Doctors are friendly but receptionist are very worst cos doctors said we will discharge on same day after surgery but when asked receptionist he saying no information on that.they are not listening even doctors word.even on the first day when we went for admission, they are not ready to check pateint file.they were asking directly like which patient? No information.like that but they found file after they making us to wait for sometime.that afternoon shift receptionist is very worst than anyone. I don't suggest this hospital for any one.

Due to small injury at my home I had an Ear perforation last month, Consulted Dr. Nisha and she gave me very detailed explanation of the issue and told me if doesn't heal by itself there might be a requirement of a small surgery.
She gave best medicine and great advises. I followed it for a month and visited again to hear that it is almost cured.
Thanks to Dr Nisha.

I visited this hospital for first time and was consulted by Dr Bhavana. She was very good in explaining and gave complete details of my health issue. She guided me to do some changes in lifestyle and diet. Very happy with the service. Would recommend others too.

Be careful.this hospital is full of training nurses they won't leave people who go there just they tell to get admit to hospital.and raise their bill. Worst hospital

I admitted my sister her for stone in galblader at special room, under dr mrudhula, she has a very honest and positive approach, she reassured us at a personal level which helped us faster healing.
Rooms were neat and clean.
Tanuja sister was good too.
Though it's pretty pricier it was worthy.

Only money minded hospital. They won't even allow you to go other hospital with giving wrong information about patients condition. They will make you panic and get the money. Its a worst Hospital. Don't suggest and don't even go to this hospital for any condition.

Good experience in hospital admission, treatment with medical staff's and non medical staffs

My brother got appendix operation by Dr MRUDULA who is a lady surgeon,
She did laparoscopy appendix operation.
She is very efficient, very very kind, I highly recommend her

Doctors are good. The receptionist and billing is worst of doing their works. Hospital management is to be look into it.

Worst place. Plz Don visit this hospital.give will CBC test n give wrong reports n ask the patient to get admitted.once admitted they do unnecessary tests n loot the money like anything.their main motto is to make money than curing patients.
For me they did the same n said the platelets count is 27000 without showing the actual report. They unnecessarily told it was dengue n made us panic. Without giving a chance to think they made me to get admitted. There are only few genuine doctors there n luckily one such doctor came to me n asked to to CBC again. Den came the actual report showing platelet count as more than 2 lakh, by that time they did many unnecessary blood tests, ECG, xrays n increased their billing.they were nt even ready to discharge the patient n on force they will do it.

Worst hospital.money minded than curing patients.even for fever they make u to get admitted n do unnecessary tests n won't let u to get discharged atleast fr 2 days.a small clinic is far better than these kind of money looting centers.

Hospital staf is very good respone but treatment is worst my father right side leg feet damege 20 days treat but no good treatment and no one has tell what exact kandition and what is the next treatment.loss of money and bad experince

I have really loved the services of doctors fully. I would like to make special mention of Dr. Phaneesha M. S, whom I admire as the incarnation of Lord Dhanvantari, Lord Narayana Himself. Many other doctors also provide excellent service. However the Housekeeping services are below average, esp.for surgically operated patients in the wards. Though some of them are friendly with the patients, yet cleanliness and hygiene are less maintained by nurses and housekeeping staff. So, there are both pros and cons in the hospital. But if anyone of you is looking out for good doctors, I will heartily suggest the doctors there, esp. Dr. Phaneesha M. S, Dr. Chidanand, Dr. Suresh and Dr. Meena.

People who are looking for cashless claim - please don’t opt for this hospital! Insurance team from hospital side is really bad they don’t know what to respond when questions are raised.

Today i visited this hospital for knee swelling. Doctor Shrikant and his assistant had taken good care for the minor injury treatment.
Doctor consultation fee is Rs. 350 and the price for the treatments are quite ok compare to other hospitals in Rajajinagar area.
I highly recommend this hospital for affordable hospital expenses.

Bad hospitality. Staff are are so rude at billing. Completely money minded. Had a very bad experience in admitting a friend.

Rude behaviour by reception staff there is a way to refuse seeing a patient or where there company members they are not beggars please give some respect and leson what they are trying to tell. Rude and extremely arrogant behaviour.

Front desk staffs are only nice until you fill out the admission form. Once the admission was completed he was very rude. We came in for a consultation but they recommended to stay in icu after admitting. No one informed us about the additional charges except the initial ward charge.
Later they charged everything extra from doctor charges, monitoring charges, oxygen charges, nursing charges and were very rude when I asked why no one informed us about the additional charges. Also the charges are very high for this hospitality and infrastructure. It felt like i came to a premium hospital.
If you are admitting your friends are relatives in this hospital due to emergency make sure to ask about all the charges before admitting.
