Had a good and quick service here for annual health Chek up. Staffs are polite and provides required information.

Appointment was cancelled because doctor had to attend to an emergency. While it is understandable, prior information regarding such a cancellation would have prevented us from going all the way to the clinic. Ofcourse a lot of other events would be cancelled by the patients in order to get to the location, time and money would be spent to get to the location as well.

ENT specialist keeps cancelling appointments for the booked slot and expect you to reach within 15mins of when they call. Looks like not enough appointments and thus doctor wants to leave early. It has happened twice already

Highly unprofessional - Don't offer alternate slots, why are slots being booked online when they want to cancel

This clinic is conveniently located, but is not very accessible to persons with disabilities. It does not have wheelchair access, and persons with blindness will need mobility assistance to visit it. Staff at the clinic are however very friendly and helpful.

I took complete health check at this Apollo clinic JP Nagar 7th Phase. Every thing went well and staff is very friendly as Rajeswari who supported me from start to end my tests. I was able to complete all my checkups without any hurry. Premises is also very neat and tidy. I like to do all my checkups here going forward. Thanks to Apollo clinic JP Nagar.

DO NOT VISIT THIS CLINIC. They rob you off with incomplete services and do not respond once payment is made. I visited the clinic and on doctor's advice, I was asked to deposit samples for multiple lab tests that costed me around 6k. 9 days have passed and I haven't received my lab reports yet. I visited the clinic for my reports and was kept waiting on the context of "technical glitch" while the staff continued to ridicule me in kannada. As a sick patient with fevers running up to 103, Apollo has troubled me by charging full fee and not providing reports. It's shameful to have such staff members working in a clinic!

Went to the clinic for a general health check up, appreciated the professionalism of the clinic staff, esp Ankhi. I got the results and a useful analysis right away.

Ankhi was amazing with the ECG/TMT. Very well trained, professional, sympathetic and empathetic. Very supportive and guided well. Must recommend for everyone. Great going Ankhi. Keep the flag high. Overall very good experience at the clinic.

They don’t value the taken appointment. Practo confirmed the appointment and there’s nobody here.

Had been there for Master health checkup and the Clinic staffs werevery helpful and guided me in each and every movement throughout time in clinic. This clinic is mainly for doing different kind of test and basic health check-up and consultation of doctors. Best part of the clinic was it was well maintained

Visited for my general heath check up, staffs were very helpful and professional. But it was time taking. Almost 4 to 5 hrs to complete all tests.
Special thanks to Ms Rajeshwari, she was very patient and polite with me through out the tests. She explained the process and encouraged throughout my tests. Definitely recommend this clinic.

I recently got a platinum health check done here. It was a very smooth experience, thanks to Ms. Asha who coordinated the entire health check procedure with various doctors in the clinic. Ms. Asha also personally accompanied me to Bannerughatta Apollo branch for getting additional tests done at my request, and provided me with a good discount too. I haven't seen such good service from clinics elsewhere. The doctors in the branch and the administrative head of the clinic were very co-operative too, managing many visitors to the center with a smile.
My suggestion to visitors would be to go to the clinic on a weekday for best attention and care, as weekdays are crowded.

We visited this place for my mom's routine tests. The nurse Vinutha was extremely helpful and cordial with my mom who is a senior citizen. Great service!

Pathetic service… they called multiple times to complete all the activities in a given health checkup package. And certain test they repeated as they could not locate the report. Lot of inconvenience for Sr citizen patients

Our family members always visit this clinic whenever we are unwell. Friendly and warm clinic. Doctor Lekshmai Narendra is just awesome. Here special mention need to made for sister Vinutha. She is highly dedicated and care taking.

Went for Covidshield cacciatore and it was the worst. The nurse had pierced wrongly which led to bleeding ans blood clot which has turned blue. Will never recommend this hospital ever again.

Nurse Ms. Vinutha G was very caring and took time to clarify my doubts regarding the vaccine. I recommend her to be the person administering the vaccine to other people as well.

I had been for the health check up. The appointment was at 8am. The staff opened the clinic at 8.15. In the package it was mentioned - breakfast as complimentary but the staff told me that it was cancelled link back due to covid. Initially the process was quick but later I had to remind the receptionist couple of times to call the concerned person for the test after waiting for 45 mins. After all the test were done at 1.45 pm I was asked to visit the next day at 6pm for physician's consultation as the reports were not ready.
I travelled 10 kms the next day and waited for 1 hr and met the physician and finally completed the formalities. Very disappointed with the services.

I came here for my second dose of vaccination and it did not hurt at all. All due thanks to Dr Vinutha. It was over before I could even feel it. Amazing experience.

Special mention to nurse ASHA for being very helpful to us. She is very efficient in her work. Rest, the facility is clean. But if you are going for health checkup then ensure that all the doctors are available else, they make you come 2-3 times since the doctors are not present.

Visited today for annual health check up. Pretty bad facility. They couldn't do echo test, pft test. There is no specialist doctor like cardiologist available. Most of the hospitals provide results by lunch time but these guys provide by 8 pm and you need go next day for consultation. Not recommended

Went for Blood Test recently. They drew out so much blood that I literally fainted. No procedure of before breakfast and after breakfast for taking out blood for testing. They simply take out whatever quantity of blood they like at one go. They neither have any procedure of taking blood in sleeping position nor give you any water or glucose after taking so much blood at one go that too before breakfast. Please avoid this place. Even Government hospitals take better care than these guys.

I have taken an appointment for my mother's vaccination and currently waiting in the clinic. The timing mentioned was 11 to 2. Now they are saying vaccination begins at 12. There is no clear communication and staff is not knowledgeable. It seems like government facility!

Health check up is all about accurately assessing the status and accordingly prescribing next set of action. This center seems to lack facilities and assessment methodology to accurately measure health conditions. ECG and TMT are considered same here. Observe precautions while referencing reports.

Worst clinic. 3 times appointment was cancelled.they dont maintain the website details properly.even though the doctor does not come on all days.they show incorrect data on the website.i booked doctor appointment on line and went for consultation.then they are telling today doctor is not available.worst clinic among apollo.

I recommend strongly nurse Asha for painfree injection and also painfree blood draw. Thank u soomuch to apollo clinic that having such a wonderful Nurse. Very compassionative and very kind.

Staff Nurse Vinutha. N had shown atmost professionalism towards guiding the patient and explaining the procedure with clear details. She was consistently asking about condition during the TMT and was very patient even after handling more than 10 patients at a stretch!
