Clean environment and efficient work force. Prompt and courteous service at the front desk. Excellent technician and phlebotomist - did a painless blood sampling and perfect RTPCR testing. Visited the center this morning. Wrote the above review a year ago. In one year the conditions seemed to have turned topsy turvy. This morning, 6 April 2023, I went for my annual lab investigations. The front desk receptionist put me down the que even though there was just one person before me and almost finished his work. The receptionist took my prescription and said wait. Started attending persons who came after me. When asked, very casually she said that she didn’t notice I came in earlier and very casually a sorry. Next is the technician-whose skills at phlebotomy are suspect. Just put a tourniquet and plunged the needle after a cursory swabbing, without telling that she is pricking the needle. A second sampling for post prandial blood sugar was worse. No more visits to this place.
The receptionists are incredibly rude, have no intention of helping you. I walked out without doing my tests because of how rude the receptionist was. I instead went to Magnus diagnostic (just a 5 minute walk away from Anand) where people are much more courteous and helpful. If I'm going to be paying high private center testing costs, I expect at least good customer service which Anand Diagnostic does not have.
Worst home collection service.the person who came for sample collection was not at all professional and also the slot was booked for 6: 30am-7: 30am slot and the person arrived at 8am for collection.and half the tests booked online dint not reflect and had to make multiple calls with customer care to add those missing tests.and finally the bill generated was double the actual amount. Was not expecting this kind of service from Anand Labs. Definitely will never consider using their service again it was such a frustrating experience.
I had someone come and collect blood samples and the person was totally unprofessional. No ethics, very slow, was staring into other rooms and people of the house, collected more sample than any other lab has collected for even more number of tests and sat in the house for very long saying that the bill hasn’t come. Basically gave us all a hard time.
