Good and safe place to be in. Thanks to Dr. Poornima and the entire team. This was our second baby and the amount of care and attention shown by the entire team starting from the doctor, medical team and housekeeping staffs has been excellent. It was no lesser than the experience received during our first delivery.
I have been consulting with Dr. Nivedita Jha for my wife and its our 1st pregnancy. Doctor is too good and explains all details clearly. I have received all required support from staff Mr. Suresh Fransis & Spoorthy. Definitely 5/5 for all services and support
Good doctors, nurses and staff (especially Gayatri akka on the second floor). But rooms are badly maintained, especially the toilets. No ramp or parking, single lift for entire hospital. Please work on basic infrastructure.

Positives: Well maintained premises, good follow up, quality medical staff. Negatives: Lack of parking space in the building, Delayed/slow billing procedure, Not allowing Husbands during the scan - Covid cannot be stated as a reason anymore as I see the hospital extremely crowded and also the doctor's chamber allows both husband and wife
I am giving my personal experience about this hospital. Except Doctors remaining all aspects are too worst and No proper care for babies and mother. Below are the few points that needs to know you all. Even they wont provide water bottle for mother.
Doctors: I want to say big thank you to Dr. Krishna Shaw. From the beginning she has guided us very well and Doctor explanation was very cool and clear. No hesitation on answering our queries. Always positive and supportive to mother.

Below are the extra charges they did apart from Package Don't get shocked: 1.water bottle (Single water bottle is also chargeable, If you want water they have water filters you have to go there and bring it. No house keeping will come and give you. If you call to them then they will tell you to go and get) 2. Masks (when doctor comes to visit they use mask, that also is chargeable) 3. Wet wipes (even single wet wipe also they wont provide in package one packet they charged 350 (pack of 72 Himalaya it's actual cost 200) 4. Diapers (Single Diaper is also chargeable.it is not included in package) 5. Medical Record maintenance (I don't understand this charges it cost 1500 for mother and Babies) 6. ID Band for mother and baby (Even the band that they will put for mother and baby after delivery is chargeable -not included in package) 7. Tissues (If you ask Tissues they will give just 10 tissues one time.if you call second time they wont come on same day, they will come next day only) 8. Doctor Visiting charges (It wont include in Package: From Day -1 including delivery day they will charge the doctor consultation charges each consultation will be 1200 per doctor) It will only cost you extra 10,000 - (10K) 9. Alcohol swab it costs Rs. 2/-. They have included this
ii. Reception: They wont care about patients and babies at billing they will take lot of time to do the billing.iii. Nursing: My Personal experience about Nursing in this hospital is '0' -zero. They wont care about babies and mother. They will handle babies very rudely and if you ask them to change Diaper they will get angry.iv. Billing Department: Here you wont get any clarity on billing.you will get confused what they covered in Package.v. Parking: There is no Vehicle parking vi. Scanning: Don't go to this hospital for Pregnancy scans. Those scans and the matter will not be clear. They wont mention even umbilical cord on scans.vii. House Keeping: except One or two members remaining all don't have patience. Jhansi was one of the housekeeping person who did well for mother and baby.

All staff r very friendly and supporting, they will respond all kind of queries, , vehicle parking near hostel watchmens are not taking care of our vehicle, so please park the vehicle in safe place,

It's a very good maternity nursing home and very very familiar. My doctor Dr. Shilpa Apte is no doubt guide me as a mother. All other Doctors, nurses, house keeping even security is very very helpful, specially care manager Manjula madam who always show a positive response in every manner. Food quality is very good. I recently delivery my baby at Apollo Cradle Koramangala and had the most wonderful experience. I consulted with Dr. Shilpa Apte throughout and when I went into late preterm labor, she took the right calls, gave me options to help me decide how labor would progress instead of a standard option and made my delivery experience a very positive one. The birthing experience was also very positive because of her and team's encouragement. I also want to thank Preethi (care manager) for taking care of some last minute issues and easing our troubles. Big shout out to Nurses Sukanya, Jeeba, Michelle, Steela, Asha, Kanimozhi, Nandini M, Soumya and Aayas Jancy, Gayathri, Kavitha for treating our every concern as new parents very cheerfully.
I've given 5 stars for the great quality of docs and nurses however some small points for improvement listed here. Infrastructure (ACs, attender bed) in the rooms can be better for the price point. Also hospital parking is not available because it's currently being used as a covid vaccination area (I always have to get dropped off at the hospital entrance with infant in hand while husband goes to find space to park).
We have gather a very pleasent expriance from Apollo cradle Koramangala. I was transfered from kolkata and was vary confused because it was 32 weeks of my spouce. I take appointment of Dr. Shilpa Apte with the help of Manager Manjula madam. All the Doctors nurses staffs even securities are very very helpful. They just take care of my Mrs very much. Over all ots a very very familiar nursing home. Thanks to all and feeling happy to be a part of Apollo.
We had visited Apollo Cradle Koramangala twice in a span of 2 months time. They have some reputed doctors and great Consulting physicians which gives us confidence about the procedures performed and treatments provided. But our first planned visit was a horrible HOSPITALITY experience and we were really frustrated with the management and the staff. There was no proper communication made or rather only miscommunication within the Staff Channel. We had to wait to get a room for about 6 hrs, with me waiting at the reception and my wife waiting at the procedure room. We had to vent it out and the entire was heat was thrown at Mrs. Manjula -the Care Manager and Mr. Mithun who organised and coordinated with us. We are not sure if the experience was due to the hospital being really busy that particular day, all rooms occupied or any logistic or management challenges.
We decided never to visit Apollo Cradle Kromangala ever again, but our second visit happened accidentally due to an emergency situation. We were well prepared to face the consequences and decided to visit. We were taken aback and surprised with the HOSPITALITY received from the nurses (Sister Soumya, Sister Stella Sister Rinsy, Sister Stella, Sister, Michelle, Sister Sukanya and Sister Jeevitha), the housekeeping team, the management and the duty doctor. I must mention Sister Soumya who did a fantabulous job in explaining every bit of our little questions / concerns, attending with utmost care and passion each and every time we call for help. There was not a single second that she felt frustrated or expressed any discomfort on her face. She loves what she does and is truly dedicated. A big kudos to Sister Soumya for all that she did and she is an asset to the nursing team. Also the duty doctor, Dr. Suchitra Reddy who attends patients with utmost passion and observance every time a patient needs attention. Inspite of doing a 24 hrs shift, she was available to provide her service. Thank you for her polite and gentle gesture. Lastly the management team, especially Mrs. Manjula and Mr. Pai Mithun. Inspite of showing so much frustration and throwing all our disappointment on them at the first visit, they constantly empathised, showed sympathy and apologised for what we went through the first time and ensured that they would do their best to make us happy on our next visit. It did happen on our very next visit. A big kudos to them as well.
Now with the star ratings, we are giving only 3 Stars or may be 3.5 and this goes completely to the specialised doctors, treatments and procedures performed, patient monitoring, Sister Soumya, Dr. Suchitra Reddy, Mrs. Manjula, Mr. Mithun and team. The pending stars can be completed only if the infrastructure and canteen services are taken care of. With such dedicated people and staff at the hospital, only if there was some good infrastructure (_Washrooms / Toilets at the patient wards, Air Conditioning, Cupboard Storage_) and Canteen Services, the hospital can complete a fully experienced and a satisfied Patient journey. And i that happens, we believe Apollo Cradle Koramangala will be at its best.

I came for my baby’s delivery. I am thankful to the Hospital staff for the services they provided to us. Very courteous staff, specially the Aayas, very helpful. I would like to mention about one Aaya named Janasi Rani. She was very cordial and courteous in tendering her service. Dr Namrata requires a special mention. She correctly predicted the situation and planned for operation prior to the term date. Thank you Dr Namrata. Staffs from security to NICU and Billing, all were very supportive. I would also like to mention about Ms Preethi, who takes care of billing and insurance. Overall I had a great experience.
We had a positive experience across all teams at the hospital. The doctors and nurses have been great and very helpful.
Special mention to our doctor Vijaya manohar for handholding us throughout the pregnancy.

I am editing my review from 5 to 2 stars. Reason being our new born clearance was not done. We were told the baby is fine and now after 6 weeks when I visited another pediatrician we found the baby has ASD. The first thing doctor asked was where did you deliver.
Please work on the pediatricians you have. We should have known this before so that we could have taken necessary precautions.
Hope someone from management sees this and takes appropriate actions

We had a wonderful experience during my baby's delivery. Started with the really caring care right from explaining things till admission and during the course of our stay. Caring bunch of nurses ready to assist when you need, experienced house keeping staff helped wholeheartedly when my wife was recovering from the surgery. And our doctor Vijaya Manohar who is THE MOST CARING AND WONDERFUL & BEST DOCTOR EVER! Next to god for us, really makes the whole experience the most amazing which is what we as a parent need since a baby's birth is sometimes a once in a lifetime experience.
Very good experience both with my delivery and vaccination process was smooth. Was treated good all staffs including housekeeping staffs treat you like family. Very happy.
My wife delivered a baby end of Jan’21. Our experience was mixed, but we did not come out of the hospital with a happy face. The doctors and few staff including House keeping are very friendly and experienced. The rooms are cleaned every now and then but the furniture and the equipments in rooms and common area are bad and appear to be faulty. Some front end staff and nurses are very rude. We asked a nurse to help us as we are new to parenthood, she did help us for the first two times, after that the nurse started behaving very rudely. When there were questions asked about excess billing we were asked to read the booklet rather than giving an appropriate explanation and sent us away. My family member delivered a baby 2 years back, we were so happy with everything and came back thinking it would be the same or would have maintained a higher standard but we were very disappointed. Would not recommend the hospital except for the doctors who treat you very well and make us feel positive about the whole pregnancy period.
Truly appreciate the help here. Ms Archana has been of incredible help with rescheduling appointment and earlier with the package. She personally shown us the room and answered all the queries. Dr Poornima and Dr Shobha have been very professional and make you feel at ease. They do not give medicine or test unnecessary. Happy with the Doctor, Admin staff (Ms Archana), Nurses and, hospital facilities.
One of the best maternity hospitals in Bangalore. My wife got admitted to the hospital on 17th Jan and delivered baby on 18th Jan. The whole process of entering into the hospital till discharge was smooth. Even the NICU facility is good and they gave us update about the baby continuously and the treatment course they we're giving. As it is corona times only one attender is allowed (for mom & baby safety) so that was the only let down else everything was great. Even the nurses and the housekeeping staff (Jancy, Kavita and Gayatri akka) all were good. Dr Mamtha pediatrician also was very helpful. Overall experience is good and would surely recommend for any prenetal, delivery or post netal care.
Very good hospital. We always consult Dr. Mamatha Devi (Gyn-visiting consultant) & Dr. Srishailesh DM (pediatrician) and the best doctors in their respective fields. Anytime for emergency consulting, the best children's hospital. Great work and keep it up.
Dr. Vijaya Manohar and Dr. Suchitra seemed to be very confident going thru the process of labour and delivery for my wife and helped her deliver normally. The night shift Nurses in Jan third week were very learned. Also Dr. Harish and Dr. Mamtha handled the baby really well in ICU post delivery and are doing same in OPD as well.
I delivered baby in Sep, everything was good. Need more traning for night duty staff and housekeeping service. Please work on their soft skills, empathy, and professionalism.

Apollo cradle koramangala is the best place for delivery and baby care. Here i delivered the baby and his all the vaccination is going on. All the staffs and doctors are very good and cooperative. I would refer apollo cradle koramangala for delivery and baby care.
I've been consulting Dr Prajual Hegde for my first baby and I must say a wonderful doctor with a lot of patience. I delivered a healthy baby boy at the Apollo Cradle Koramangala and had a wonderful experience, from the start to the end everything was well taken care of. Everything was well explained at the very start so we don't have any surprises later on. A wonderful job was done by Ms Manjula in smooth onboarding, Ms Steffi ensured everything was taken care of during our stay at the hospital, Sister Reenu Nelson along with the others at the nursing station ensured promt response everytime they were needed and all the doctors and nurses ensured to keep a close check on me and the baby at all times. Finally a good job done by the housekeeping staff Jancy, Gayathri, sakuntala, lalitamma.
Overall it was a good experience for me, baby and my family.

We have done surgery of Fibroid & Utetus for my wife Anuradha Jain with Dr Nupur Sood at Apollo Cradle Koremangala, Doctor was excellent & Supporting staff was very co-operative, She is recovering fast. I am very satisfied with service. Some improvement is needed in logistics like room housekeeping & good otherwise medical services was excellent.

Recently I had a safe delivery at Koramangala Apollo Cradle. My stay during my delivery period was very soothing so that I didn't face challenge in my recovery. All the staffs are very supportive. Regular checks done by admin staffs keeps the environment very clean. Food provided by Hospital is very hygienic. I would suggest Koramangala Apollo Cradle for expecting parents for their safe delivery

One of the best hospitals for maternity, baby care and gynic consultations. We consulted Dr Revathy Parthasarathy for my wife’s delivery (lavanyaa) - what can I say, but bow in front of her. She is extremely caring and doesn’t go with any preconceived notions while treating a patient. Takes time to understand the patient and never gets irritated- no matter how many times you ask the same question. Thank you Dr Revathy - you are very special to me and my family!

You just don’t have to worry. Santosh - got my insurance and billing process done in like 30 minutes- I did not have to wait. He had everything ready when I came in and all i had to do was “pay”.

Best hospital for maternity in Bangalore, i went for my wife delivery and consulted with Dr. VIJAYA MANOHAR she is amazing doctor my wife deliverd a baby girl and the best part is that normal delivery, even in the morning due to pain my wife told that she will go with operation but vijaya ma'am did not lose his hope.i don't know the other people experience but as per my review this is best hospital, like other people i was also scared with the cost but Apollo didn't charged a single rupees extra, whatever they mentioned in the package they charged the same.
All the staff are very co- operative, just because of them i felt that i was in home.
If any one want normal delivery with low cost then go to Apollo and consult with Dr. Vijaya Manohar.
