Anand Diagnostic Laboratory (A Neuberg Associate)

Disappointed as call centre misguides people. For a particular blood test, they specifically said it will include Bilirubin Test, after getting blood report, it was not included in test. When I asked for it, they said 'Sir, it was 130 rs.extra '. Didn't even confirm whether I want to include it now, cuz they might have discarded the blood sample.

I have always faced problem performing Phlebotomy, it was a very big task for the nurse or doc but here it was done very easily, very conveniently done! I had good experience and it was very hygienic along with 2 n 4 wheelers parking to the side and front of the building

The lab technician was very polite & courteous. The cashier explained for lab quirees was very good

Very good service. They answer your queries in detail. Customer is treated with respect and entire process is went smooth.

The tests were timely. ND the results also came on time on the site.or u can collect it from the centre itself.

Excellent experience. Request to re-enter into contract with CGHS/ECHS for the welfare of security forces personnel and their families.

High prices of the tests and low hygiene at the lab. Totally disappointing. Small toilet, not very clean and there was no handwash as well.

While sample collection was very smooth, customer service over call is very poor, bordering on rude. Also failed to deliver results on the date given by the staff at the time of collection, I received the results almost 5 days late. There is also no x-ray service available. Prima Diagnostics down the road is a much better option.
