I get my blood tests done here regularly. Their process is easy and fast. Collecting the report online is very easy.

Worst experience when I have entered diagnostic and their not picking call we have called 5 yo 10 times for report

Technican Pavithra is unfit to do this job. She has mismatched the Blood Report and have given the wrong report to me. And she acts like nothing happened even though I have all the proofs of Bill's and Blood report of both the patients. And then now she is like sorry it's mistakenly happened and tomorrow morning I'll come to your place and take the samples again. Who cares if something happens after seeing the wrong negative report for old aged people after taking medicines accordingly.

Very pathetic and unprofessional people in home sample collections. I had booked for a CBC, Renal Function Test Sample collection for my dad, aged 80 years, who has gone thru an operation 15 days back, Based on this Anand Labs had confirmed appointment for 19/10/2023 10.30 am and were told that technician will call 30 minutes prior to visit date and time.

Unfortunately Anand Diagnostics Laboratory has been very unprofessional as neither any technicians have turned up for sample collection nore have they called on us. Even after 2 followups with the Tollfree number, the executives in toll free simply say APPOINTMENT IS CONFIRMED, PLEASE WAIT FOR TECHNICIANS CALL. Even more to our shock, we were given information that our samle collection was allocated Shivaji nagar Collection center in North Bangalore, even though we are staying Banshankari 2nd stage South Bangalore (where these guys have a Collection centre, Which is really absurd.service person called us only at 2.00 PM afternoon, before which we had already visited other lab to give samples for testing.

Horrible experience with Anand labs. Being doctor I tell this because they don't have ethics in practice and empathy towards patients.
I had booked a home collection sample for my dad who is diabetic on 27-09-2023 and made payment too and scheduled appointment for collection of sample at 8.30 am and till 10 am we waited. But technician did not turn up and my father just fainted due to hypoglycemia. We reported this to their call centre and still no apology from them.

Then they rescheduled the appointment to 29-09-2023 at 6.30 am and till 10 am no one has come to collect sample even today.

Worst service, there is No on time response, if server is down you should inform priorly, you are providing service in health sector, this is not the way to provide service in health sector, giving silly reasons, Fake star rating

Very unprofessional staff in the front desk. Misleading information was provided about acquiring the report, in a very arrogant manner. Hope the right authority notices this and hire people who actually care enough to work properly and not take others lives lightly.

I never gave negative review in my life. But I am compelled to write this because of UNPROFESSIONAL behaviour between Anand lab and their customer support team.
We booked the appointment through phone call. When the day arrived, the technician didn't showed on time. Booking was at 7am and till 8.30am there was no sign of the technician. I called the support team and connected to technician. He said 'madam you didn't received the call'. But there was no miscall in my call log. Finally technician came around 10.00am. When checked with him. The number noted by support team was wrong. He collected the blood sample and said he will update the right number and will send the report.
Two days over but haven't received any report. Later I called the support team. The support member said the lab machine is not functioning properly and it will be delayed.
Another two days I waited but no response. I called them again. This time the support member says that number have been entered wrong. When registering the number is wrong then how can you trust the REPORT?

One of the worst laboratory have ever experienced front desk staff takes longer time to bill one customer had to wait for longer time such a shame on this laboratory

Bad experience with the staff. Thanks to their staff - have not gone back to Anand. There are other labs that treat their patients well.

I booked a slot for home collection through twin aap at the same time I received confirmation call then I didn’t received any call from technician team and I m fasting and waiting for a call then I complain through call centre also not respond really empty stomach waiting is so difficult bad experience with Anand diagnosis centre
