Worst place to go for employee medical test, overcrowded on weekends and not enough place to sit (not enough space to stand also). Very poorly maintained facility and very poor crowd management. I don’t understand why do they even accept so many appointments in such a small facility!

Pathetic lab services, if someone call for reports they ask to call later on the IVR which is chargeable!
Sorry worst staff for lab over call!

Visited for corporate health check up. Selected Apollo clinic Indira Nagar out of four diagnostics centre mentioned in the corporate health check up list. Selected 7500/- package for my wife.

I had to visit 3 times so far, doctors for consultation were not available. Still some tests are pending in the check list.

There was no sync between reception, nurse and doctors. It looks like annual health check ups were not considered seriously at this clinic and not communicated well.

Had my annual check up from the clinic - the process was smooth and timely- the nursing staff were extremely courteous and helpful.

ECG and pulmonary test, staff where so cooperative, explained the procedure and facts well. Overall experience is good and satisfactory,

Nursing department and lab department all check were taken with good care and providing information

Doctors are too friendly and the staff are nice.you can easily clear your doubts and it's a worth one

Pathetic service of the indiranagar branch. It took 1 hour for registration! They confirm too many appointments way beyond their capacity. They have only one room for ultrasound and echo.people have to wait with bladder full while the room gets used for tmt. Will not recommend going to this centre for health checkups.

I took appointment over 18605007788 which was mentioned in the clinic but they won't honour the appointments. I got to hear that" you have taken appointment with call center you can talk to them.we will not consider that appointment" then I talk to call center they not even ready to check my appointment details and started tell you have to follow the queue.then I had to ask then kindly check the appointment details then they say " yes you have than appointment- they talk to the clinic receptionist where they are like you can escalate to management we can't consider this appointment"
So guys don't fall in this pit of appointment.this will not be considered here. Don't waste your time - Apollo Indiranagar- 100 ft road.

One of the worst clinic ever experienced. The staff out here are so unprofessional and untrained, looks like those 10th pass out kids who collect samples. They don't understand the importance of time and least bothered when it comes to customer service.it's high time even the corporate companies stop patnering with them, I shall raise the concerns at my office as well

Very poor service, I booked an appointment through their call centre that they were unaware of. The receptionist was rude and unconcerned too.

Noone guided us on how to go about a full body test. There is no sort of crowd or patient management.
Nobody is minding any queues and there is no kind of order in how the tests are conducted.
We ended up spending 6.5 hours at the clinic just because that place is unequipped to handle the crowd.
Time estimates of 20 mins were given though actual wait time was 1.5 hours for things like ultrasound and consulting.

In summary, this place is absolutely pathetic and never go there on Saturday

This private clinic is ALL about sucking the money out of your pockets. I went to get a second opinion on a dengue-related rash. Dr Rajendra Prasad casually put me through a whole bunch of tests, and prescribed medicines for fever, even though I had told him my fever had disappeared a few days back. One can only assume these doctors get a percentage amount for every test they recommend people do. Dishonest.

This is one of the worst place for any type of consultancy, I went there because of brand name and one stop place for treatment. But here the doctors are not professional towards patients, they are professional towards making money for establishment and themselves. They will write unnecessary tests which anyone can understand once doing tests that they are not relevant, and not think about helping out patients. Sometimes in follow up visit they will ask for visiting fees, in which they will be checking reports. Its funny.

Good place if you go on a weekday. Very competent personnel like Mirza who will make your lab tests a breeze. My doctor Dr. Priti Shankar did a very thorough check up before prescribing tests and medicines. You can access test results online and don't personally have to go collect it every time.

Avoid Saturdays, the lab staff named Sangeetha was chewing gum through the blood withdrawal for a test. She poked the needle so hard, I screamed a little. And now I have a clotted vein. She is terrifyingly incompetent for a healthcare institution.

Worst service in Apollo Clinic 1st time Doctors available and again rechecking doctors not available.

After making an appointment and coming to the clinic I was told the doctor was not available. Clearly shows the lack of professionalism and taking us for granted.

Worst experience ever. And reports are not so reliable. I had a complete medical checkup sponsored by my company. People here are absolutely irresponsible and they will never guide you through the tests. So, even if you miss out any test in the list there is no one to follow up. Dont choose this if you are going for a complete health check up.

Receptionist are very arrogant and they don't even care to pick the call when you call back.
Learn to be professional!

Booked an appointment for a health checkup on s Saturday. Two days before the scheduled date, I received two calls regarding the appointment, seeking confirmation. The appointment was for 8: 30 am in the morning and we were asked to fast for 10-12 hours. Upon reaching the clinic, however, we were told that the checkups will be conducted on a first come first serve basis, and that there were a lot of corporate clients visiting the clinic that day, so it would be atleast 11 before we would be called (we were not supposed to have food till then!) Even people who arrived after us were called for their checkups, if under the "corporate" label. Thoroughly unprofessional behavior! When I tried to call their call center, no one picked up the phone. I tried calling in the morning and afternoon, still no one was picking up. Please do away with your appointment system, if you don't intend to honor it, and try to value out time also. If you had informed us earlier that Saturday's would be for corporate clients, we would have come some other day.

The worst clinic.very poor response.staffs are not so experienced.not expected from a brand hospital like Apollo.reception staffs are requested us to rate them as 9/10.but if i rate them really they will be in 1/10 rating or minus 1 out of plus 10 rating.they have to improve a lot.not recommended to others.

I booked an appointment for a health check-up on two days back. The day before the scheduled date, I received calls regarding the appointment, seeking confirmation. The appointment was for 23rd March 8: 45 am in the morning. Upon reaching the clinic, however, there was a long queue. I was told you were on 32 and queue 14 is going on. They are not honoured corporate appointments.
It took 5 hours to complete my health check-up and given the doctor consultation appointment at 5 PM next Tuesday. When I reached on time nobody was there. The Receptionist told me the doctor will come at 6.30 PM.
The service is not worth a penny. Worthless incapable extremely unprofessional staff. Never stepping into this place again. Extremely pathetic service.

This place sucks big time! God alone knows what they charge you so much. The lady who sits in the from desk is extremely arrogant and unprofessional. And least bothered towards the condition of the patients in terms is helping. The prices are so high. The service is not worth a penny. And everyone around are extremely unprofessional. Never stepping into this place again. Extremely bad.

Overall experience was good, they are polite, good number of staffs.i went there for health checkup.

I had an appointment with the physician at 7 PM.
I came at 6: 50 PM, I was given a token number and asked to wait. At 7pm I was told token number 9 went to see the Doctor and at 7: 40pm the guy says token number 9 went in. There is no system or management. They don't respect appointment timings and make you wait. What's the point giving appointment timings?
What do they charge so much for.
I hate Apollo.

I appreciate all staffs we're fast and quick and my health check completed smoothly in time. Best place for health check.

No respect for appointment timings. No point getting an appointment. They just take money and rush through the whole process. No one to organise. Had the worst experience.
