Visited for annual corporate checkup. Excellent staff. Crowd is less so tests get done fast. Also they guide properly from one test to next. Very good experience.

Overall It was nice experience and the Doctors and staffs were informative and supportive.

Medical staff are responsive and helpful. Clinic is need and clean. Quick testing and reports related to health issue makes easy solution.

After reading all the reviews here, I consulted Dr. Shyamala for my sciatic pain. I went for 10 days of physiotherapy and I started seeing results from day 2. By day 5 the pain was completely reduced and I was back to normal within no time. She explained everything clearly and helped me with the recovery. Staff members are good too. I will highly recommend this clinic.

I visited this clinic for headache, a physician who just threw her opinion with lack of patience to hear patients conditions. Zero cooperation with patient and misinterpretation over temperature.
And this doctor seems to be highly unprofessional and intolerant.
They just tried to charge more than required and she isn't even concerned about appointment time given, inspite of timings she was late and had a very bad nasty arrogant gesture.
Worst ever doctor and experience I had.
She didn't even care to mention her name but this physician is highly not recommended.

With lack of patience
I have been a regular to Apollo BGS hospital but this clinic is very disappointing.
She didn't even bother to hear her patient and very impulsive about her thoughts
Self interpretation and misleading.

Polite staff and well maintained but the cost of the blood tests / services is way too higher when compared in the market. They have to reduce the cost.

One of the best clinic and all staffs are nice and they are ready to help in all instances. Doctors also kind and they treating the patients politely and care.

I went recently for annual check up and had to spend nearly 7 hours to complete the entire process. The nurses and doctors were doing their best and one of the nurse Sajeena was very helpful. But I felt the process need to be more organized. None of the staff were updating our records on the tests done and few times we were asked to repeat same tests. We had to keep checking on the tests to be done as nobody was available to guide us proactively.
It would have been better if distinct slots were given to each patients to avoid waiting time.
Hope Apollo will take this feedback to provide better services.

Had recently gone for an annual checkup, process was well organised and very quick. Sister Sajeena helped and assisted through the process well.

Lengthy queues. I visited at 8 am. Very bad customer service. Receptionist was rude. Didn't provide information on the tests.

We are Senior Citizens and we have been availing home collection of samples. Mr. Chetan has been doing yeoman service. He is punctual and courteous. He draws blood samples without causing any discomfort. To summarise, he knows and does his job thoroughly. Keep it up!
