Apollo Cradle & Fertility Clinic in Varthur

Very poor facility. No punctuality of staff. For a confirmed appointment of 8.30 am doctor/staff is not available till 9.30 am. This clinic should be avoided at all costs.

We have a very good experience with this Varthur Apollo center.
All staff are very understanding and cooperative especially Madhushree.
During my wife's pregnancy, we consulted Dr. Teena Thomas and she is the one who delivered our second baby. She is highly approachable, warm and dealt with us very patiently, we felt like we were in safe hands. Now we are consulting Dr. Prachi madam for our baby's checkups.

As soon as we enter this center, we feel positive vibes all over us and Iam not at at all exaggerating.

Best clinic centre Apollo gunjur.especially nursing staff and doctors
Personaly prachi mam pediatrician is very genuine doctor diagnosis rightly.worked well with my both kids.also nursing and management is very kind and reciprocate well.prachi mam soft spoken understands well and give right medication.she don't write unnecessary tests shows empathy. Best clinic in Varthur area for women and children. It has all basic facilities for vaccination, consultations and have very supportive staff.

I won't recommend this Apollo cradle due to the fact that Apollo and it's doctor treat this branch as a lower level branch.
Doctors (we consulted Teena Thomas) are always late to this branch and busy at Brookfield branch.

If you have to visit Apollo cradle only better choose Brookfield branch instead Varthur.

Great place with extremely efficient staff and very able doctors! Dr. Prachi Bhosale is an excellent pediatrician with an eye for detail and empathetic approach to medicine. She has always given trusted, timely advise which has helped my son since birth. Sister Madhushree is a very attentive, efficient and able nurse who gives personal attention to patients. I have been very happy with my experience here.

Good hospital friendly atmosphere. Care taken each moment. Swetha guided us and taken care till the end. God bless

Writing this review after 4-5 such instances wherein they cancel your appointment half an hour before stating the doctor could not make it to Gunjar branch and you may visit other branches. This is totally unprofessional. Would not recommend to visit at least this center of Apollo cradle as they don't value others time. Having an established brand they should live by their values.

Worst service from the staff. No doctor is available.waiting time is very high also no planned facility for parking. Please avoid this clinic

We consulted here for whole my pregnancy journey Dr. Swati and Dr. Teena Thomas are very great they supported all my pregnacy journey with kind words and doctor don't suggest any unnecessary scan they give proper instructions and follow the procedure.i have complications in my pregnancy i can say they never gave up and gave all positive good advice which is mostly needed mentally. Thier positive words had made my journey easy and special.thankyou
I can say my pregnancy went very well because of this two doctors.
Madhu (nurse) is also great she will guide with you all positive response once you reach the hospital.

I went for an Urine culture Bacteria Test there. Initially they took the money and said after 3 days the report will come. On the 5th day they told By evening it will be ready. Next day again I went there personally to understand what is the issue. They made me to wait for more than 1 hr and finally said sample was rejected. One hand said report will be ready by evening other hand saying it is rejected. It is very obvious they did n’t send it for lab at all. They are lying with the words to hide their incompetence and carelessness. Not advisable for any kind of Test.

Doctors are amazing but 1 star for clinic.

Very irresponsive. We had booked an appointment almost 2 weeks before but the clinic was closed due to holiday. They did not even care to call and inform us. We visited clinic on time but disappointed to find it closed.

Also there is no easy way to book appointment. Cannot find the clinic in Apollo Cradle App. The contacts given by clinic does not work. Only way to book appointment is to call customer care and sometimes its a long waiting.

Doctors never turn up to this Clinic

DR Sangeetha ananda, is that best doctor. Friendly and well experienced, and very kind wit her patient.

One of the worse place for fertility i have ever gone.very bad experience.workers there can cheat you on basis of there requirement.

We went for the blood test for our baby (1year 4 months) We wanted to ensure that it is done in a good lab and by a good professional so that he gets minimum pain. We faced multiple problems and our visit was really unsatisfactory

1. The billing process itself took 20 minutes even when we were first in the queue. The person handling was not sure which test to put for urine routine and was calling people to confirm. Not to mention the tests were really expensive compared to other labs
2. The method to withdraw the blood also was not proper. The nurse broke the needle and withdrew from that, I'm not a medical professional but I'm pretty sure this was not the right process. The assistant was the cleaning professional and was not able to hold the tubes at the right place and there was blood on the floor. It is painful to see this for your baby. They withdrew three small test tubes of blood for different test.
3. Most shocking thing, in the evening we got a call saying that CBC report cannot be done as the blood sample was not right

Assuming they consumed the blood taken for the other tests. They kept the least expensive one and didn't give report. Taking a toddler for a blood test is a painful experience and we had a horrible experience. We had to call multiple times to get the report and at 7: 30 in the evening they told us that sample was not correct.
I would not recommend this hospital to anyone.

Worse experience ever.after confirmation also they lied in front of our face.for one test i was calling from 5 days but no response from that side.

Great clinic, nurses and doctors are very helpful and understanding. Near to where u stay so extremely convenient as well.

Visited today for Baby consultation with Pediatrician Dr Satish Kumar Reddy. It was good experience, doctor was nice and knowledgeable.

For any vaccination, get it directly from the pharmacy which is inside the hospital and give it to the doctor.so that, you will get 10% discount. This is one way that hospital is making more money for vaccination.

It is pleased to know that Dr. Garima Jain started coming to Apollo Cradle Varthur branch. She is very good doctor and my wife consulting from past more than 5 years for her gynic problems. She is very kind hearted and friendly with her all patients and try to understand the problem. Thank you Ma'am!

Got the 1st dose of covid vaccination for my son in this clinic. Very neat and clean place. The nurse who administered the vaccine was very polite and shown us the vial before giving the vaccination.

Booked covid dose2 vaccine but got a call to cancel, does recommend this clinic for any important consultation as they don’t keep the appointments
