Spacious rooms with not so comfortable beds. Room service was good. Buffet options in all the three courses were really unique. Chicken lovers can find 1 or no curries as we had only starters and rice for our dinner buffet.

Just had a nice staycation at Angsana over the weekend. The reason I chose this property was because its perfect for a family with toddlers and my son loved it. The lawn areas and the play room especially are great to keep the kids entertained. We stayed at the one bedroom suite which is massive but the overall cleanliness of the bathroom can be improved. Food was great at tangerine and the buffet was so so. All in all, it’s still the best resort for a short getaway from Bangalore.

Me and 4 other friends from college just went there last weekend on the 12th of October. We stayed there for 2 nights. The resort is firstly overpriced and is not up to the mark. There is space outside the resort, but inside the resort is not so spacious. Ive been to multiple resorts in bengaluru, but none of them were so overpriced and had less space also. When we had room service, they immediately requested for payment even though we requested to add them in the bill and we will pay at the checkout, but they did not oblige. Architecture is very old and they have to update room looks, interiors, etc. Food was good, fscilities like cycling and swimming pool, sauna were decent. Again when they charge us so much money, we expect nothing less than topnotch. Hope they take this to account and make the necessary changes.

Worst experience faced with the rude arrogant and mannerless staff at angsana resort
I had done the booking for 3 pax in a 2 bhk villa.
Because I was travelling and landed late I sent a message to the receptionist with my ids asking her to keep the room ready… I get no response from their end
Upon booking it no where it was mentioned they charge as per pax and not room.
The receptionist SHRUTIKA allowed me to check in and did not allow my mother to check in and kept her waiting for 15 mins at the reception
Later after I spoke to the unprofessional receptionist SHRUTIKA and explained to her I have done a booking as per 2 rooms which ideally all hotels allow 4 pax. She kept asking me to pay 2800 for the 3rd person in a 2bhk villa. Later I requested her if I could speak to a senior and she said there is no one available
After 5 mins a manager ASHOK KUMAR
Enters right into my room without even asking if he could and started raising his voice and said you have to pay right now because I am finishing my duty in 10 mins and I have to leave upon me explaining him when I have already paid 23,000 for the room I will go ahead and pay 2800 which wasn’t a big deal he kept saying you have to do it right now.
What kind of staff barges in a guest room and starts speaking like this we were so exhausted and checked in at 5pm even after asking him to allow me some time he kept on with his rude manners. I was again stopped by at 11.30 pm at the reception asking about the 3rd person repeatedly by the staff and said his manager has asked him to do so atleast 6 of the staff was asked to keeping coming to my room and it went on Very very disrespectful disappointed and disgusted with such a huge property with such staff. Would never ever go back again ALSO TO HIGHLIGHT THE property had huge snakes too in the garden and pool area to which we asked the manager he was in complete denial and did not want to accept it too

It was a nice place with good service provided. Rooms very good with nice arrangements. House keeping team Harini was good staff.

The service was very good. Breakfast staff very efficient. Room cleaning to be improved.balconies and toilet floor not clean. Alcohol not available. Not mentioned in website. Spa has deteriorated over the years. Facial not available. Not mentioned in web site. Staff every department excellent. Property also excellent.

Had wonderful stay, well organized excellent rooms and room service. The pool was good, could have been better. The food was the best.

Location of Angsana resort is prime and easyliy reachablefor all the visiters.
Houskeeping team very helpfull for deliverling their services.
Specially: - Harini, Shahsi, Muniraju, Chetan team named by me service was awesome and timely delivered.

One of the oldest resort, managed to maintain itself Well, been a guest for business meetings always here, so can’t comment on the spa!

Angsana Oasis is spread over a vast area, this resort is very beautiful and we'll maintained, we visited this place in October'21. There was some delay in baggage handover after checkin, but room service was quick, food although a bit expensive but was very good quality, they have a small children play area with a slide, a sea-saw and a trampoline, bicycles were available. For families with kids you can take along prams, bicycle, football etc to play in grass. Don't forget to take mosquito repellent patches specially for kids in outdoor area, overall a very good weekend-stay away from city life.

Nicely maintained resort.a good place for a weekend break. Their villa facilities help accomodate groups so if you are looking to go with friends and family this is a good option.

A very good break from the city life! Worth going there for atleast once every few months.
Situated away from the hustle of bengaluru & congested highways along the Doddaballapur Road so a nice drive of about 25-30kms from the city center.

It’s not very big as some people claim, it is part of an enclosed community prestige north West County, the resort and spa is open to general public.

The rooms are little old but very clean and well maintained, ground floor and first floor options are there, the executive room was good enough for a family of 2 adults and 2 kids.

The breakfast buffet spread was good, a very neat balance of continental and Indian so full points for that.

The buffet lunch and dinner is slightly overpriced at 950 plus taxes and if you order ala carte it’s better but they make the service slow so that u go for the buffet option)

Pool is big and nice but closed for COVID right now.
Good indoor games and a play area for the kids.
Tennis court was the only outdoor game I saw but couldn’t locate the badminton, cricket net etc…

There is sauna, jacuzzi and steam rooms which are all payable extra.
The best part is the spa though, very good professionals and gives you the much needed relaxation.
The spa rooms are clean, relaxing ambience.
They welcome you with a Tamarind drink and option for shower followed by hot cup of tea! Full marks to this facility on this.

Overall a value for money and a nice day out for the kids and family.

Beautiful place. Like super gorgeous. But staff and restaurants were so severely disappointing.

Its such a photogenic place but that's offset by the fact we got served our drinks post 40 minutes as well as raw fish and so on.

The whole place is beautiful! The tariff was the same as other popular resorts, but the experience was premium. The resort was extremely clean and well maintained and not a single thing was out of place.the trees, pools and everything around were so pleasing to the eye. Only two things were not to my liking. The first one is the check-in time which is 2pm unlike most places where it is 11.30 or 12.the second thing is the food, which could be improved. The food we had in The tangerine was tasty. The room service food was okish. Altogether we enjoyed our stay at Angsana!

Overall the resort is green and is well maintained.the staff were courteous. The rooms are clean and tidy offers a cozy stay.

The main n ultimate disadvantage is the food which totally puts you off.the food variety is not that great and also taste not upto the mark and a bit pricey.
The buffet was priced 950+taxes n lacked variety and not worth that price.totally not worth
Buffet breakfast was ok and there was no wow factor.
For the price they are charging they could offer steam/sauna/ jacuzzi atleast 1 activity complementary as these activities are charged.also some activities like cricket, archery etc are charged.
Hence if you are a food fanatic I'm sure you will be disappointed.

Pathetic service. Ordered a boiled egg for my kid and these guys took 2 hours to get that! Very mismanaged.room service ppl don’t pick up calls. Would not suggest anyone to waste their money on such a place.

This place was awesome and very well maintained.
The food here was good and limited variety in buffet. 3 star for food but one more star only for the vast and hygienic place.

The short overnight stay with 3 friends was refreshing. Were happy with the hospitality and service. 2 bedroom suit was exceptionally clean and beautiful. The place is full of greenery and a perfect place to chill out with family and friends. 5 stars from us for ambience and service.

Lets talk about the disappointing part.

I would leave zero stars if I could for the buffet spread. Rs. 999/- per person per meal was super expensive for the quality of food served.
1. All the dishes were cold. When enquired we were told their induction cook top weren’t working. All 10 induction stopped working at the same time? Amazing coincidence.
2. Food was dry and rice was undercooked.
3. Keeping in mind the festive spirit - desserts like mysore pak (Nandini’s?), bland sabudana kheer and dry cake slices were a total disappointment!
Angsana- please work on your food presentation and variety - it needs a lot of improvement especially when the whole intention is to relax, unwind and indulge in good food!

Spend a couple of days for an office offsite. Loved the resort. Its a big resort - serene, green, has amazing sports facilities and a set of courteous staff as well. Especially the team at the restaurant- Aisha and Mahesh were great help. The rooms are spacious and clean with high celings. Food is above average. Overall an amazing stay amidst nature that will rejuvenate your mind.

Very spacious resort. The surroundings are beautiful and it's located near the airport. It's a nature based place and the rooms are pretty clean. Good place to visit with office colleagues for workcation!

Booking receptionist Miss/Mrs Ayesha she is very arrogant does not know How to speak with customers, very rude behaviour… very disappointed.so dnt bother to even book.

I called them in the contact number mentioned in their website for knowing their packages. Very arrogant response as if they were paying for our stay. So we dropped our plan to visit this resort.

I had been there for a school get together, we were about 17 of us.
To be frank this was one of the best togethers that we had till date, thanks to the staff & the amenities provided with our day package, that included the wide array of delicious food served.
Overall it was a memorable experience.

Beautiful, calm resort to unwind. Not too far away from the city but a decent ride from Bangalore.

Plenty of activities - TT, Tennis, Swimming and Spa.

Food is good too. Less options for vegetarians though. Breakfast spread is good enough.

Their lounge restaurant is airy. Can go for a coffee or a beer there.

Service was focused on a group. They played loud music through the night to entertain this corporate group. Lots of pest in their rooms which obviously are getting cleaned enough.

Nowadays They not Allowing to use Swiming Pool during pandemic Following rule of govt. Outdoor activities also there like game and all. Best place for hangout with Friends or colleague. Everywhere Greenery because of that the resort looks come out very Beautiful. Whole resort they maintain very good. The only thing is my consern about Drink price is very High even food also. The Suite with two bedrooms was comfortable. Food was very tasty and the landscaping of the resort is well maintained. I guess the area of the resort should have been a tad more bigger.

Place is good, clean, good indoor games but room service is worst.won't pick up the call at all.had to order food from outside because room service didn't pick our call.

I think this was one of the best stays which my family experienced. The ambience of the place and the staff has been exemplary. We were there for 5 days and each day has been perfect. A special call-out to the staff Ravi, Manjunath, Shashi, Pramod and Prabhu who are omnipresent guiding and ensuring that we utilise and enjoy the stay to the fullest.

Lot of ways to engage kids be it indoor play area for toddlers to indoor sports facilities for young kids. The spa experience was also very relaxing with a beautiful calm serene environment. Perfect to unwind.

Work and kid's online classes went absolutely fine. Airtel in itself has good connectivity.

Just an average experience overall. Although there were some good experience the bad ones negated the impact made by some of the good folks

To start with Joseph from the sales team did a great job in explaining the details of the property and also being available at any time to answer my most trivial questions

The housekeeping folks were awesome. Shashi, Manjunatha, Chethan, Ramegowda and Ravi all did an amazing job to ensure my mother's bday was perfect. They went out of their way, traveled to another place to get the decorative stuff which is highly appreciated.

Now onto the bad things which were actually very bad

The room service and restaurant head needs to be fired. The staff although they try to do their best are inadequately trained and have been trained only to offer freebies after screwing up things.
The room delivery of food was always late. Even if there were items for babies it will take a lot of time. They need to be more efficient and be more logical. Taking care of kids' needs should be prime especially when it's milk. Why does it take an hour to get a kettle of milk? The answer is they wanted to get all the food together so they just waited till all of the food was ready
Culture insensitive - We were asked to move to another table cos there was another family that wanted to sit at our table. We were told it's cos it's a Jain family. So how does that give them the rights over our table where we sat before? We still obliged and asked them to give us another big table or join tables together so that we can sit as a family. We were told we can't. When confronted, an apology was given and some freebie breakfast thrown in for me as I didn't want to come down for breakfast. This incident was narrated by my sister
Stale sauce - We were served stale tabasco sauce. It left a very very bad flavor in the mouth of my friend who had it with her pasta. Again an apology was given and we were told to take the desserts from the buffet area as an apology.
All these things need to be pre-empted and avoided. It's not the apology that makes the trip memorable but the seamless experience. This totally lacked and the staff in the food dept have been trained only to throw freebies at guests but not take care of the guests the way they should be.

This property at its first glance looks very beautiful but within a couple of hours you will realise how pathetic their customer service is. Things went well until evening, worked out in the gym which has life fitness equipment. What was surprising was that there was no A la carte for dinner. Unwillingly took the buffet which again was below average and no variety of food + overpriced. Coming to the breakfast - average food again but the staff would wrap up the buffet right on time making you feel unwelcome like you should just get up and leave and shouldn’t even finish the food. No timely refills. Beverage was also taken away 10 minutes before the buffet end time. Therefore I ordered a tea separately but strangely they do not serve tea/coffee post 10: 30 am until 3: 30pm. I was informed by a staff that I could go to the room and place an order for tea.which I did.waited for an hour and nothing arrived. I received incorrect information from staff and was told that tea cannot be prepared in those hours since the staff is occupied with preparation of main course. Never heard of such an excuse anywhere. Had a couple more of such experiences in my 2 night stay with Angsana. Would rate them 0 for Hospitality and Customer Service. Please do not book this properly unless you want to ruin your holiday.

Great ambience, exotic villas, good food.
Pathetic room service, no one answers your calls on time, u wish to order tea at your room, & the Room service doesn't answer calls. When they finally take the call, they will tell u its dinner time. So u are left waiting in vain.
No body wash in the dispensers, no slippers.

The place is beautiful and big property but the service is very very poor, everything needs to be told or asked basic facilities also not provided and their numbers are always busy please please within city resort experience is worst.you come with a family and you have to adjust for everything as per them

Overrated, overrcharging hotel.its a smallish resorts, average food, average faciliies, very bad WIFI, very bad airconditioning.not worth the price they charge

Nice place to spend weekend. Awesome experience. Food and beverage are good even the security are doing good in there job.

Very good property to stay. Has good amenities but few of them didn't have access due to COVID restriction. Good Restaurant, hospitality, courteous staff. A place to stay for both family and corporate get-together.

One of the best resorts I have visited in Bangalore for stay! Food is mediocre nothing special not so tasty though! But the stay n property is wonderful!

Very well maintained, green, and open. Good clean rooms. Friendly staff, very attentive. The price is great for the facilities offered. An added bonus is that it’s not far from the airport. Will be very happy to visit again!

The bar is amazing. Great service. Must meet Mr Ezhil who is the best bar tender ever we met. He is expert in making best combinations of cocktails and mocktails.

Nice little getaway from Bangalore. Good pool and lot of activities to do. Also they got a good restaurant serving delicious buffet.

Very nice place for family staycation.and food is awesome, they do have good veg and non veg choices. Kids enjoy the greenery.

The resort is beautiful. Clean rooms, green environment. But the food was poor especially the room service. The portion of food in room service is very little. We had ordered French fries, noodles and some kebabs no chutney or sauce was delivered. It took more than an hour for the food to be delivered.

Breakfast was okay but there was no salt in any of the chutneys and Sambhars. For 850 lunch buffet the options were few.

Service overall needs improvement. Kids went to the indoor play area and were repeatedly told that nothing is available for use. Later I went and found, kids needed adult supervision. They could have told it at first.

An awesome place to hang out with family, ambience is beautiful, well maintained rooms and very neat too, veg food was not very exciting though breakfast was good, can improve a bit on veg lunch and dinner menu. Overall satisfied

Great location, perfect for a weekend getaway. Their rooms are luxurious abd spacious. They quite a lot of amenities for fun like a huge pool, trampoline, basketball and tennis courts, indoor games etc. The food could have been better but they have an amazing bartender who is just a delight to watch when mixing drinks.

It's a beautiful resort, but not entirely worth the price paid when it comes to the amenities provided. We were assured a room at the ground floor itself, when enquired over call. However, when we reached there, they said there were only rooms in the first floor since there was a wedding group as well. We were quite disappointed to see that there actually were a lot of empty rooms in the ground floor, and moreover because the room allotted to us was in what seemed like an abandoned corner of the resort, which was hardly maintained well enough as compared to the other areas. The view from our balcony was mainly a barren road with some empty plots of land. Who would want such a view at all? The walk from our room to most parts of the resort including the restaurants, pool, activities, playground, etc was really long. We felt like more than relaxation, it was two days of trekking kind of experience that we were forced upon.
Of course people don't stay in resorts to sit inside the room all the time and watch TV. But don't we have to some time of the day? Well there was only ONE channel available and upon request, they added just one more channel only, that too sports. During check out, we had to carry back our luggage through the whole way from the room till the reception, which was really exhausting when they could have sent their staff to pick up our luggage on the trolley, despite informing twice regarding the check out. These services are supposed to be included in the money that we pay for the stay. Sensibly, during these pandemic times, it would have been wise for them to send the bill to the room and get the payment settled there itself.
The food was great, be it the complimentary buffet breakfast at the Sun Dance restaurant, or the room service. We did try out the buffet dinner at Tangerine restaurant, the only disappointment was that there were only two non vegetarian dishes, everything else was completely veg. Some of the dishes worth mentioning are the Noormahal Murg Biriyani, Dal Makhani, Kadai Paneer, Angoori Jamun, Vegetable Pulao, Chicken Sandwich, etc. However, the empty dishes from food ordered through room service were never taken back even in 24 hours, unless they came for the next room service or if we reminded.
We took the Spa services as well. The 75-min Javanese body massage was great while the half hour of Back Energy was not as good. It may have been due to the difference of time. Hence we concluded that it is best to use such services for a minimum of at least an hour. They also had options for Ayurveda spa, however we chose to go ahead with the Thai ones. The spa service takes place in airy rooms which are in fact open from three sides and covered only with bamboo curtains. It feels like the spa takes place amidst nature. The herbal tea provided after the service is also lovely.
Most of the activities like cycling, sports and games, use of swimming pool, etc is restricted between 9-6. Cycles are not so great though. The badminton court was not open since some renovation was going on apparently. Kids'playground is too small- only a trampoline, see saw and a slide. The trampoline was always a mess with the dry leaves and dirt. The indoor play area was good. There's a ball pit and related play room for kids below 6 years of age. We enjoyed the foosball and table tennis. Ball used in the squash court was not at all good. I took my kid to the play areas 5 times during our stay. Only once I saw one of the staff overseeing the kids. Appreciate it though.
There's a Help Desk near the pool, where we could supposedly get details regarding the outdoor activities. However, there's hardly anyone present at the desk. The pool is alright, but most of the times somewhat a mess with the dry leaves falling off the trees around. The sun loungers around the pool were always found to be dirty. Also, it's a shallow pool comparatively, hence good for kids too although there's a separate kids-pool as well.

Its a nice place just outside Bangalore. Well equipped with spa, indoor outdoor games and pool (steam, massage & sona bath). Worth for spending weekend along with family/friends. Amd not to mention the food is really good.

Despite the cost, the suite was horrid, the bathrooms were not good at all! Worst of all, we were routinely dismissed! Service was so careless and the food was very poor in quality. Extremely disappointed.

Place is very beautiful. Food is not so good tho. No response for room service. We asked for hot water during lunch so many times. But we never got it.
