Very less quantity in their Chini Kam branded namkeen and savories. Pack looks big from outside but had only around 80hm/ 120gm content in it. Murukku / chakali is hollow inside, felt like cheated. Ridiculously expensive. The pack that looked big had only 120 gm of this hollow chakali.
Bad quality with no taste for 2 items out of 4 items. Adyar Murukku with some odd smell & no taste & Mini Nipattu -so hard that teeth will break but not the stuff and taste less. On 15th June I purchased above two & Benne Murukku (Excellent), & 3 types of Mysore pak (out standing & superb taste) and the Airport staff excellent.i called up call Centre but no return call. We are paying 275 + per box. I have not posted a complaint on email & Anand should keep tasters for dry snack also so that we taste and buy like you do for sweets & peda. Expect a reply on email atleast
I purchased Rasmalai on this Saturday along with other sweets, sweets are really very good in taste. We kept Rasmalai in refrigerator & plan to eat in the morning. When checked in Sanday morning, it was expired, seen hard like curd, taste also changed so was unable to eat. Last month I brought Rasmalai from Kanti & not seen anything even after 3 days kept in refrigerator.
Well maintained facility. Variety of sweets, snacks, condiments on display and stocked well.sweets have the time tested quality and taste, never been disappointed. Overall a good experience.
The quality of sweets is pretty good. But the staff are not very courteous. I also feel Kanti has a wider variety of sweets and better staff. The shop itself looks very posh and therefore expect to pay a premium on your sweets.
Kanti has better kaju Katlis in my opinion, although I liked the Rasmalai at Anand better.
The chaats and North Indian food section is overpriced for tye quantity and taste you get, so definitely skip it.
Overall this along with Kanti are the most popular sweet shops in Bangalore.
Always the same consistent taste and cosy interior space, now bigger than 4 years before when I last visited! Constantly increasing prices are justified somehow
Dayal came from Delhi and started looting public. No customer support if u complaint for faulty sweets. I found hair and fungus and then they just apologized but Owner is arrogant and just printing money, don't buy sweets from such arrogant people
Such an awesome place. Love the variety of sweets and snacks. The chats are also very tasty. Kaju Katli is my favourite here. They have have the best sweet boxes.
Loved everything here. Plenty of sweets and kara items. They also have chat corner. They have a couple of tables to have them there itself. Not sure if it is a good idea nowadays. Anand has a variety of sugar-free items called cheeni kum. Little expensive but taste good. The display is excellent. The packaging is very beautiful and excellent for gifting. Parking is little difficult but four cars can park in the corner towards theGolden enclave apartments. Overall very great experience. Food quality is excellent
Place is clean and organized. Expensive over all. Rasagulla 5/5, Raj kachori ok kind didn't get that kick as we get on the roadside stall:) so 3/5, Sandwich dhokla 4/5
After trying chaats in bengaluru at Multiple shops, I felt that I won't get the Mumbai/Delhi style chaats, but finally this one was dream come true, as per the shop the taste and rate matches. I would recommend this to anyone.
Bought sweets for Diwali as we do every year from here. Sweet are really good.especially the burfi's and ladoo vareties. 3 stars because of the staff behaviour especially one person behind the sweets counter who was rude. He refused to pack half kilo sweets of two varieties and dismissed as though he is doing a favour. Later another person obliged and did us the favour.we bought 2kg of fun and more of resentment.
Their sweets are good in taste and they serving hygiene. They mind to serve clean but day by day they are loosing chat tast. If you are familiar with North Indian chat taste than you may really disappointed. Me and my friends are like their snacks when opened but taste is not good.
Good quality sweet and snacks. The issue is the take away hot Gulab Jamoon packed in plastic container. Suggest all the food items are packed in eco container
Well, one of my favourite sweet shops I have been visiting since a decade now. I like their sweets for their quality and taste.the dry fruit chikkis are something I don't miss to snack on every time.the Ras malai, Moti Chur luddu are my daughter's favourite.thanks Anand for continuing standards of quality and taste.
