The staff is very polite and accommodating, the breakfast served is also good in taste. The rooms are also spacious and clean. Good place to stay when you visit bangalore.

I stayed at Apollo Greens for a period of 3 months.
During my tenure there and after dealing with them, I can state that there is:
1) Zero Professionalism in Records and Accounts Keeping- For companies this is the biggest red flag. Since there is no permanent staff, the bills are made with extreme discrepancies and the management in the intent of keeping money, neither changes the system or accepts their mistake and refunds the money. They overcharged me on the food bill and given me a cumulative bill for 3 months when I had already paid the first month. The bill had amounts that were ludicrous as we already had home cooked tiffin service and we rarely used their kitchen. The management knew we had our own tiffin service. When we asked for the two months break up, the management refused to share the break up, made us run around by saying the cook who was there had left, asked us to share what we thought should be refunded and then flat out refused to pay anything! If their processes and record keeping were transparent and professional, giving the monthly bill break up to the customer would not have been a problem at all! And the excuse of making the customer give the quote and the fact the cook has left – all of this points to poor processes and the intentions of the management of making as much of money as possible and not returning it to the customer even when the amount is completely obvious as completely false!
2) Dubious Accounting Practices and Billing Behaviour: Please ask your employees to make sure the management gives you the bill 24 hours in advance so that you and your employee can vet the bill line by line item. Since they overcharge you and misrepresent items on the bill, you can only change it when you are there and please refuse to pay the bill if any line item seems incorrect or false.in one case they admitted that they had incorrectly billed an item to us but then justified the amount by saying “we actually meant to charge you for x but we wrote y instead but so we wont give any money back. ” I had also told them almost a week in advance that we will be leaving for another country and to prepare the bill so we could vet it and pay it. They never prepared the bill despite my asking to do so! They shared at the very last moment when we had to leave for the airport and that we would get details later and when we received the details, we were shocked! This is extraordinarily unprofessional and dubious behaviour. Their billing system is completely unprofessional and the intent behind billing is shady and dubious. For corporate travellers and HR managers, please look out for other corporate service hotels that have better professional practices. Do not give them your business!
3) Unprofessional and Highhanded Management Behaviour: The management was extremely unprofessional with our representative, literally saying we should be thankful that they did not charge anything extra! Can you imagine after all the mistakes on their part, they should have apologised for such poor customer service and such poor professional practices, they turned around and acted as if we should be grateful to them! The management admitted that they had charged incorrect items on the bill, did not apologise for the extra day they had overcharged, could not give a monthly bill because of dubious accounting practices, overcharged me even when they knew I was taking a home tiffin service and that I had paid for the first month but they were defensive and accusatory and made excuses about the cook that had left and blamed me, and refused to return the money. When the management is of this quality, then no wonder the staff is of poor quality themselves.
4) High staff turnover- No staff there, neither the managers, the cleaning staff or the kitchen staff remains there for any period of time. They leave immediately or are told to leave immediately without notice. This causes chaos and because the staff keeps changing, there are no records kept, no continuity which is all very bad for the customer.

The place was very good and well maintained. The staff was very good at service and they created a friendly space there.

The stay was ok …we don’t get any parking and we parked in the roadside that is also 200 mtrs long…. And also they charged us 35 rs for 500 ml of water which is soo terrible….

The stay at Apollo Greens was very comfortable. We took the luxoury room which had a kitchenette and washing machine. Cooking on the induction cooker was convenient. Staff were very cooperative, humble and provided great service. Breakfast was good. It included one variety of cut fruits and two types of breakfast dishes and tea. They also served omlette at request customised to your taste. Room cleaning was done everyday. Special thanks to Priya, front desk and Gautam, manager for catering to our requirements

Rooms are precious and clean with great comfort. They are providing extra space for kitchen and laundry. Their staff is very humble and cooperative. Hotel manager took care of the travelling which is appreciable. Operating person Priya handled food and front desk operation in best possible ways. Overall very good experience. They just need to add more cooking staff rest they are doing fantastic.

It’s an ideal stay option, coz it’s located near prime areas, but off the main road. The rooms are really large and spacious. The staff is homely and welcoming. Highly reccomend!

As mentioned in their tagline the hospitality was assured. Interiors are beautiful. Clean & well maintained. The food tastes like a home food which is more enough for the breakfast.

Rooms are huge and very helpfull staff, food is nice too. Some times the ground rules change arbitrarily (by the management) but tht is not a deal breaker. The staff goes out of their way to help u as needed. All in all loved my stay for 9 days and wud definitely go back thr again

Overall ok. The manager, surya was very cooperative and accomodating. We arrived late at night and were welcomed in their luxury room. Being next to a flowing drainage, typical smell along with that of a closed hotel rooms lingers all over, although they have balconies. Rooms and bathrooms are massive. Bathroom fittings like taps n faucets can be replaced for a more user friendly ones. Water wasn't as warm as it should be. The balcony in the luxury room wasn't elderly friendly because of a sudden wide obstacle, can be compensated by constructing a 2-way ramp over it. Good for a day or few for working people, not if your visit is leisure. Steep in tarrif given the central location and limited breakfast. Adding a 500 lands you in a 5 star with a buffet breakfast.
