I had the worst experience with their home collection team. The person with whom I interacted hasn't written the tests properly. He was not clear on what tests should be done through home sample collection and in person visit. Then the person who came for sample collection was in rush to just get the samples and suggested to modify the order later. Now they are not telling the modified amount and simply asking to reschedule to keep in sync with their records. Sad to see labs like this not understanding the actual issue.

All ok good service keep it up technician also very good helps very friendly but one is mistake is there that is washroom kindly maintain that one

Good service excellent. Good ambiance. Very Friendly lab technician and loved the follow up and progress calls. I greatly keep on appreciate on laboratory technician guys. Apollo the quality of your report and your results made itr easy to identify potential problems.

Worst experience from Apollo diagnostics.
1. Incorrect sample collection: I visited the centre for giving sample.it took 1 hour for 4 people. After coming back to home, the person who collected the sample calls me and tells me that in one more vile of sample is required. After long interrogation she told that she collected incorrect samples. (What kind of experience people are they hiering to collect samples, who doesn't know which tube to use to collect sample for required tests). Then she sent some one for collection.
- NON EXPERIENCED. NON PROFESSIONAL.
2. Didn't get report for one of the tests. (Already paid for all test). Then they are not responding. Called customer care, they told me to check with centre itself. The call centre put me on hold and cut my call. Called again and they told me to check with centre itself where I gave samples.
- YOU GUYS CANT MANAGE YOUR FRANCHISE AND DONT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR IT.
NEVER VISIT APOLLO DIAGNOSTICS.
With this level of professionalism, I doubt the accuracy of the reports aswell. I doubt they even hire experience people to take samples.
I really doubt the ethical practices.

No RTPCR though they have listed as walkin centre in the website, it took almost 15 mins to reach the customer care number

It is just a testing center. They collect the blood sample and send it to the different center for report. If you give the sample at morning then at evening you will get the report. No doctor is available.
