This is the best place for eye checkup in Whitefield, person who checked my eye was very skilled.
They provide same quality of glasses as lenskart do in half price.

They are very generous too, by mistake i fitted wrong power, after checkup they replaced it for free.

Worst service wouldn't recommend this store. After paying huge amount not happy with spectacles. Poor quality frames, total waste of money.

I wouldn't recommend for following reasons, experiences can be subjective:

1. Higher price. Everything including glasses.

2. Poor eye testing quality: They do not take the eye ball axis on the glass, especially with bifocal lenses as we had to give it back to fix it.

3. Service time:
a. Contact lens is 1 week
b. Spectacles is 4 days with errors
c. Repair time is more than 4 days despite their confidence of 1 day.

The reason I opted for them was usually the loc shops are in a capacity to provide better personalized services. Not the case here.

Service is very poor. It was a bad experience for me. Bought contact lens here and the box condition was very bad. After paying good amount of money feel bad for getting such bad product. If we question them they dont care about it and tell us it was received in such way and we dont have any replacement.

Eye testing is not done properly. They just want to mint money by suggesting unnecessary changes to your existing glasses

Please don't go here.everywhere for eye testing it's free.here it's 300 rs.and cost of lens and frame is double.pls try any other good opticals.

I had a lovely experience, very friendly staff, they have a complete collection of frames, from affordable price to branded ones, I seriously recommend this shop.

One of the best opticals in the centre of Whitefield Bangalore. A great choice of selection and designs offered by the opticals. All kinds of options forpeople from kids to elders it is provided over here (according to your choice). People like it very much for their best attitude and performance maintenance. ️?

Service is very bad. They are behaving like nonsense type with customers and also they are giving wrong information to customer, and arguing like we are not human.

My specs frame colour became fade. At the time of purchase they had told us take it has warranty. The colour fade is a manufacturing defect but they are not accepting anymore.

Worst optical centre. I have bought the premium frame and for that they have suggested the glass which is heavier for the frameless. So they recommend a glass and brand where they have good benefits.and cost is very high.and they won’t give u delivery in time and quality of the service is again worst. I recommend titan eye plus which is next to this store.
