I have always loved the sweets here and this time Jitendra helped me patiently choose sweets and it was a great service

They don't deserve one star also, bcoz they make people fool first they accept orders online and just before the delivery time they cancelled d order n mail sorry for the inconvenience. Wen I called them they just giving me different persons contact no.to ask for d reason for cancellation, n after making 6-7 calls they told me the item was not available, i just wanna ask if item was not available why did they accept my order. 28 days had already passed still not got my refund. Vll never ever order anything from this shop nor i reccomend anyone

Good choice of sweets and dry fruit based condiments. Has a seating for about 20-25 people. Also has chats and bengali sweets

It use to be the best sweet shop in Bangalore, but past many years they have commercialised a lot. Super heavy price and taste has detoriated. Sometimes I feel like I am entering a jewellery shop. I prefer Jalaram sweets which is diagonally opposite to it. It has the best taste, good pricing and has maintained its quality past many decades.

Good range and nice packing options. Staff are polite and offer samples when requested for. The Kaju Katli is their best sweet in my opinion. They have been innovating and have some exciting news sweets in Kaju, Badam and Anjeer.

I always buy swees & farsan from this place, even though slightly expensive, quality & service is of the top order there is no comparison with the competitors, I just enquired in the morning about the availability of one item in the evening, when I went at 630 in the evening, I was surprised to see that they had kept it separate for me, I paid & collected

If u want to eat Delhi chats, Delhi famous bathure chole, Matar kulcha. Dahi bhalla chaat is mouthwatering. Everything they have prepared with love & especially cleanness is there highest priority. All the persons who are working there are hailing from North (UP, Bihar) They have that essance of North India in their behavior & also they are very eager to serve you in their better way.

A very good family restaurant. One place i like going for good North Indian food. Peaceful ambiance. We ordered the Dinner thalis which turned out to be more than enough for stomach. Self service and Clean.along with Reasonable pricing.

I have been a very loyal customer of Anand sweets for some years, but my last visit to the Jayanagar branch was not very pleasant, since the recent refurbishment they have employed new staff who are not well trained and dissapointingly very curt and frankly rude, I even complained to the chap sitting on the counter but he did not seem bothered! So, rather a very disappointing experience. If this attitude continues they will start to loose loyal customers.

This has got amazing collection. Slightly expensive but worth it. You get things you won't find anywhere else in Bangalore like feni and ghewar

Sweets are good. But i would rate one star purely how they treat their customers. Samosa was salty. When i asked for some fried green chillies which they generally give other savories, they said who eats samosa with chillies. And they were clear that either you take samosa without chillies or you can leave. I preferred to leave. You just lost a regular customer.

Out off all the Anand sweets this one has the best exterior view, I regret that I dint capture the exterior photos of the same.
The sweets are really good which I have been tasting for years this outlet stands out because of its exterior enterence.

Good and Big Rasgulla a bit pricey. Yesterday, i.e. On 30-Dec-2018 I purchased and paid for 18 nos from Jayanagar, but upon consumption I found only 16 in the box. I strongly urge that you count your stuff while it’s being packed. I can’t say if this is accidental or intentional, but for me it was not worth going back to them for the shortage.
