The staff and the management was the worst, they took one chest xray of me, and they told to come again the next day as the doctor was not there, and even on the next day, the doctor was unavailable, its been 3 days and they were cutting calls when i ask them for the reports.such a worst hospital.
The place is short staffed, highly chaotic.half of their staff for ultrasound, xray is hardly available.not sure how they are managing this facility.utterly disappointed

Worst service, they do jot have any process, just running by name. 9 to 12 only blood test and ecg more than 3 hrs waiting which not known to patients, management staff 70197024** irfan also align with same. So whole management is worst here. Calling to patients in morning 8.30 or befre but scan doctor is coming after 12, one recepinst for handling 20 person. I did not suggest anyone to go
I did my annual check up here. Done TMT &ECG as part of it. It was a good experience. The staff assisted me and explained everything very nicely. Overall good clinic with polite staffs.
Went there to see dr mary for fever and dizziness.she was not able to figure out symptoms, when asked about prescription explanation, she denied, saying everything was written on the paper.not a patient friendly doctor
The front desk employees are not at all helpful. The rest of the staff is ok, however if you are planning to get a health checkup done here, please don't, as they are not organized to manage it well.
The DCM of Sarjapur branch is so rude. She doesn't have the basic knowledge to keep privacy of the patient. I had an gynec appointment there. The clinic did not inform us prior about the extra service charges. When questioned, the DCM claimed it is a government rule to charge a huge extra money. When I started asking question, the DCM started screaming mentioning my all gynec issue in front of the reception and other public present there. This was an extreme pathetic behaviour by her.
A very unorganised clinic, staff is too busy without making any progress in reducing wait time or the coordinations among themselves. There is serious hygiene issue in the clinic. Floors are very dirty, there are fresh stain marks on the chair. Looks like cleaning is not happening.

Consulted pediatrician Dr Mithilesh Kumar for my son who was suffering sever cold from past two weeks. He is such irresponsible person talking on phone almost 5 mins and not responding.after that he didn't even open his mouth though we explained everything what medicines we used etc.he blindly written Relent + and azythromycin which we already used and no result.he forcing us to continue the same for 3 more days and see me. Is it required to pay 700 rs as consultation fee such a simple and idiotic response.
Pathetic is the word. To begin with no AC, no fans working irrespective of huge crowd. To add to that.after 1 hr of waiting I was told test will not happen today as device is not working

One of the worst service provider. To contact them, it will take you to IVR and you need wait for atleast 30 mins. And that 30 mins is chargeable. What a business Apollo is running. Just to talk to them over the call 1st thing you need to try multiple times it won't get connected, even if it's connected you need to have 50 to 100 rs currency just connect the call to apollo clinic or call centre. Visited for Heel Pain. Booked an appointment with Dr. Pradeep for my foot pain. I had booked appointment for 10: 20 am. At 9: 30am I got a call from the clinic and they asked me to come at 10: 00 am as the doctor would be coming by 10am. I went there at 9: 59am, paid the consultation charge of Rs. 650 and they asked me to wait. I waited for 30 minutes and then they told me appointment is cancelled. Poor service from the doctor and the clinic.

This is regarding Dr. Roshan Bandari and his misbehavior. I had taken an appointment with him for the consultation of my mother due to some emergency on 22nd Feb 2022 at 02: 00PM at Sarjapura road clinic.
We had waited more than 30 mins at the clinic and the reception desk has informed us three times that within 10 mins he will be at the clinic. We waited more than 45 mins and the reception lady called the doctor and unfortunately she the phone call in speaker mode and he told us to leave the premises if the billing is not done as he cant consult the patient which unfortunately we heard by us and as a doctor he is not supposed to say this
We are paying for our service and he is not supposed to tell the same and if he is not consulting the patient he should not confirmed his service and provided the appointment to us. His behavior was so ridiculous of the doctor which is not at all appreciable.

Hopeless service. I have taken my covid dosage 2 days ago n it's still not updated on the cowin website. After trying for 30 min i spoke to clinic ppl. If i am asking them about when the update will happen i need to present the said certificate to attend work they immediately disconnected my call. Hopeless service. Hardly some response. Recently got health check up. I feel package is Costly and we can get same even in good and better Hospitals.
As part of package they say Dental, ENT, Dietitian but no one will be available. Even they will not mention and when we ask them, they will ask us to go to other Apollo clinic.
ENT was bad experience. Even he will not give time to sit. Just see ear and say that it as part of package. ENT is Ear Nose Throat. If just Ear better remove from package.

No proper communication. After each test we need to follow for next test.
Only good part is with the person (Joseph) who comes to collect blood samples and Cardiac doctor Dibyendu sir for detailed explanation.
We have been doing all our tests from this centre, where Mr. Joel always comes to our home to collect samples. On this specific instance, when we had to get a test report in 12 hours, he himself stayed awake till mid-night to ensure we got the report on time, even with a huge rush. Appreciate it very much!
Covid 19 vaccine process very poorly organised. Waited over 45 minutes with crowds increasing and no vaccination being done for covishield. The registration and payment process was quick.but after that there was nothing happening. Assigned time slots not adhered to at all.

Very expensive for tests and place not maintained well for Covid standard. Saw couple of patients and staffs (with uniform) not wearing mask. No sanitization or temperature check done at entry.
