Pathetic experience, they don't value time. I booked the appointment for 8pm and had waited for more than an hour.
Dr Karishma is quite unprofessional and doesn't value patient's time.
Receptionist guy was also quite rude and the only response was "I don't know, either wait or leave". That's not the expected attitude from the receptionist
Good clinic for quick check-ups. Bit expensive though. I had very high fever with other symptoms. I just called them and got my appointment with the doctor. They charged 700rs as consultation charges. Had done blood tests for dengue and typhoid. Totally it costed around 5k and the results were available on their apollo app. Experience was good.
We visited for wound dressing. Aarya is the nurse who assisted us most of the days and she was superb. The nurses who did our wound dressing, did it very well and encouraged us everytime to stay positive.
Dental doctor is so worse and they only want money, they remove my husband tooth without any condition just to fill the cap, and he has been suffering for days now
I went for Corporate medical checkup. Ms. Asha - Nurse handled all the tests very patiently and with smiling face. She made me very comfortable. Thanks Asha!
Clinic employee cleverly requests OTP (feedback) to fill out feedback on the client's behalf without your knowing. This practice falls short of what the Apollo brand would expect. Be careful for this.
Experience is positive overall. I arrived to get my entire body examined. When there are lots of patients, I think they can control the crowd better from a brand perspective.
I strongly recommend you to visit Dr. Rajeev S Ghat for any Ortho related issues. One of the finest doctors who listens, examines, and treats you with the utmost care. To add icing on the cake his smile is very addictive and positive mindset person.
Not to miss the humble and caring nature of the nursing sisters here at the clinic Asha sister, Nirmala sister, and Vasavi sister. Such friendly and mindful nurses with a lot of motherly touch.
Many thanks to Apollo HSR. I had taken my 84 year old father for Covid vaccination on 22-April morning. Though there was a rush, they handled it very well. We were able to complete everything in about an hour. Also, they allowed me to complete all paper-work & formalities while my Dad was waiting in the parked car outside[. We wanted to do it this way to reduce exposure-time in a crowded place for my Dad. ]. I got my Dad into the facility only a short while before his actual turn for the injection came up & he spent only about 15 minutes inside. This was reassuring to our family. Our appreciation & heartfelt thanks to Apollo-HSR for their consideration & excellent service delivery.

I got vaccinated with covishield for covid just now. The hospitality shown by the staff especially harathi, krishnaveni was really awsome.hospital was very neat and hygienic.
We were here for vaccination program, Aarati has well taken care of the entire vaccination and provided vaccination with very friendly way, we would love to visit again.
I had an unpleasant experienced with Apollo clinic HSR. I have reached on time as per the appointment; however the management was very poor for the health check-up and made me wait even though the test labs were empty. After a day i visited again for the doctor consultation and they were telling that the reports are not available (I doubt x-ray, scanning and all were taken correct) ; and asked me to come late; later they said they have conveyed the report to the doctor and i can visit. The doctor was in a hurry (as her consultation time was over) and was not bothered to check the missing reports. They said they will mail me the report and will arrange an online consultation and none is done. I strongly recommend people to go to there places like sakra, manipal etc if you want result from the check up. This is all after spending 5k for check -up
We went to Apollo clinic for wax removal. We consulted with Dr Karishma. She was very good, soft spoken and well behaved. She understands the problem and explained it very well and even about the which and why proceeds is adhering for wax removal. Consulting fee 500 and 100 rs registering here. Syringing will cost extra 770/ear. We got suctioning which was included in consultation. Even though in corona time less people and clicking cleanness was best.
Mom's vaccination was so smooth. The staff gave all the required information, and comforted us to the best. Thanks to the nursing staff and the management.

I had an appointment with Dr Sharat at 9: 10 in the morning in Apollo Clinic (HSR Layout Sector 6), He didn't arrive the clinic till 9: 40 and was not even picking the calls from the clinic reception, My wife wasn't well and I had to wait for more than 30 mins with Dr Sharat not picking the calls, very unprofessional of Dr Sharat
Very clean and very helpful staff. Went for my mother in laws covid vaccination. Was a very easy procedure and very caring nurses. They helped to ease fears.
Went there to get my parents vaccinated after registering in CoWin app. The whole process was seamless and we dint have to wait much and was not crowded. The staff Harathi who injected the vaccine was very friendly and explained the details well. Good work team Apollo HSR.
I've been visiting Apollo clinic HSR from past 5 years had a very good experience with them. The staff is extremely professional, friendly and helpful. Asha, Meenakshi and Pooja in particular, has always been been cheerful and prompt in their helpfulness. Kudos for them and the whole team! I have all my health check ups and consultations of my family with Apollo clinic HSR only and the way the doctors are taking care of the patients is awesome. I know almost all the staff, who are very friendly, cooperative, they take good care which is very commendable. Loved the service and the fast service they provided. We could do all the check up with ease. Keep up the great job. It's becomes a lot more easy for us people to come for health checkups. Thankyou
