Anand Travels

Recently I travelled from Mumbai to Bangalore in A/c sleeper bus and had very bad experience. Wont recommend to anybody, pathetic service, unhygienic seats/blankets/pillow. Not properly cleaned buses. It was full of mosquitos, staffs are rude. And above all delayed for about 2 hours to reach destination. Bus No. I travelled was MH 04 JK 9994. Worst experience ever had

Traveled with Anand travels to Amarnath, we were left stranded amidst chaos, they left us without food and rooms, ditching us without providing what they had promised
Never opt to travel with this fraudulent travel agency

Very unprofessional, do not travel by this worst travels! Delayed bus by 2 hours. And still forget to pick up the travellers from their destination. And literally makes you run at the last moment. Very rude staff also.

Very bad experience because of the driver depart bus 7 minutes early from Anand Rao circle and I follow the bus by auto and I catch the bus at jalhalli cross and I pay ₹500 extra to the auto

I have travelled from Shirdi to Bangalore.it took around 22 hr instead of 17 hr under the situation "no traffic". Bus quality is very poor.outside if look and feel is good. Driver is not very compatible.
As per my suggestion, if you are not getting any other transport service then you try Anand travel.

Staff is really good n cooperative. They provided the proper updates over calls Every now n then since we were traveling from farm
But bedsheet n pillow was not provided and couldn't close the window for entire night. Due to this couldn't sleep properly: (

Very Bad, conductor of bus behaved like he is owner of the bus evn though we had a word with Manager for changing seats but conductor was making a scene out of it. Bus condition also not that good so bakwas shud be considered as last option to Travel. Bus boardings Point suddenly got change before one hour, dint even provided proper pick up. He made me Travel to his boarding Point arun circle something rather giving a direction to nearby pick UP location

Worst bus service.mumbai to Bangalore bus started at 2.30.was supposed to reach at 9am.reached @1pm Bangalore.
Horrible experience

Driveing is very rash. When I was traveling from Goa to Bangalore the driving was very rash we can't even sleep properly in sleeper. Coach. I got back for a weak. I request the management to make with smooth driving for drivers. Other than that. Seater as very comfort and more space in bus compared to other buses its good. Only thing is rash driving

Never travel with anand travels very worst service guys never ever travel with anand travels worst travel company.

Bad behaviour from driver and staff no one will talk to you in good manners. Never choose these travels, Anand travels is not good i highly recommend not to travel with anand travels.

I hated this bus because the driver and kinner behavior was very bad and they are not gave a proper drop to me and they are gave a wrong drop to me that day.

Overall the journey was just simply a mde to to experience. Nothing great about it. The staff didn't had a smile, the stopped at a very odd isolated location at 7 pm for dinner.

Very poor service - will never ever opt for anand in my lifetime. I booked a bus and they didn't even give me contact details of the driver or cleaner. I waited for almost 1 hr or more than that on road as the bus was delayed. And when we ask them why can't you inform about the delay on prior notice they give us wage answer.

Number does not exist. Pick point changed and they dont even care
They just say come somewhere else. Avoid Anand travels. Pathtic service

Worst travels I have ever seen. Provided Pickup bus from the location at the last moment after a long discussion with the contact person provided and Anand travels Bengaluru main office contact is not updated anywhere. It will be difficult to track with them if you book ticket online and wait at pickup location.

Will not recommend Anand Travels bus from Bangalore to Goa. It is not a pure Passenger Service bus, but is also a Goods Transport service bus. Although you pay INR2500 for an AC Sleeper weekend ticket (thanks to zero regulation over dynamic pricing), they do not let you use the bottom storage area for your luggage since they use it for storing the goods they transport. You are forced to keep your luggage with you on your sleeper seat (there is no storage beneath the seats either). The 20: 00 AC Sleeper bus to Goa with Arrival Time 8: 30 reached at 10: 30 since they first unload their goods before catering to passengers.

Service is gud but they should improve for A/c buses.the sound of A/C is too irritating.specially while doing long distance journey

Very bad service.rude employees, no control over pricing even in normal days.other best travels like SRE will cost 400 for sleeper coach, but here Anand travels is charging 500 to sit in cabin.very bad experience, I will never suggest this for anyone.

This is just another normal place but what made me to give a review is that because of it's staff.
I was traveling from Bangalore to Pune.
I was waiting for the bus in the office when the bus arrived in a hurry burry I left my one of my bag in the office.
But then happens the miracle the office guy calls to my mobile number to confirm whether the owner of bag is me, when I confirmed about it they sent my bag next day in the other bus.
At this very particular time humanity is restored. ️

The worst service. Pls don't go for Anand travels. They 'll cancel the bus in the last moment. They shouldn't be so irresponsible. All my meeting plans got changed because of your dirty service. Shame on you Anand travels.

Bad service. Don't have time sense and manners. Me and my friend waited for half and hour. Bus came late and take me only. My friend left back.

Don't select such type of bad services.
