1 star each my two wonderful doctors dr Chidanand and dr cm Nagesh 1 for excellent nursing staff one for the front desk people always alert and polite Administration and organization needs to improve Need more wash rooms and more frequent cleaning I understand emergencies take priority over elective Still making a patient wait for 8 hrs for a day care CAG is not right Need to organize these things No beds in CCU once the orca is over No beds in the ward after consultant advised the shift also So need to increase the bed capacity So on Ao forth All in all it is a good hospital because of its doctors nurses and other staff Average organizing skills though Thank you
Dr Naveen Rao is well qualified plastic and reconstructive surgeon and hand surgeon. He explains all aspects of surgery to the patient. Most caring and good surgeon.he has lot of academic scientific papers to his credit. Very talented surgeon. The supportive staff are kind good persons.

Hospital has very experienced doctors, nurses and housekeeping staff. My mother in law underwent a surgery. It went very well. Very approachable staff. House keeping staffs were very helpful few names to mention (Nanjamani ans Shobha).
I visited the hospital a month ago. My father was getting treated under dr kalpana. He became better but the reason of his illness, they couldn’t find out. She discharged him also . Later after one week again he was not feeling well.then we went to visit the other doctor.then came to know that he was suffering from cancer. Because of the poor health investigations, his treatment was delayed and we suffered also. This is not expected from established hospital like this.

We were tensed and confused when the doctors suggested surgery for my daughter after chemotherapy cycles. We took opinion of few doctors from various hospitals and we were more comfortable with Dr. Srimanth B. S. He listened to our concerns and explained very clearly the options in surgery and its advantages and limitations of each of them. He given an approximate estimate of the surgery (to our relief it came out less than the estimate). He made sure my daughter was well after the surgery and helped in every possible way to avoid post-surgery infections. The doctor was very approachable and friendly. At Apollo Hospital we were very happy, especially with Dr. Srimanth B. S.and his team in SICU, Paediatric Nursing Staff, Physiotherapy and Dietary Team.
Worst experience. I had to travel about 25kms, leaving all our jobs.just to meet a doctor Chitra Ramamurthy. In spite of taking an appointment, she had left without any intimation. And the organization was so irresponsible, they did not even care to inform that the appointment was cancelled. It is incompetence and irresponsibility of the organization for not not taking proper care. Now am scared to refer anyone for any sort of emergencies. Very bad care from such well reputed Hospital.

As, i am from Tamil Nadu many times i m visiting to Apollo hospitals for consultation facing language communication problem in receptions.from reception proper information is not given. Drs nd nurses are good.
Incident happened in the midnight during 2nd wave. Midnight unfortunately no senior doctors in the hospital I believe.
Worst Junior lady doctor in emergency ward. She does not have brain also. Junior doctors there just studied textbooks without exp. They are responsible for death of an innocent life.
They see the patient with eyes and create there own imagination of illnesses. She does not even have a basic sense of using skethoscope to check and examine the patient before coming to conclusions.
Show this comment to all your junior doctors before they spare another life without knowledge and guidance of senior doctors. The doc I am referring to She will realise herself, what she did.
Unfortunately only senior doctors are very excellent.
But please make sure there are senior doctors available during night shift also in the hospital.
Staff are uneducated irritating people, they don't have knowledge of there own offices.

Been here a few times over the years. The hospital is known for professionalism and state of the art facilities. Went here today after booking my Covid vaccination appointment and was told that they have shifted their vaccine drive to Kalyani Kala Mandir nearby. My only gripe is that they could have mentioned that in the appointment confirmation. Apart from that, the whole vaccination process was very smooth.
The hospital stay in Apollo was very delightful. My husband was treated by Dr Satyajit and he did a splendid work. His care and approach was the best. The hospitality was extraordinary. Every time there were people around to answer our queries and help us in every step. Everything went smooth like butter. Very happy to be admitted and treated in Apollo. Dr. RaviRaj undertook successfully the operation of my mother's total knee replacement for both legs in the year 2017 at Apollo speciaity. My experience of the procedure and the consultation thereafter have been very satisfying. My mother has got a new lease of life and has got no complications thereafter. Based on her experience My mother in law also underwent the surgery in 2018 at Apollo Speciality and her recovery was similar. Apollo hospital is the best hospital. Dr. Raviraj is one of the best orthopedic doctor, he makes patient comfortable before and after the surgery, i strongly recommend him. Nursing care also is very good. Food provided was improved a lot, now it is very good.

The hospital is located on the main road of Bannerghatta. The road is currently under maintenance due to work in progress for metro. The hospital is quite big is isolated for public distraction. However parking can be a problem here
Sir, Dr. Sunder Narasimhan, Doctor-Par-Excellence Thankyou Very much from the bottom of my heart for the treatment given by you and your team with regards to saving my leg from getting amputated from diabetes. I had gangrene in my left foot and had a toe amputation at another premiere hospital in Bangalore, but the condition worsened after the toeamputation and my left leg had become black completely and the infection had spread to my knee.
I went to another reputed hospital and there also the doctor said that the lag has to be amputated at least up
till knee.
Somehow I was not convinced and I went to Apollo Hospital to meet Dr. Dwarakanath, and he asked me to meet Dr. Sunder Narasimhan and I believe the good thing started from there. After consultation with Dr. Sunder Narasimhan and his team, we decided to go ahead with the operation. He
assured me that he would in all the possibility do amputation of only toes (even though the situation of leg
was very bad) and not the knee.
The infection was spreading by the time we met the doctor. The doctor immediately did an angiogram and did put a stent which restored the flow of blood.the stent placement was so good that the blackness of the leg went away and leg started looking normal.
After this, the doctor did a toe Amputation and 3toe had to be removed due to gangrene, but he kept his
words and made sure that knee is not amputated.
Dr. Sunder Naasimhan and his team were all very supportive and very muh process oriented and never left
any corner unturned. Today, after about 30days, I am able to walk without any support and the leg seems normal with socks and
shoes on. I would like to convey my heartfelt regards to Dr. Sunder Narasimhan, Dr. Dwarakanath, Dr. Vinay (Infected
disease), and his team for their support. I thank all the team (sorry if I had left name not mentioned) nursing staff and cleaning staff for the

I came to Apollo Hospital Bennergetta for the treatment of my Daughter Lorraine Wolfgang Ephraim. I was received very well by Mr. Abu Bakker Sidique in collaboration with Dr. Vinupa Shetty. The same day we arrived we managed to see the Dr. Prof. Satish Nair. It was a good experience and it made us feel comfortable. After a day or so the patient managed to to go through all the investigation parameters which were placed before the Dr. Prof Satish for his review. He took time to explain to us on the nature of the disease and the possible treatment procedure. He ensured that we fully understood the procedure for our informed decision. The surgery went on well and in every step the Doctors explained to us what was happening. I will not forget the kindness of the beautiful Nurses named Jerry, Saranya and Aparna. They made us feel at home. They were amazingly doing their work professionally without signs of tiredness. They were charming and always came immediately upon calling them. I had time also to meet Dr. Naveenrao who is expert in cosmetic surgery. He is the one who also took charge in the surgery. His advice was well noted. He is a good man. I was admitted last week in L5TA for angiogram, I got the best care from there. Nursing services were excellent. Mr Madhu Naik and his entire team of wonderful staff did an outstanding job in giving care and comfort. Doctors were also good. Altogether had a great experience there. I would recommend this hospital for everyone.
Update 2: Mr Manjunath, the parking lot manager has compensated us. Thank you Mr Manjunath. Head of Security, Mr Sundaram is also to be appreciated for his support. (Parking lot experience has been traumatic. Our car was badly damaged on the 5th of March 2021 by the attender. Hospital authorities washed their hands off the matter. We are still trying to get some compensation from the parking lot manager. VISITORS.kindly take care)

Today I got jabbed against Covid 19 pandemic, along with my wife, at Apollo Hospitals, Bannerghatta Road, Bengaluru. Being senior citizens we are amazed at the extremely courteous treatment meted out to us. It's hassle free, painless and extremely comfortable of the highest order. It's all over in just 3 minutes. This pleasant experience will be lingering in our hearts for a long time
I came here for MICS. I had a very good experience with the Doctors and other staff of this hospital. They are friendly caring and supportive. My Husband who had a very nice experience at Apollo hospital BG road for her surgery and recovery, Sisters took him nice care especially I would really appreciate the services provided by Sis Anumol Thomas throught out his recovery which help him a lot and he is now doing good, i gave some areas of improvment in feedback form and hope it will be more better for next one- keep it up! Doctors are good. But the staff especially one of the x-ray guy has peculiar attitude.he has no humanity. The hospital should seriously send him for counseling to learn how to treat patients with empathy.

And in 3 day of my asmission i witnessed horrible things at apollo bannerghatta hospital. Literally its like semi govt hospital & soo congested, no clean bathrooms, stinking smell all over th ward and who given JCI & NANH standars to this govt hospital. Pls pls never go to this hospital u wont feel good & at th end u ll be surprised by masive bill Only money making concept & general wards are similar to cow sheds
I have been to Apollo hospital Bangalore, Since my father is not keeping well and the doctors in the emergency ward they are not even treating the patient and they just denied to check patient. This is not the good way to treat the patient. Even in OPD I waited for 4 hours there was no proper response.
This is the worst Apollo hospital I've visited. The doctors may be experts and the treatment maybe great, but the team that handles the insurance relations is truly incompetent. For a 15 minute procedure, we've been here for more than 12 hours with no updates, more than the team, we had to follow up and request status from the Apollo team, and despite complaints and escalation, the issues are still not resolved. If you're paying a premium for your insurance already and expect a better cashless experience, choose any other hospital than this Apollo branch.
If you're still not convinced, ask anyone who's had a first hand experience with the Apollo's local insurance team.

Horriable Hospital.i had a very bad experience with this hospital.we went for Capsule Endoscopy for my mother, When i asked for expences then they told me to it will cost max 45k including all (bed charge for one day). We planned to get admit for 28th june 2019, we went hospital to get admit but we have to wait more that 6 hour to get bed.after getting bed they have started the process and it got completed 29 th morning 6 o clock. At the time of discharge they gave me a bill of 83k.when i asked for clarification then they told me that u have to pay this much of amount.this is our charge, if you will not pay will will not allow to leave the patients.i am requesting you all people plz avoid this hospital.thsi hospital is for maney making not for tratment.

Horrible service. I had done a eye check up on Friday and they promised that they would send the report by mail and I called them 15 times and their phone doesn't connect and finally when I reached them there is no record of my test itself and they hung up the phone asking me to call on Monday to find even if I ever conducted a test there.shame on such a big hospital
Apollo a horrible hospital my father was admitted on 9th April 2019 as his sugar level went down very low it's been 3 days now we still don't have any information on if he's OK or stable there is too much of ignorance with the staff and doctors don't bother to inform about the patients condition.
I'm still not sure when he my father will be moved to general ward. I believe it's a money minting hospital.
Security acts as if the attenders are criminals.
Facilities like toilet are very bad, cleaning the toilet takes 1 to 2 hour so u have to wait till they complete the cleaning.
Insurance - There was one guy in insurance he was so rude i asked for a pen the guy told we don't have pen u need to get it. Is this the way to treat a customer.
There is only one echo machine in this entire hospital, as per the staff when enquired and the waiting of old and suffering of patients is endless. The wait is disgusting.
Apollo hospitals had taken care very well for my wife & son. The journey with Apollo was extremely happy. Ms. Nikhat madam was extremely helpful in all the aspects. Highly recommend for this Entire chain of Apollo team. Mr. Rafiq was also helpful. &Peter had done his good job. Dr. Gokulnath & his team of Doctors were Excellent. Over all the best hospital.
The treatments may be good, but the hospitality part sucks. They don't have the basic courtesy to deal with a patient. When I was admitted, there was an old man making a lot of noise and when I complained about it to the nurse, she was like it's not her problem, deal with it on your own. And the day before, I was hitting my minimum platelet count and the nurse did not bother to tell me until I asked her about transfusion.
It's more like a corporate setup than hospital. More lower level staff than docs. Every counter has so many attendants to collect consultation fee, lab fee, billing fee. Money matters more than any thing. Docs spend v less time with patients. Sometimes not even a minute for a 700 inr consultation. Was told to get new born screening done for my baby. It is 2.7k. But such thing was not done for my first kid who was born in apollo hospital only. They want to squeeze as much money as possible. Pity poor people who come without options in small hospitals for treatment. All said and done, the hospital is having all facilities, good docs etc. No denying that. But it pains when noble profession like that of doctors is used to make money for corporate houses. May be it's my ranting, but just wanted to spill out what I really felt and observed.
Had to wait in front of emergency for more than half an hour with the patient at 7 AM. No one cared to attend. A doctor turned down my request to attend the patient as everyone were super busy. Things have changed drastically in Apollo.
Making me do unnecessary tests to make money. What is asked is never done? The moment they figured mine is a mandatory case, they started tking me for a ride. Good thing I took the initial reports and the company doctor saw the results n approved. 20k saved.
Shameful Corporate Hospital, starts their money greed from the entrance gate itself by charging parking charges. Anyways it's a looting business they addressed themselves after starting their devoted job at high earning expectations. Thank God! Got realized at the entrance itself and escaped ourselves by taking Uturn today morning from the entrance.
Most of the junior doctors and nurses do not know Kannada. It's difficult for aged who cannot converse in English. This may lead incorrect procedure as well. Canteen and food is Average. We feel as if we are in other state. Surgeons are excellent.
