I worked for more than a year. Pathetic experience. They will set you an unrealistic targets. And the fun part is some people will be so biased even if you are capable of doing some great things you will be unnoticed and marked as low performer. Some members will do nothing but still they earn the credits. No learning, no development, no stable job.

If you want a stable job then don’t join it. They can spend money on parties and events but when it come for employees they will simply layoff you casually saying we don’t have business and money to give you.

Recently I Applied For the Position of IT Recruiter. They took interview like casual Discussion and keeping Busy with Mobiles and otherstuff and Without any single question in Technical Part and just said not moving with interview Process. They Totally Wasted My time. Very Bad Experience.
