Good clinic for your health check. However the flow is slow. Not sure if it was a single day experience. Staff are courteous and helpful.

Have to start testing from early morning from 7. But full body checkups are starting @ 9 which is not accepted for working professionals.

I got my pre employment test done here. The clinic is well maintained and hygienic. Steps are simple and the staff and nurse guides well. The in charge nurse sunu took utmost care in completing the tests with ease.

I visited Apollo Clinic Basavangudi for Annual Health Chekcup. Appreciate the medical staffs commitment to service specifically Mrs. Aditi who handle TMT.

Also suggest management to pay attention to unpleasant behaviour of front desk staff who makes visitor to think twice before visiting this place again.

I visited for dental service, The supporting staff is good but the staff at the billing desk is not quick and took a lot of time for billing

From entry to exit, i didn't feel I m in a clinic, hospitality was soothing and cool.wow.staff praveen and Sunu instructed ahead all the procedures.so we had an idea what to do next.

Annual checkup process was quite good. But we need to wait more time for echo n ultrasound. It started at 8 in the morning n about to complete by 11.30-12. But due to echo n ultrasound we need to wait till 1-1.30

Some Staff not so friendly. They will make you feel more sick. Had horrible experiences and not sure if it's one off or its always the case.

4. Insufficient specialty doctors. Was waiting for an hour for doctor arrival.

Booked a vaccination slot here and ended up just wasting my time. They didn't even care to inform me prior to reaching the clinic that they didn't have the minimum threshold of appointments that day to carry out the vaccination. As a matter of fact, my online appointment on the day was a news to them when I reached their reception. Pathetic service.

Worst experience, There is no proper response from the staff, only one lady available for all the test. There was no proper consultation Dr. Is available. Unnecessary wasted 2 days for health check up.

Horrible/Pathetic service, no professionalism and the waiting time is way too much, started with blood test at 8.30 am and the next test started at 11.15 am

Got the full body checkup done here, had a great experience. All the tests are done in a seamless manner. The staff are quite friendly and guides to complete the process quickly.

The non-technical staff don't respond if we request for any bill or recepits. I have never followed up with any such firms for over multiple days. They won't even listen to the needs properly. They even suggest me to uninstall my gmail app as if it's the only way to look into one's email box. Finally, I am giving up on this as I cannot further discuss with such people.

The technical staffs on the other hand have such a hospitality and treat people so well. Well, let's not just highlight the negatives the clinic offers.

Pretty pathetic scheduling. Went for a full body checkup. The LEADS for Tread Mill Test were missing. The clinic was short staffed. Had to wait for long times. Not visiting this place again.

My experience was very worst in apollo clinic they are lethargic in doing tests they dont give scan report for ultra sound wastage of money staff and receptionists are also not friendly n and even the doctor in these clinic are not good they simply dont go through reports highly not recommended

The tests were conducted correctly with no compromise and there is no hassle as the clinic is less crowded. One star less as managing appointment with experts is challenging as doctors availability is on need basis. Call and get appointment before hand

The Apollo clinic they open on time at 8: 00am sharp. They have been able to schedule all 18 tests. For eye test alone had to go to lenskart nearby. No extra cost. Otherwise all tests where conducted in the clinic in a seamless manner. Recommended for Annual Health check up.

I have been there for sponsored health check recently, nice staffs and overall good experience.

Very poorly managed. This center must be closed. Useless reception. They don't pick calls any time of the day and attitude is just horrible. Had gone here for pre employment medical check up and they made me go back n forth 3 times as no one picks up calls to confirm appointment. The call center is totally disconnected from the center.useless totally.

Doctors are never on time. The AC and fan does not work! Poorly maintained. Receptionist takes personal calls and is so loud and inconsiderate!

Pathetic place. Overcrowded. Almost 25-30 people surrounding the receptionist cum billing clerk cum telephone operator. She was the alone person handling so many customers, trying to answer their queries, raise bill, guide them where to go and answer calls on the landline and mobile. It was utter chaos. Apollo has forgotten to employ the right no.of staff, and only busy selling (rather misselling) All sort of health packages and mint money without bothering about customers or employees. I had an appointment for health check at 8 am. Reach here at 7: 45. All tests were done by 10: 45 am, when they informed me that Ultrasound test that was the part of the package opted by me, can be done at 1: 30 pm only, as the Doctors come only by that time. They do not bother to inform the customer about it while taking the booking. They assume that you have no work and can spend 6-7 hours in such a Pathetic place. Spoke to the center Manager Irfan Ali. He quoted terms and conditions Printed on the appointment slip. Tests can take 6 to 7 hours during weekend. WOW. They are worse than a government run clinic or a charity clinic

Please DO NOT go to this center. One of the worst diagnostic center in Bangalore. No proper response. Given test for rtpc and it's been 5days, no result. They give one or the other reason. Pathetic service.

Hello, This is the worst apollo clinic. Management is very poor. They will take appointment and collects money first (that is also very costly). Then for testing, consultation and reports at least you have to visit minimum 3 days due to non availability of staffs. No proper response over phone call. No value for our time. I will not recommend this clinic for anyone.

Came here for a checkup from insurance company.
Nurse/staff are more involved in their personal life chatter than tending to the patients. I had to come here 4 times just to complete the full checkup because the doctors/technicians seemed to be unavailable or on one ocassion, left the clinic without being informed that there are patients waiting.

Terrible experience! As many other reviews have pointed out - poor management, understaffed and 1 person is handling 2-3 things (x-ray technician was doing billing, blood sample collection nurse left people waiting and was assisting doctor because of shortage of nurses). There was no female radiologist for Ultrasound but the manager kept insisting that female nurse will do, but nurse was saying no male doctor will only do. The people were waiting for more than half an hour for post prandial blood collection and nobody cared and when asked said it will take half an hour more. After creating a scene they finally sent a nurse to continue collecting samples. Manager finally referred us to Indiranagar clinic to continue rest of the tests. Indiranagar clinic was much better staffed but the staff was still complaining about being overworked, that it was the case in all Apollo clinics. High time to hire some more staff Apollo, your employees are unhappy and so are your customers!

Worst service. Rude staff, no respect for time of visitors, they would give appointment but no staff to attend. You are made to sit for long with no definitive time to do the tests, your file will be on the table but no one bothers to move it around, won't recommended for anyone
