We have been visiting apollo mysore since a decade and every year the facility hospitality of the staff are been doing good. Mrs Shilpa in Opd 1 reception counter is been very humble cooperative always. Ms Mary sister is always guiding n helping for the patients. Dr Ravi puranik as usual very patience to hear our issues n guide us with positive words and vibes. Over all good team work.

This Hospital is Appollo only in name. The adminstration is lethargic. The Wheel chair people come after 30 minutes to transport a person from one department to another.
This Hospital is a terrible mark on the name of Appollo.
The receptionist in the Orthopedics section does not know how to speak. She calls me up to inform me that the doctor is going. She says come immediately. I informed her that the patient is undergoing MRI scan, so how can she come. She loudly says please come urgently sir. Is this the way a receptionist speaks to patients? She needs training in public relations. She seems to be taken out from the village and posted on this post.
The receptionist at Neurology dept give me a token which is stamped at 3: 46 pm and she gives a patient who has a token stamped at 4: 25 pm entry before me. Is this how the receptionist works?
The phlebotomist at the lab takes the prescription of the doctor and the bill from me. He takes the patients blood for testing. After taking the patients blood, he says that he does not have the prescription. He even tells me that I did not give him the prescription. I told him about three times that I have given you the prescription, but still he says no. After about 10 minutes the prescription comes back to him from the lab. Now how did the prescription go into the lab without my giving it to the phlebotomist? He also needs a bit of training in how to talk to customers. Why does he have to lie so much to patients?
The doctors at this Hospital are good. I especially liked the way Dr. Moin dealt with us, but the surrounding infrastructure is pathetic or I would say terrible. At every point we had to wait for half and hour to get the wheel chairs transporters. Very pathetic service provided in the name of Appollo Hospitals.

Doctors are expert in their fields and why they take too much time to diagnose a disease or take too much time for the treatment.they simply put drips whole day and charge more than 10k per day.
As a patient attendant, visited often to hospital for more than a month to get disease cured but there was no improvement in patient and atlast no patient and no money.feeling disappointed.this hospital concerns only about money they really dont care about patients.worst hospital in MYSORE. 200% money minded hospital.

Really I thankfull to Dr. Bopaiah and Ms. Bhaagyalaxmi they both very cooperative and so kind, especially preoperative counseling was done by bhagya it was clear and excellent. Overall services is excellent.

I have always heard negative reviews on Apollo hospital mainly cost of the treatment and service. I'm not sure about others experience. But i have had an amazing experience. Recently my father had chest pain in midnight and as i did not have much choice visited nearby Apollo hospital for the criticality. Later found out that my father had to undergo Bypass surgery due to multiple blockages. They monitored for 2 days and they even gave us option to take another opinion and discharged with temporary medication until we decide for the surgery. We took couple of opinions and found out no other go and decided to go ahead with the surgery.
Apollo has the latest technologies and expert doctors, they recomended for MICS, rather than conventional bypass surgery. Dr. Satyakee Nambala, who is an inhouse doctor in Apollo, Bangalore- Expert in MICS, we had a consultation with him in and we were confident enough to go ahead with MICS. Surgery went well, all the doctors, nurses, brothers & sisters, support staff were so helpful and understanding, my father was overwhelmed with the service apollo has provided.
Regads to the cost, while we were taking opinions with other hospitals in Mysore, found Apollo was way cheaper, convinient with all the facilities.
Overall experience was great, specially the service to the patient is execellent. 5/5

Not allowing for Parking vehicles of Patients attendees. Need to help for Parking the vehicles. Otherwise patient need to walk for more 300 meters

To do ECG test, they are taking more than one hour and not properly responding.to patients. Sending from one floor to another floor. Very disappointed

Not recommended, you won't get quick treatment. Doctor's may be experts but these experts takes long days to treat a problem. They simply put drips whole day and charge 10-20k per day.the treatment are not so effective. May be we need to stay one week or one month to get any disease cured. Money minded hospital.

Wonderful staff. The doctors are also really good. It's all very organized. Covid precautions are also on point. Patient food served is very sufficient and hygienically done. Overall, it was a good experience.

The worst service was ever seen in Radiology section at apollo, I was waited two hours for one x -ray, in this section staff are not responding properly.

Though the service is good they make sure you as a patient feel that you are dealing with business entity and not health center. In the name of health service you end up paying hefty bills in the end with charges made more than 10 times the normal charges you can expect outside. You should avoid this place as there are other hospitals with decent facilities and service in Mysore.

Insurance claims made easy as the staff supports and also be loyal to the patients and also the insurance people. Best thing is that its a one stop place where you can get cured and have satisfactory results in less time. Well trained doctors and staff, fully furnished and also fully maintained.

Last Wednesday, my father (Krishnamurthy) had underwent heart bypass surgery in this hospital. Since we're from Tumkur, in the first consultation itself doctors advised for the surgery after going through the angiogram report. Again surgery done successfully on date and he came back to normal condition within 4-5 days.

Cardiology Coordinator - Ms. Smita has helped a lot in knowing the hospital procedures and overall coordination. We're thankful for that.

Also Ms. Sunita (Billing Dept) - Helped in claiming benefits and other formalities. We're thankful for that.

Cake cutting celebration just before the discharge from the nurse staff was really a fantastic idea to discharge a patient from the hospital in a positive way.

I was diagnosed with hot water epilepsy and was kept under observation for 24 hours. Doctors, nurses, attendees and facilities from casuality till I reached ward were just outstanding. No explanation required but I guess this place is just the perfect redefinition for absolute medical service.extremely happy with you guys and I wish all the success and perfection for upcoming days.

I took my Mom to the hospital on last Friday night at 8.30 pm on emergency. They were quick and provided the emergency services promptly. Dr Aumir Mohin, Neurologist arrived in time to check my Mom. On diagnosis, she was admitted to MICU for a day and later shifted to ward. At each stage Dr Mohin updated us with all details of treatment and progress. The nursing and other support staffs are well trained and taken good care of Mom. My Mom got discharged on Monday with post discharge plan. Overall
healthy experience. Keep up the good work.
