I don't wanted to give one star also but for review i have to give star.coming to pg cleaning part that is worst.once in a week.food is not at all good better to stay in roads

I don't want to rate 1 star also. Staying in this PG is one of the worst decision, I stayed there for 2 months, it's like a hell.
1. SECURITY - she'll lock the main gate by 10: 30pm, in case of emergency, she'll not pick the call to open the gate.
2. FOOD - limited and unhygienic food, one day a cockroach was there in idli and knowing that the PG owner didn't even apologise, we paid for food and ate outside everytime.
3. MAINTENANCE - they didn't clean the restroom for 2 months straight, we have to beg them and remind them daily to clean the restroom.
4. RENT - PG owner is a cunning lady. Don't believe her words, she'll be sweet in the starting days, then when it comes to money, she'll become the most horrible women you'll ever see.

Worst pg, No maintenance.lot chocroches is there, if u want to Join in that pg first check fridge, how many chocroches inside the fridge, worst food, they ll not clean washrooms, Warden or owner (HEMA) very Evil She is worst cunning lady, Such a bevakuf Evil Person if u want to leave pg she ll never give your advance back and she ll try to blackmail you also,
Pay monthly 3000/- it's more then enough for that maintenance.

One of the worst pg I have ever seen in Bangalore. And the owner is 3rd class.
They just want money.and this pg is big scam in Bangalore.

Worst Pg Ever! The nos. Provided to us are not Legit! The locations are not legit either! Nothing looks proper or even Low class it's below everything! ANJU the person you'll talk to doesn't have mannerisms to talk to you, so better not go! Pathetic Hospitality, Anju Doesn't understand any language, talk to her in Sign language or the language of money!

Worst ever pg, food and kitchen is full of cockroach, behaviour is very very rude, many times there won't be water supply for 3-4days, many times won't have electricity, too many issues that could not be explained.

Whoever is thinking of joining this pg, please, don't. I wish I checked the reviews of this pg before joining coz its the worst place you can ever be in. I had to tell the owner, "hema aunty" more than 4-6 times t clean the washroom, kitchen and fridge. It is horrendous that the way she talks and sways the customers aka parents and children, is pure evil. Things get lost here almost all the the time. The maids who work here steal things from the girls and when asked, to show the cctv footage, the owner will refuse to do so. The kitchen, washroom and fridge is disgusting to even begin with. Horrible condition with cockroaches flying here and there all the times. And the fact that they cook food and make rotis on the same counter top where cockroaches lay their egss. It is not hygienic. I found hair in ny food many times and often times they'd give spoiled rice. The fact that nobody wants to speak up against her due to her intimidating aura. She is nothing but purely money minded and highly manipulative. She will take 10k forom you for a bed and then, 8k maybe from someone else. This is a place where a triple sharing costs 10k (idk why) and 4 sharing 12k. It doesn't even make sense. Pgs which are under companies, offer much better services and security with good food and charge almost the same. I was depressed when I first landed on this pg, I wanted to cry coz of the condition i was living in. We have proofs too to prove the condition we live in. Curretnly, she has changed the pgs name to indira nivas, be aware. This is your friendly neighborhood gorly trying to warn you against people like her, and trust the reviews that are written here, those aren't bots.

WARNING Joining this PG is the worst thing you can do to yourself. I regret joining without reading reviews. The owner lady is very cunning and twists here words. She is very money minded and changes a double sharing into triple sharing by adding a bed in the middle as she wants. I paid 7000 and stayed for 5 days. She won't refund your deposit. They won't give food if they don't feel like. This happened during my 5 days stay there. She locked a girl's room without informing her prior even though she paid her rent on time. When the girl asked her to open the room she came an hour late and cursed her saying she and her family won't prosper and do well in life. The bathroom won't be cleaned for straight up 2 weeks. The place is filled with rats and there is a cockroach infestation. The pictures uploaded are fake. Don't believe anything she says. She'll be really sweet when you join and later you'll see her true colours. Save yourself and choose wisely.

Irritating lady, before joining she will speak nicely by telling all lies, but if you visit pg and if u enquire pg peoples they will tell the real face of that worst lady, luckily I didn't joined, she wasted my time,

Worst PG ever. The owner is very money oriented. Food isn’t edible. Nothing works. The owner is a lady who misbehaves with everyone. She just wants money.

Worst PG for girls in Bangalore. Don't ever come to stay here. The owner lady is EVIL and she doesn't care about anyone. She only cares about money. She won't return you your deposit and will demand money for everything and give you nothing in return. This is pathetic! She is inhumane to all those girls coming to stay far away from their homes. It's just sad.

I lived in this pg for two years and it was one of the most horrible experiences of my life. Not only the lady (Anjali) is money minded but a garbage human being who's only money minded. I have experienced lices, termites and what not. I would give it 0 stars

This is the worst pg that you’ll ever find. The lady is so money minded. She tries to scam the girls who are living in the pg by every possible ways. Wi-Fi, washing machine, food, water doctor nothing works in their pg. The hygiene of the pg is a joke. This pg is not at all safe all your belongings gets stolen every now and then and if you complain about it to the owner then she blames you back. Food is so bad in the pg that you get food poisoned if u eat for more than 2 days

The owner can't be described as a decent human has no sympathy for the person living only cares about itself better say on road than here.

Worst pg with worst experience, landlady is totally money minded, facilities are like salt in flour.she takes different amount of money for same rooms from different individual facilities like clean water, sanitation etc isn't provided like literally the worst pg you'll ever have in lot of money!

Don’t visit this Pg. Uncle is good AUNTY IS SUPER MONEY MINDED. If u have 2 room sharing & u r paying 6k and tomorrow someone comes with 7k she will give u ur deposit & make u vacat. In short, anytime u can get kicked out of Pg if someone pays more than u. No trust in business all about money money. Uncle will be good but aunty get worst after she gets money in hand.

Very nasty PG for girls. Food is cooked in a substandard manner. No one can stay in this pg for more than one month. Electricity problem sucks, lot of mosquitos, you will lose your hair if you take bath in this pg water.
Common toilet is kept unclean. Now about the owner. She is very rude. First when we call her she will be very friendly then she wil change her tone and be very mean

This is a horrible pg.
Lady is completely money minded.nothing work in the pg (washing machine, water purifier etc). Even cleaning is not done on daily basis.
Sometime the lady show some other room and when u go she will ask you to stay in other room or hall and as u have paid her u don't have choice.
In short after taking money she don't care. Although u think that rent is reasonable but it is not as u have to manage ur laundry food etc. Also, she take different rent for same room from each girl.
She also have one more building that is 219. So don't think that it is different both the houses are managed by this lady.

It was just the worst of all. The food was extremely bad, so bad that a small pinch of it can make you puke. I couldn't even stay there for 2 days. There were worms inside water purifier, so now you can imagine how bad it is.

I would not like to give any star, since it is mandatory I have given one. 1 rating is also not worth for this PG. Pg owner is money minded and has cameras everywhere in the pg to listen to all the conversation pg residents do and that's how she monitors the pg. Coming to food, it is the Worst! Never had such bad experience before, no cleanliness is maintained, I myself encountered so many times rats roaming in the kitchen and coackroaches even roam around food vessels, it's a mess.

I am giving this star only because it is mandatory that woman is really dangerous, she can anytime kick out u if someone gives more money to her.she is more like gold-digger for students.she talks like she is the only one woman took bath with milk but i am telling u she is devil don't fall for her sweet words, food is worse that can't even express, food is 2-3 days stale.once i told that cheep woman that her food feels like stale but, she was like i had it was not like that and also says that take spoon and have taste and then take food, the one who comes to her says the same thing that all says its amazing.food.also she didn't gave our money back.once we went for water she said 1litre water for 2 ppl for whole day and that cheep woman charged 200 per person for that 1 litre water.i had food possion no wonder if someone dies my hostel mates.she ask money all the time.very dirty pg.rude don't go guys i really don't want others to suffer which i suffered i left the pg 15 days before.also i am attaching some pictures of world's most tasty food in anjalis eyes but not fur us food with insect.

Really very bad Pg. There is no cleaning, the food is terrible, no security also and the owner is always concerned with money only. Staying here is complete waste of money. I had vacated the pg before completing 15 days only. So don't come here. Worst PG. Lots of rats and cockroaches will be seen scrolling here and there. Very unhygienic place.

My cousin had stayed here and had the worst experience. This is the worst pg in the area. Their is a huge shortage of basic amenities, the rooms are small and claustrophobic, The food served is of very bad quality, The owner is extremely rude and only cares about the money, she'll takes extra maintenance charges, extra refundable deposits but never returns the money. The rent is monthly wise so even if you come at 15th of august to stay you'll have to pay the whole of August's rent. The owner Anjali has no sense of ethics and is extremely rude, please do not stay here.

Worst place no drinking water available and the gesture always off we can't use electronic devices if we use the owner she took the things without our permission she won't gave it back every pg we can use kettles and iron box example grace pg and bule bells pg, krishna pg we can use electronic devices there they have no issue. In this covid time we need a hot water for drinking or coffee, tea those people not proving then the owner didn't gave the advance back and limited food look at the image that onion is half boiled. That's y I putting 5.

Please do not fall for the words of the owner.
The pg doesn't serve the facilities as mentioned nor is the owner polite enough to return the caution deposit even after the room is vacated one day after it is booked because of the above reasons.

I have stayed for 1 month. It was a very worst experience ever I have seen in my life. They are providing limited food. Maintainance also not good. Management was fully money minded. Bad experience. She will treat us very friendly during joining after that she will change.

Worst pg I have ever stayed in. Bed bugs, very unhygienic place, average food, no maintenance at all. Promises facilities which are hardly fulfilled. On top of it the owner is greedy for money. Charges differently from different people, does not pay back money if stayed for less number of days but demands payment in full, the moment you arrive to the pg. Caution: Don't get cheated by the sugar-coated language spoken during the admission.

Worst ever and horrible experience. The food served is spoilt most of the times, the only thing you can do is compromise your health, money and peace of mind. The owner is very greedy, initially their attitude is very sweet which changes according to the time and finally shows their true colours.

This is the worst pg I have come across, During the admissions the owner was all nice and sweet. But you understand her true colours when you decide to stay there. She literally put my sister and me out of her house just because we did not want to stay there. It was unclean and messy and disgusting it was smelling everywhere. No hot water as well. She will pretend like the hot water is coming and then there is no hot water. She will blame us for everything. Please don't go her. If you go please go at your own risk!

My first time pg experience-Being a mangalorean I'm used to treating people well and being well treated by people. This is was a traumatic and shocking experience. My sister got admitted to a nearby college and when we met her she was oozing care and love. But we came to know her true colours today morning. The lady is a witch just extorting money with no cleanliness in the pg. There is no hot water too. When we decide to leave the pg in 2 hours because we didn't like the place she literally puts us out of the pg after taking 700rs. She has no conscience whatsoever. Please go there at your own risk.
