Love their collection. Very trendy and good selection. Staff are very helpful and friendly.
Even organized sizes and stock and dropped it home. Highly recommend for trendy Indian wear. Good selection for kids too.

Bought three dresses from BIBA store in Indira Nagar, Bangalore (19/07/2022). I purchased in a hurry because it was the closing time of the outlet. When I brought home and I found that in one of the dress the stitches were not there for about 2 inches. I was not able to identify the defect because there was one more overlock in that apparel and also believed that I don't need to check these kind of defects in BIBA store. I went and shared my concern in that store the next day (20/07/) about the apparel.
First they said that they will replace it with the new set. But later on, when they couldn't find a new one, she said that they will stitch and give the same set which I felt was not the standard of BIBA apparels. I told her that I am not happy with the service they were providing and will stop buying from that store. She was very rude and said that this was a very small defect which can be stitched.

I don’t understand in an esteemed store like BIBA how come they ignore these basic quality checks in place. Beware to check ur apparels before you from this store

Bought a top which is now coming off the seams on the.day of.purchase. And having missing stitches. Not good. High prices. Total rip off

Such lovely dresses but not one fit me. I really don't know who they use as their model, but the clothes fit really weird.

The staff is so snotty, makes one want to just run out of the store. Please learn some customer friendly service. A simple smile would go a looong way:)
