This place is far from city and in the lap of nature.
Peace and quiet, that rejuvenates senses.
This place has its pros and cons. One should know before travelling here.
Pros:
Right in the lap of nature
Very close to Balmuri falls
Villa is huge and offers ample of space for a big family (including a pet)
Basic utensils available in kitchen to cook
Has a humungous collections of books for all the book enthusiasts
2 care takers. One care taker was drunk and other very busy (slow in attending to our needs)
Clean bed sheets + pillows + towels + toiletries were given.
Owner of the property was generous and very helpful.
Cons:
As being away from city, you have to arrange for basic snacks + tea/coffee all by yourself
Place was dirty, cobwebs, insects & rats roaming in kitchen
Frequent power cuts (it was backed up by inverter for 1-2hrs)
You need to cross a small river stream (will be difficult for elderly people)
Someone who is scared of pitch black darkness, DO NOT go.
Outside has minimal lights
Stained n dirty toilet
Owner is helpful but will not accept that place is dirty and infested with mice and other dead insects in the villa. Will always push on the guests stating they don’t comply (guests wear footwear in villa + leave food open + some silly reasons…)
My sole reason to rate low is cleanliness + insects + rats inside the house. For all the rest, it was very nice.

Staying in 2020 for some time, I walked from here to the K. Pattabhi Jois Shala every morning. This was very beautiful, peacocks and cows, apparently there was even a jaguar lurking about. Prem was very kind to me.

Worst service ever provided, full night power cut- off and instead of telling truth that food will be not delivered to stay, he keep lying that it will be delivered and above all house was in worst of state there are rats, toad, caterpillar crawling around.
