I suggest all 2 wheeler riders do a Diploma in Mechanics, as it will really help to understand the services done by the mechanics here. Everything they do is in goodwill of the customer and the vehicle but also heavily charge for it.

Recently visited Ananda Honda, Hebbagodi branch for enquiry about Unicorn 160 BS6. All staffs were very humble and polite.

Mr. Shyam (sales) have clearly explained about the vehicle and finance options which are available. He was supporting for all my queries from day one to till bike delivery. Mr. Veeru have helped me to get the best finance option, he explained all the plans and suggested which is suitable for me.

On Sep 10th, 2021 we got the bike. As we expected its on time delivery. Mr. Manjunath (delivery) have helped us to understand the functionality of the vehicle and given advise to improve the millage.

A special thanks to the branch manager Mr. Jayaprakash, who is taking care of entire team and making sure all the process are done on time. He helped us to get our vehicle and made the delivery very smooth.

Bommasandra honda service center is very bad. I won't think so they good technicians who can fix the problems currently.instead of spending money there u can get good service out side in less price.

I brought my honda activa for the service. The vehicle was taken for service and was explained clearly regarding the billing process and the vehicle delivery. I was called back as promised. Great care was taken regarding customer queries as I observed. Billing was done by upi. No cards and cash accepted making the billing process transparent. I am quite satisfied with their service and I have been using the vehicle since two weeks before posting this review. Definitely recommend this service center for anyone near Bommasandra and Electronics city area.

Servicing side I felt it was good. It was hastle free, service advisor listened to the issue and checked himself. Even while delivering there was small issue which he rectified immediately.
Over all it was good experience.

Worst service centre, man they got huge amount for complete life cycle Service and nonsense spoilt my bike step by step and water wash and show as if everything is fine, Om Muruga save me!

The worst service you will ever experience in these showroom, raised the complaint of engine noise for the 6th time still no proper service is done
