This website has become worst. They said they will do so AI and big update. After that the candidate relevancy is so less that it is not worth posting here job. We have got more relevant candidates from JOB HAI (Free portal) than from APNA.

There is a good response and also the candidates where genuine in some platforms the candidates are fake which really tests our patience. They say we will join and vanish

There have been numerous app and platform available for hiring and Apna is one of that. It's used to be a reasonably fair mutual platform for hiring for both employers and perspective candidates, but has become one of the worst now which is only interested in making money at any cost. Their modus operandi is such that you are forced to buy their high priced packages to actually hire the candidate. The perspective candidates can post free of cost their resume including experience, present salary drawn and salary expected, whereas employers can post the job requirements with details of job, salary and other perks at certain costs depending on time window as per terms & conditions. The platform is somehow useful but the greatest negative is non verification of candidates and their resume with details such as age, address, experience, salary drawn etc posted by them. Most of the time it comes out to be wrong or misleading information including mobile and whatspp number. And hence it wastes lot of time in interaction with the candidates, calling them for interview and final selection, although the requirements are generally on immediate basis by the employers. Even 30-40% references of perspective candidates given by Apna based upon job posted by employer do not match. Non serious candidates just for fun also post their resume being it free of cost and because on non verification by Apna. Apna doesn't take any responsibility for the correctness of information posted and even doesn't take any action against such fake/wrong profiles posted on their platform despite reporting by employers. Lot of improvement and work is required by Apna to make it a good and useful platform.

Time and money wasted. There was a job posting for a receptionist/tele caller position, and 40 candidates were to be shared. Unfortunately, we received 15 resumes that were useless, 8 of which did not return our calls, and the rest did not show any interest in the position.

Don't waste your money like me on this apna hire for your recruitments. This is completely cheating on us, the profile we received around 50 to 60. But all wasted, Irrelevant profiles.

Pathetic service, I have been using apna co application for quite long but have never came across such bad experience, This is with regards to the most pathetic customer care representative Mr Vasu, who doesn't even know how to talk properly or even address the problem, I wish to understand why such a reputed company has Vasu like guys still working, secondly i want to know why all the previous relationship manager have left the company. Every time I post a job, there is a new manager assigned to me.

I would like to have my relationship manager changed and strict action should be taken with regards to Mr. Vasu being an highly incompetent to sustain his job in the respective position

Very bad experience.we had posted on apna app for Dermatologist profile. We have received 21 profile but in that I didn't receive single dermatologist profile. 100% profiles will be irrelevant and that's, all your money is gone to get unmatched profiles. Even coins are not returned back. I have decided not to spend my money here anymore.
If i call to that candidate they will tell that i got a message in what's app i just opened it i didn't applied for any job.what kind of service you people are providing us i don't know simply stealing money. Even though we are regular recruiter in apna app. If i call to complain the same they told that with in one day will resolve your issue. Its almost 3 days over I'm trying to calling them several times but there is no response.waste of money

I would rate zero star not even one. It was good during Covid times i was able to post job requirements for free and used to get relevant calls. But now its a paid service and unfortunately it has become horrible. 99% profiles will be irrelevant and that's, all your money is gone to get unmatched profiles. Even coins are not returned back. I have decided not to spend my money here anymore.

Good service, I had applied for jobs and they responded immediately and I am very satisfied with the job posting and the work culture.

Don't trust these guys, We have paid the amt and post the, in three days post got deactivated and we have not got even single employee. Customer support also not given proper answer.so please dont trust.

Very good placement agency. Got lot of opportunities from here only. They are pushing their candidates in very good companies. I have got a job by them only.

I feel its good app with good interface also having a direct access to talk with HR and as well as they are providing training service with placement as well

A week ago i will add my feedback for apna ascend then they give me their 'support email ID's and they never replied my email properly They just skip that mail everyone listen this carefully if you want. One's you study before taking a paid course, just like apna ascend course or any other paid courses, i am the living victim, don't jump fake promises, don't hear the strangers promise including me.
They never give me the placement, and till they never give me the course certificate too.
It happened more than 2 months no more updates no more contacts numbers the previous numbers not working!

I am a start up company thought we will recruit from a platform may be helpful with continuous support from their team. I have purchased 400 coin 5 times for 5 post just to try how it works. I received more than 180 application but not even 1 appointed.because no relevant application. Next I try contacting the TEAM, SUPPORT TEAM OR CUSTOMERCARE.but no team is available by fed-up I try sending email to support@apna but when I explained in detail expecting solution I got reply "renew your job and pay money" I felt cheated from this people. Final option for me giving my experience in review. I strongly recommend do not use this platform it is like one way you pay & dont expect anything from them. They dont have either any team. When I searched their customer care number couldn't trace. Office address somewhere near Ejipur with no contact numbers or company email details. That shows it is sort of fake company. I personally strongly not recommend this platform.

I looked their add in youtube thought its is good start up company and professional. But the service really bad. Its been 2days i post a job on paid service. Still the job is not active. The reason is we have to give our KYC consent of aadhar & pan, which no platform will ask. I have asked the relationship manager for refund. He said regarding which refund. He even forgot that i have paid to post the job on their portal. Not recommended.

Worst ever. Their account managers are fraud. They get the payment done and after that no response. Don't pick up calls. Useless.

One of the pathetic service providers. They started it with a good strategy and user friendly applications and gradually went down the drain with all critical aspects of the job portal. I'm not sure how their algorithm works but for the skills that had a lot of applications once when I used the free service, their numbers drastically reduced once I took the paid one.
They do not give you the option to put the Job Title as per your company requirements, even if that happens it goes to a forever 'under review' process. Hardly any option to customize.
I'm sure this is the last time I am using it.
