Please avoid this hotel, the room is filled with cockroaches and the hotel management is very cool about the fact that this hotel is infested. The blanket and bathrooms are unclean. The charges are 2.5k for a night which is completely meaningless, they have nothing good to offer.

Room was okay, bathroom was dirty and broken. And staff were pathetic they always ask for cash for early check in and late check out. Something fishy about staff.

Nice service and rooms. However they have to take care of the hygiene. We had too many cockroaches roaming around the bed.

The good reviews for this hotel just can't be genuine.check in time is 11: 00 and we reached hotel at 1: 00 p.m. Still we had to wait for 2and 1/2 hours. The receptionist stared us like he will kill us.like he is doing a big favour. Pathetic attitude of staffs.
The gave a lower class room, at least not the room in pic here. No water, no toiletteries in the room.
Rooms are old and weary.bathrooms are too slippery. No basic amenities in the room.cockroaches are everywhere in the room.
No service during the stay. Went to SPA. The lady is rude and we did not feel comfortable to take the service.
Restaurant had very limited menu.no tea in the morning. Overall a very bad hotel with no value for money.

1. When they charge extra for early check in or late check out they want money in cash or to be transfered to personal account and not to hotel account and reluctant to give reciept for same. They charged 1600 rs without giving bill for it which I feel is very unprofessional
2. TV remote was not given on first day only set top box remote was there and receptionist told to use manual button beside TV
3. The hotel internal restaurant is kept closed most of the time so need to depend on near by restaurant.
4. Washroom has broken flush tank and uncleaned stain marks and shower door handle is also broken.

Location is good, Staff is good. But no cleanliness in the washroom and toilet, Hall had walls that were moisture laden. Felt suffocating. No freshness in the room. At 4.30 am, there was some cooking activities in the hotel top floor which disturbed the sleep. Checked out within 10 hours.

- Disgusting rooms
- cockroaches every where even on the bed
- AC hardly worked
- toilets - yuck is the only word
- managed to stay till 5 in the morning and got out
- never ever visit this place
- don’t have a restaurant of their own as well

The hotel was ok. There was no restaurant when we checked in but a tiffin center was available, near to busstand

Very pathetic washrooms, stayed there for 3 nights.paid decent amount, room was ok but very dirty toilets.intercom not working, provided toilet paper after asking.very very bad washroom

Wonderfully maintained hotel. Prefer this to the one's opposite to this hotel (Priyadarshi classic which is worst and overpriced)

Clean, good service. Safe parking.

Value for money. There aren't many options in Hospet. This is one of the good options.big rooms and clean. No bf available though.

Worst hotel to stay. Stayed for 2 nights and had to change the room 3 times. Washrooms are pathetically maintained and all the rooms had coackroaches.

This hotel is on main hospet road, good rooms with decent decor and cleaning. Much better than the hotel just opposite it

I was staying there at 5th November 2021.
No proper service, not good restaurants, the one open with then given a horrible dinner. No breakfast with them.
Rooms were too bad, broken tiles, without a clean bath room, not even carpets or mats cleaned after last stay.

Worth the price. Very polite staff, Rooms were clean and properly sanitised. Staff were very accommodating. Very good experience.

The worst hotel. Never book this hotel.paying high but no facilities and neatness. Toilet was dirrty and not working also. In room tiles was not fixed and falling on legs.

Lot of lizard in the AC rooms, staffs are very good but lack of maintenance, need to put mesh in Windows

4 of us visited to grab something to eat b4 we left for Bangalore. The service was so bad, every dish including Thali was taking about 20 mins. Lassi had hardly 2/3 spoons of curds, rest water. Andrea thali papu was v v sour, chapati was crispy!

Good location n nice hotel with big rooms but need some maintenance/replacement at bathroom utility.

Horrible! Please don't even think of booking this hotel for stay or tonuse their reasutrant.

Their rooms don't look as shown on the images, TV won't work, Bathrooms are just like the washrooms in train or at bustands. During night I called them to report mosquitoes and they responded with a smile yes sir we have mosquitoes and we don't have any coil or liquid in stock, TV won't work they came with a recharged Tata sky box at 11.30 in the night, and it had only regional news channel's.

Their Lenin and towels are full of stale gutka smell, my mother had breakfast and picked up motions. Overall, absolute waste of money and vacation. They charged me 2k per night. You can get a similar stay at 500/- in a local lodge. This is not a 2 star hotel, it's a third class lodge.
