Visit only if doctor available. If not reception will say 5 mins 5 mins and makes us to wait for more than 2 hours. The doctor stays just behind hospital and visit clinic with there preferred time.
No value to waiting patients

Took appointment for an emergency case at 10: 30 am but, when reached, there's nobody at the reception. Someone came and informed, doc isn't available till 5 pm. I even called a hour before and confirmed the availability. They didn't bother to inform you in prior for an emergency consultation. The worst ever hospital environment what I observed as well.

There is no point of taking appointment and going to this clinic, male receptionist Mr. Amareesh at front desk in the evening is not able to answer the queries and speaking carelessly by looking on to mobile phone even not ready to face the guest (patient). However the physician is well-experienced person.
