Very pathetic service mindset by reception lady vinitha and group of sisters in 1st floor mainly one person jenifer who dont even know how to speak. She doesnt fit to be a nurse. Be ready to run pillar to post for payment. All it depends on their mood where you need to pay whether or 1st floor. Now a days the service mindset of apollo gone to dogs. Their attitude is way above celebrities. I complained to one miss Anu called as management and i am not sure how it will treated. I am sure that my complaint will be thrown under the rug. Better to go government hospital atleast you save some money. These receptionist and nurses are more entitled humans then the doctors. But one thing i dont have any complaints on the doctor Ms. Prachi Bonsalae she is very good and jem of a person. I seriously considering to even change the doctor because of these people. Really disappointed.
My first baby was born a preterm. So when I got pregnant again I was always anxious about it. Then we met Dr Manasa at Apollo cradle. She helped me throughout the pregnancy till the birth of my baby. She was very patient with me. Due to my previous experience, I used to get anxious for small things, but she always had a smile on her face and answered all my questions. Thanks to her, I have a wonderful healthy baby boy who is one year old now. All the staff at the hospital are very friendly and helpful.
Not worthy think twice before visit the APOLLO, it's been 4 days and bby has not recovered but the charges are 1lk. Would request not vist Apollo. Bad quality treatment.

My experience with apollo cradle is incredible. I thank my doctor garima jain mam who is very exceptional and amazing. Doctor is very patient, listen to your problems and offers natural ways of handling any pregnancy issues. I thank anu care manager who took me through the entire pregnancy and delivery process in smooth way. Apollo cradle team of nurses and doctors helped time to time after delivery as well. Thanks apollo cradle team.
They make patients wait 2 hrs, they don't respect walk in patients, i was supposed to get one free follow up but they kept me waiting, doctor went to attend delivery during appointment hour.
We are consulting here for the pregnancy, always happy with Apollo, Doctor, nursing staffs, front office staffs, all are realy helpful and well coordinated.
The hospital staffs seems to be not fully vaccinated. I went for covid vaccination and the receptionist was very rude and told me it’s done for the day come tomorrow, while I pre booked my slot for 12-3pm and it was not even 3. On further arguments she said it’s coz they can’t open the medicine for just two people (now how are we suppose to know how many people r to be vaccinated on that day and why the availability of slot is shown, also this is BBMP walk-in vaccination centre). Later they agreed on giving us the vaccination, while talking to the nurse who vaccinated us she said “ the open medicine was available “. After the vaccination I conveyed the same to that rude receptionist regarding the availability of the open vaccine, and she said it’s kept for the staff. Which clearly indicates the staffs r not fully vaccinated. Therefore, I will ask all the “to be mom” and parents to think twice before going to this hospital. Also, how stupid is to charge parking fee 50/- and park ur vehicle just at road not at parking space …. Full business sick hospital. Very rude staff! Will not recommend to anyone.

We are blessed with a baby boy here. Throughout the labour and discharge each and every staff was very humble and took care of us very nicely. From the start Kiran helped us with every procedure, anyone can reach out to him if u have any doubt. They cleaned the room every now and then keeping hygiene up to the mark. Every specialist would visit and enquire about us and help us get through our difficulties. Overall this hospital is a best one for delivery except we felt the fees was higher. My wife had went through labour process for vaginal delivery but after one day it went into emergency csection. Really we can’t predict how a baby would get birthed until it is done. But the hospital put extra charge since it went into c sec and not vaginal delivery. They would ask before admission itself if it is going to be vaginal or c sec and bill acording to that. I seriously don’t understand how they want us to predict it and they would use this method to extra charge the ones who goes through c sec after so much difficulties. It would be better if they respect every birth and not add fuel to the fire.
I had a Wonderful experience with Apollo Cradle as a first timer. The dr. Rohith & staff is very professional & they are take care of us in very very good way. And iam very happy with lab people treated us, & they gaves us the all the information about the pregnancy

Had a good experience with the Hospitality, utmost care had been given, experienced Doctors, professional staffs but night shift nurses were lazy to follow protocols.they were not following doctor's instructions and were rude with the patient and attendees. Had a worst experience with night shift nurses. Otherwise the food, doctors and facilities provided by the hospital was really good.
We had an amazing experience. As it was the first time, we were not sure what to do. Staying away from the family and got to know we are becoming mom and dad. Our first choice was apollo cradle. One fine morning we reached the hospital once my wife tested positive in the pregnancy test. We were really amazed by the people out there. All were really friendly, starting from the person who checked our temperature and made sure that we wore the masks properly, then the people at the reception. We met Ms.kavita who was really good and guided us with the registration procedures. Then the person who checked the weight (sorry I forget her name). Ms. Uma was very kind and guided us to the doctor.
Once we entered the room, we saw a person with a smiling face, very kind, just like our mother, Dr. Garima Jain. After the conversation with doctor, all our tensions took a flight to somewhere. She treated us like our friend, we both were new people once we came out from the room. Fearless, confident and excited too.
Then we went to the sample collection to take her blood samples. She was very kind and took the blood samples. Even though my wife had a fear of taking injections, she didn't felt any pain this time. Ms. Ruth was really professional.
Then we went again for scanning. Ms. Manasa was really kind and helpful and also explained about the scanning as we had some doubts. Only 'Mom' is allowed inside. I had to wait outside and was eager to hear the good newzzzz. My wife met the kind and generous and friendly Doctor, Dr. Preetha ISloor. We got the good news from her. My wife, told me that she was really friendly and didn't felt that she were there for the first time. Her eyes filled with tears of joy and happiness, the moment she knew she was going to become a mother. We felt a different bond with them, just like the family. Thank you all for making our first parenthood experience a wonderful one

Nice and cozy hospital. Special mention is of Doctor Teena Thomas who has excellent hand and knowledge about everything related to gynaecology. Very respectable doctor. Gurunath who is the insurance processing person is also very helpful and always ready to go above and beyond to help.
We are very happy service from the lab we had baby sample collection we areiare little worried but the techinkcion did it in 1 go they did we are so happy and good technician and very polite and maintained good hygiene.
Dr. Teena Thomas is one of the most experienced Gynecologist & Obstetrician and it was a smooth journey throughout the entire process. I am really very happy with the service maintenance pantry and especially nursing staff to name a few Durga, sharmila, bhavani, dhanalaksmi, shilpa, chaitra, they were really great in there service I understood now how difficult the job is. Especial thanks to all the doctor dr vasudev dr vishwa and I am not getting all the names but thanks from room 114 baby of rashmi share the whole feedback for the hospital and staff later currently its the last resort which is billing, i have been to lot of hospitals but here it was very smooth thanks a lot gurunath for timely communication and helping out with all the queries with always a laughing face. Its very rare from a billing department
My wife was the patient of Dr. Aparna Jha and everything was going fine till I told the doctor that I am travelling to my native and have baby in my native. Here’s the game begins. The doctor said you can travel and will provide fitness certificate. When I visited today 3 days before travel date, the doctor is saying I can’t. Asked for the reason, she said There is no complications but I can’t give.flight allow till 34 weeks. Why you have problem even it’s 31 weeks. Now as she perform surgery and want money, they will trick you like this and that too at the end. So that you don’t have any options left. I lost my 31k off my flight ticket. This is called mental torture and if a person dies because of such torture, who is responsible? As a responsible citizen, I will bring such behaviour to health minister of India as well so that others should suffer the same way as how I suffer.

I went for my final growth scan. Though it was a good experience with doctor Preetha Isloor but I have few things that can make the experience even more good. -They booked an appointment for 9: 45 but my turn came at 10: 30. So planning could have been better. Waiting in pregnancy state at Covid times is risky.
My wife delivered our cute little baby girl under the observation of Dr. Aparna Jha on 7th August, 2021. The overall process was smooth and the best part was that the mode was a normal delivery which helped my wife to recover at the earliest. All the doctors, nurses and house keeping staffs were really helpful.
To mention about the cafeteria, not much options for attendants. But Rocky from the cafeteria staffing resources served whatever the foods that we ordered on time and with quality.
I visited Dr Preetha Ilsoor for early pregnancy and NT scan, she is very talented and patiently showed me the baby. She assured that everything is normal and is very polite. When you visit a doctor, you should have that comforting feel and that’s what I got from Dr Preetha and her supporting staffs. Will surely visit her for future scans and also recommend her. Thanks.
Went yesterday out of emergency as my son 1 year old got seizures at home bcoz of fever. Sunday means hospital also leave? Nurses were acting so much not caring for baby at all! Only me and my husband were there and no moral support from nurses.after v admitted in emergency.duty doc itself came late and 3 times they took blood samples.cant find vein and so much blood lost.without any first aid for him! And later when I ask y u took sample which test? They told nothing not required.then y those samples? Not recommended for Sunday visit.also emergency times!
Facility is too good, hygienic and reception staffs are really good in coordinating and lab reports are on time and have great knowledge about all the test. Most recommended hospital for maternity and child
Its horrible! We went there for Covid vaccination for my mother; had to wait more than an hour just to get into billing queue, after another 45 mins in the line paid the bill. Its first come first serve basis, no value to online schedule/appointment. Even if 2 hours of waiting time is ignored, vaccine is provided in basement parking area which is polluted and unhygienic zone. Totally unacceptable staff behavior. Avoid.
Dr. Preetha Isloor performed my fetal anomaly scan and fetal echo scan. She is really nice and explains everything in detail. She was very kind enough to address all my questions regarding the scan. Overall it was a great experience being with her. I would strongly recommend Dr. Preetha.
My wife did the early pregnancy test here with Dr Preethi.she is not at all professional.she is doing the scans like machine not showing any care toward patient and she is very rude while talking to the patient.
Rest all doctors are really good avoid going to Dr Preethi. Deducting 2 star for this doctor only rest all my experience was 5* with the hospital and the facilities available here.
Dr Preetha isloor did my NT scan; initially I was scared but it was comforting; she made me hear the heartbeat of the baby and showed me how the baby was; she never hurried to finish her work rather let me take my own time to have the overwhelming experience! Great doctor!
Perfect hospital for baby and mothers. All nursing staff were good and special thanks to cleaning staff. Doctors are very experienced and took nice care of my wife and baby. Our family could not see baby due to corona restrictions but it will nice to allow at least grand parents who awaited for this precious moments. So need to figure out a way to make moments happier hence one less star.

We were searching for the best hospital around Maraththalli and stepped inside with a lot of confusion as how the journey will be in Apollo Craddle. We met Dr. Teena Thomas and the way she was explaining after each and every scanning, we were able to understand and follow it. Teena was also responding through calls and messages as well. Delivery process went through like a cake walk. Hygiene food, well maintained labour ward and sisters were quickly responding and helping. You can easily trust this maternity hospital and transparent in all the stages. I am thankfull to Apollo Craddle and Dr. Teena (Safe Hands).
I consulted Dr. Aparna Jha during my pregnancy. I had a very good experience with her. She listens to all your doubts very patiently. I had few complications in the end of my pregnancy leading to the possibility of C-section delivery but she tried her best to go for vaginal delivery and finally i delivered a baby girl by normal delivery. In my experience, you can trust Dr. Aparna Jha on making a call between delivering the baby by C-section or Normal. She will make the best decision depending on the situation. Trust your doctor and her voice will give you lot of strength and calmness in the labor room, well that works for me atleast. Strongly recommend Dr. Aparna Jha to consult during your pregnancy. Regarding the hospital services, nursing staff is very good. Hygiene is also very well maintained. They will teach you how to take care of the baby needs. Lactation doctor, nutritionist, physiotherapist, pediatrician will visit you in your room and will guide you for your new journey of parenthood. Nurses were present 24/7 on your call. We had a very good experience with Sister Revathi. She was extremely kind. All in all i can say she was very helpful and motivating during my labor time.
Canteen services were very good. Patient's food was decided by the Nutritionist itself. There was a special lactation diet for the new-mother. Both the quality and quantity of the food was very good.
One of the best thing was the Anti-natal sessions. Sessions were organized in a way to prepare the newly mother about different stages in pregnancy. It helped me alot during my journey of motherhood. From nutrition to exercise to lactation to lamaze, everything was well explained during the sessions. Queries were also answered very well.
Overall would highly recommend Apollo Cradle for their services.
