We had a good experience with the treatment plan from Dr. Phani Maduri ma'am. She is not only a knowledgeable and skilled gynecologist but also a friendly and approachable person. Our first baby was born here and the overall experience was very good. Dr Poornima Ramakrishna was informative about each stages of pregnancy and guided the mother by providing useful tips till the baby is delivered.we opted for package and booked a bed well before. Ms Swarna and Ms Sumaiyya were helpful in explaining the benefits of the package.they ensured our stay was hassle free and all the needs were met. They provided an upgrade to signature room which was spacious and convenient.the package also provides yoga classes, free scans, consultations, baby photos etc

Other than package all lab test will not be covered in insurance. They are telling me that i should have read t&c before signing admission form. My mom got operated for laproscopic hysterectomy here. Dr. Phani was really cooperative throughout. Special thanks to the staff here as well. They were available always. However I feel the hospital infrastructure should improve. Since these were AC rooms it was very suffocating. And felt the AC vents weren't clean and bathroom roof was leaking all the time.
Appollo pharmacy in appollo cradle hospital gave wrong medicines. After verifying it with doctor, got to know that it was wrong medicine and later got it exchanged. Please be aware of this clinic while buying medicines and double check

My journey at Apollo Cradle is an important phase of my life because it was an integral part to bring my son in our lives. Apollo Cradle is a very clean responsible hospital. All the staff, nurses and doctors are very courteous and helpful. My gynaecologist was Dr. Poornima Ramakrishna. She is a very sweet doctor who focuses completely on you and your baby. She is always helpful in making sure that at every stage everything is smooth and effortlessly. She guides and clears all your doubts. And the the end I had a normal delivery which Poornima maam made sure of. Due to this today I have no post pregnancy related issues.
Also during my entire term I had help for every aspect as people are assigned to help us at every step. Afreen was very helpful in particular. Also Dr. Sandhya was there for the yoga we need during this time. She is also very sweet and advices you at every stage.
During my delivery, which was just after first lockdown due to covid, staff, doctors and nurses took care of everything. I was not at all worried from cleanliness point of view. Post delivery also they are there to help us with the baby.

Hospital is clear on their procedures. We consulted Dr. Poornima. She is excellent. We heard about her from our friends prior to our consultation. Had our baby delivered last week. It was a very smooth experience. Doctors visited us regularly to monitor the health, nursing staff helped us a lot to take care of the baby, especially the night duty staff incessantly took care when we needed them (Anu, Kalpana, Deepa, Gopika)

Pathetic service at the reception, not just at cradle even in main branch Apollo too! This could be due to lack of staff or the software they use at the counter for registration and billing. I have seen them handling multiple activities as well, which results in slowdown at the reception

Money taking machine. Patient is not important. Took my wife here for consultation. Paid a whopping 700rs. The doctor (Dr Phani Madhuri) did not even allow me to sit inside. She sent us out in less than a minute. I had doubts on the medicine, but the doctor did not cooperate. Doctors here bring their personal problems and show it to the patients who are pregnant. The doctor (Phani Madhuri) treat the patients as slaves. They dont talk sweetly at all. Kindly do not come here. Whatever doctor says you have to do. You cannot even ask how, what, why, where. I want to bring to their notice, that we dont go there for free. We pay fees and go and you people dont do charity here to treat the patients like this. They want to meet their target thats all. Better to go to a nursing home than come here. I strongly ask people to go elsewhere.

The house keeping ladies are so humble and helpful. The case Managers were understanding and I really thank them. The Nursing services provided by Apollo cradle was very good to be more spcific Kalpana and Anu were very helpful in taking caring of the baby especially during night and were very supportive whenever asked for help. Over all the treatment and stay was very good and comfortable. Lakshmi V, jayamma, and rajamma were fantastic take carer.

I visited and consulted doctor phani madhuri on my last trimester pregnancy. In the first visit she gave good hopes of having normal delivery. Later on in my last check up before due date she started saying my water level is in little below adequate level. Why don’t u have c section instead of normal delivery. Even though my due date was 2 weeks ahead. She was kept on insisting to get it done c section. For my every visit she always used to ask like u sure u wanna try normal or c section is fine for you. It shows that these doctors doesn’t care for patients all they want to promote C section. Even after the delivery also she was again appreciative talking about C section is better than normal. Listening to her I went to C section which I should waited till my due date. Due to this my baby is having lot of issue. I regret in my life for listening her and getting c section done before my due date. These kind of doctors do according to their convenience rather than seeing baby and mothers health. Because finishing full term pregnancy is always best choice that true doctor should encourage. Apart from these the stitches she did I feel it’s incorrect because there is knot formed on my stitch area. My experience is totally pathetic.
I have worst service given in Apollo Cradle Jayanagar Hospital. I book the appointment for tele consultation and paid the amount of 700. Time was 12: 30 PM but I am not receiving any call from Apollo cradle Jayanagar. Fraud service and worst experience. Only money maker doctors are sitting there.

Best hospital for maternity. Nurses were very cooperative towards patient. Food was good served to patients and other non medical staffa was very friendly.
We are extremely happy with our doctor Dr. Sunil Eshwar and the entire team (Dr. Shweta, Dr. Soumya, lactation specialist, physiotherapist and the entire nurse crew). Had it not been Dr. Sunil and Dr. Shweta, I wouldn't have been able to deliver my baby normally without epidural. We don't see such doctors now a days who strictly go for normal delivery if there is no need for c section. The service during my hospitalisation was really warm. All the nurses took great care. We would definitely recommend our friends and family for Dr. Sunil and apollo cradle Jaynagar
The doctors team and the nursing staff are too good. Very professional and caring. But coming to the expense side, there are many hidden costs. The packages here vary according to the insurance you have and not as per pre-decided standard package by the hospital. There are different admission fees for baby and mother of Rs. 1000 each and also documentation processing fees of Rs. 1000 (Hidden cost). But apart from minor financial issues, it's a great hospital when compared to the care given by the nursing staff and the doctors here!

Worst front desk staff. They don’t have minimum sense that they are managing a hospital. Careless arrogant and not helpful at all. You can’t reach hospitals direct line with any of the number - the central helpline delays atleast 5 mins to connect and front desk sitting at the hospital doesn’t have a clue on what they are doing. Don’t fall by the brand name - the hospital doesn’t have any good doctor except peak hours - they let you speak with a duty doctor most of the time who again are irresponsible and careless. Apollo should take some serious action on this if they have to stand by what they promise as a brand.
Ill give this a 4-star and not 5.6-star for house keeping, sisters n brothers, helping staff. We stayed in the DLX room - company insurance. No issues in getting admission, sisters jumped into action immediately, didnt let me in the labor room, OKish recovery room. DLX room itself was quite comfy, but i am not sure if its my timing, room stinked like hell, bathroom smell was obnoxious, asked for room freshener, stayed for 3 days n still no one got me tht. I got it from my house cause smell was tht bad. I was told tere are some issues with drainage blockage. It got a lil better after 2 days but still.bad! Both baby n mom was taken good care of by nurses. No complaints abt house keeping. Overall, it was good help we got.but it could be way better. But hospitals are hospitals, right? will I come here again? Ill give it a second thought!

Doctors are excellent, highly qualified, very much experienced, friendly staff, good nurses, cooperative room service, quick assistance to our issues. Very happy.
Very worst experience. Please do not choose this hospital. They r doing manipulation in billing. Recently my relatives were admitted here. The full package told to us for delivery was 1.5lakh and they claimed to insurance company for 3.2 Lakh with all dummy bills and insurance company agreed to pay 2.15lakh which is 65 thousand more than the package told to us and they still asked us to pay 80 thousand extra. They made us to wait from morning 10 till night 11 o clock and still they were not ready give discharge summary n leave us. At the end night at 12 o clock we came out off hospital with small babies and pregnant women in this cold climate. Even doctors and nurses were not even that much reacting for the health problems tat we shared. We had a very bad experience. Please take clear confirmation on package n verify each n everything they mentioned in discharge summary. Pls don't pay the bills blindly
A lot of people might give good ratings because you are blessed with a baby after being here. Many of them might settle for one one kid. Remaining few may opt here again. So, those people really don't know anything because they've not compared with other maternity hospitals. Well, that was not the case with us though. Ours was second delivery and we opted this because cashless insurance facility was not available in Ovum where our doctor was empanelled. First delivery happened in Malathi Manipal hospital which was so much better than this. We thought this will be better than Malathi Manipal because it is specifically for maternity. But we were wrong and following are the reasons: 1. Ours was planned delivery (elective c-section). Hence, the company where I work informed me to go for pre-authorization for cashless facility. But the hospital refused and told to submit on the day of admission. We submitted on the morning of the day of admission but it was sent to my insurer only in the evening. On the day of discharge, they informed me that the claim was not authorised yet. Although it was a holiday, I managed to get the claim authorised by contacting the insurer. This delayed the time of discharge. 2. The lights were not working in the room that we were given and were told that it will be fixed in an hour. It wasn't fixed till we got discharged after 3 days. 3. The health faucet holder was not there. As a stop gap arrangement, it was hung on a nail. 4. One of the nurses had limited knowledge of which medicine to be given at what time. 5. The PRO was only welcoming till the bill was settled. On the next visit, she was arrogant and not helpful. 6. Everything is very unorganised. Overall a bad experience. Not many people get a chance to compare maternity hospitals first hand. We don't want others to have similar experience. Regards.
Nice experience with Dr. Sunil Eswar. Other hospital suggested to go for IUI but Doctor told to try normal and finally succeeded. We blessed with boy baby. Doctor is very cool and comforting us very well. Thanks to Doctor and apollo hospital and nurses.
I had my 2nd baby girl delivered at Apollo Cradle Jayanagar week ago by Dr. Sunil Eshwar. I have been consulting Dr. Sunil Eshwar last 3 months of my pregnancy. He is one of the coolest person, always smiling, very friendly, calmly listen to you, gives sufficient time for patient consultation, clarifies your doubt and effectively addressed the concern. Thus, we would strongly recommend Dr. Sunil Eshwar for consultation. I felt right doctor at right time.
