25th sep 2023. Anand lab services are worsening. Reports were not given on time saying server is down. My consultation with doctor with their reports is pending till today. I have been trying to call their nos to fix an appointment for consultation but no response.

Recently blood sample picked up by Mr. Suresh for couple of times for routine tests. Service is very good. On time, and he's very good at finding vein of patient without much pain.very happy with Anand Diagnostics.

Dr. Ritesh Raj MBBS adviced me after master health checkup, encouraged me to solve all my health issues. He cares me and his experience helped me towards better health.

Suresh is an extremely good and efficient phlebotomist. Highly satisfied with the service.

The lab tecnician ADARSH L is very nice person and he came at the correct time and took fasting blood sugar level sample.thank you for sending such a nice and capable person for home collection of blood sample

I had a very bad experience recently. I made online payment for few test and later had to cancel 1 test as it would take more than 5 days for the report which was not informed to me initially. I requested for a refund and sent a mail which they never ever respond. Called the cust support. They say they will call back and reply to the mail but nothing happened till date.i used to refer people to go to anand but now its a worst experience

Rapid results for blood tests, front desk staff need proper orientation and should be friendly.
My favorite person is Nirosha. Above all, I’ll recommend if you need affordable and accurate blood work. They do almost everything here.

Had been here for routine checkup. Everything was smooth, however the complementary breakfast was of substandard quality.

Mr. Santhosh kumar is a thorough professional, collected blood sample promptly on time and collected blood in just one try, from most difficult situation as the veins were not in good condition. He is a huge asset for your services.thank you Anand labs.

The lab is fine but their home collection facility is really bad. The technicians are never on time. They made me wait twice, once i had to cancel the booking and went to lab, the other time the technician came 1.5 hour late and for a fasting test. This is unacceptable, they have no regards for other persons medical condition and their time. I was up since morning waiting for the guy, who kept on saying 10 mins and came 1.5 hour late and then started giving lame excused for delay. The support team was also unavailable at thst time and i was left with no choice but to wait for the technician. What is the point of booking slots if it is not going to be adhered. This will be my last booking with this lab. Never booking with them again after this pathetic experience.

Technicians polite, helpful.
Office people are also polite, keep us updated with any changes.

Excellent service by Santhosh Kumar. Timely collection of samples. Kept in touch on phone to check when we had breakfast to ensure second set of samples were collected at the right time. Very polite and courteous. Overall great service by Anand Labs and staff.

Perfect combination to make a living in Kalyug!

Some apps in place which never seem to work. Took over 2 days to get the qr code. Report were promised same day but never received them.

Very unprofessional service. I booked a at home blood test after 10 hours of fasting but in the morning, they didn't arrive. When I called them, they gave the number of the technician and asked me to coordinate with him directly. On calling him, he told that he wasn't informed about the test at all and that he will come within half an hour but later they called to further postpone the test. I finally cancelled it.

Santosh who came to collect the blood sample was very friendly, prompt and professional. Anand labs are the best. Rather than going to hospitals and waiting in queues we can give blood in the comforts of our home and we get report next day.

Professionalism is highlighted in the organization.

Thorough professionals. The lab technicians are well versed with phlebotomy procedures both at the lab and for home sample collections. The reports are usually generated the same day and are aptly detailed even for a layman to understand. One might argue regarding the cost being slightly on the higher side but then you’re choosing quality at a reasonable price and it’s about health services we’re talking about. So it’s always better to choose the quality than regret later. Highly recommend.

Tech suresh MB. He was amazing very kind. He is an experienced professional in on shot he took blood it was a difficult task coz my aunt is old. I would recommend suresh MB if anyone opts for home collection.

Very good diagnostic center in Bengaluru. They have many braches across in and around Bengaluru. I visited the lab near Bowring hospital road, Shivajinagar. The lab is cleanly maintained. Opened from morning 07: 00 to 07: 00 In evening. Also this lab is bit crowded but managed effectively based on the reporting time. Parking is outside. All type of analysis are carried out in this lab. Many corporate companies are tied for their employees medical checkup.

I just got my full body check up done on 12th Oct 2022 with my husband Kieran and bestie Neeti at Anand labs, Shivajinagar and I was so delighted with the whole process. Easy and efficient. I want to call out Jayanti Dinesh and Sheeba who make patients so comfortable with their amazing attitude and nature, so positive and smiling all the time, the made the whole experience so great. Even the blood test staff are good, special call out to Joseph and Divya. It shows how much they value their employer and love what they do and in return make it such a good experience for all test takers. Well done Anand Labs!

Pros:
From a purely medical perspective, lab results are reliable and usually timely

Cons:
You are frequently being forced to buy packages even when you explicitly explain why you don't want them

They advertise and ask you to purchase a family discount membership but they do not apply it even when you ask them feigning ignorance. You need to insist multiple times so they don't forget, and still need to review bills.

They also unlinked my family's membership right before a set of tests costing 10-15k+ and declined the discount

I had got my X ray done. It is disappointment to know that they can't send a digital copy of x ray to us only a hard copy.

Availed advance cardiac çare package (ID R10205227) on 17th Oct. An awesome experience. Dot to the appointed time, Blood, urine samples for various tests were collected from home and report uploaded in the evening. Went to Shivaji Nagar lab in the morning on 19th for Ecocardiogram, ECG. Again hassle-free, smooth functioning. I was free with in 45 minutes. Supporting, smiling staff every section and doctor himself doing eco unlike renowned hospitals where technicians only do it. The reports were ready with in minutes and consultation done with sober experienced Cardiologist. Icing on the cake, the package rates were almost half the so called renowned hospitals where you are to keep an eye on the attendants for your turn lest some one jump you.

The most unprofessional, untrustworthy lab in the city. They mixed up and misreported my Covid test and didn’t even have the decency to apologise. Gross medical negligence. I highly recommend you NEVER use this pathetic lab. Any of their outlets.

We had given for sample and report was supposed to be available after 3 days as per the receipt, however when we visited the lab for report collection on 4th day, they said ppl have gone for lunch wait for sometime, reports are not yet available.
However before leaving we had called and confirmed the availability of reports. The lady in the report section was also not able to provide any details of why the report are not yet available.

Worst experience, yet to get reports even after paying.there is no tandem between their IT and Finance team.they keeping asking about payment details, keep passing the buck.
