Call center people doesn't hve information which doctors visit what time in apolo kundalahalli clinic. I wanted to consult dr supreeth, ortho. Call center informed me doc is available at 7pm to 9pm. I came to clinc and waited in queue to give 700rs consultation. When my turn came reception is telling dr is coming at 8pm. Some other doc is there, which i didnt want to consult. You people are doing national waste. It is 100% national waste of people time. I dont hve any hope tht it will be rectified here. As the clinic is very near to home, and docs r available apart from office timing will visit only on emergency.

They don't have any queue management. People need to wait for 30 mins just to get the billing done after then they need to wait for another hour for consultation
Why can't you take the charge online and when patient visit here they will take the token

Niranjan sir is really good at his work. Blood samples were collected from home without any hassle.

I consulted Dr. Santosh (pulmonologist) for my chest pain and a persistent cough. He not only listened to my issues patiently but also explained my condition and treatment plan in a way I could easily understand. I highly recommend this doctor to anyone seeking top-notch pulmonary care.

This branch has really great Doctors but Worst management experience.
They get appointment booked and once payment is done, they continuously postponed it by days saying doctor is unavailable. If the fix a day also, doctor is again not available and this is not even informed in prior to the patient by management, so the appointment gets delayed again.
Because the management is not reachable, once you call it's general customer care service then you get to know the status, sadly that the doctor is again unavailable and they themselves have no clue how to reach the doctor or the management to confirm available date for appointment. Customer care service also ask for double payment to get another appointment or keep telling to call next day to know status.
Really didn't know this issue could happen with reputed clinics like Apollo.

Good lab facility. Niranjan helped me with the home blood sample collection while we were sick.

Worst experience, we booked appointment online, reached the centre, got to know doctor is not there that day. They gave me an appointment for next day, next day after reaching again had to stand in queue to again take the appointment. Doctors timings were 8.30 to 9.30 and she reached around 9.35.
No prior appointments, doctor are not at all punctual. Very bad experience from Apollo.

Today I had an online appointment with neurology at 1.10 pm now itz 2.40 pm still no doctor showed up.very worst service

This clinic is very friendly though reception has quite a commotion due to crowd. Once token is received process is smooth. Harathi sister has been extremely patient and helpful through the medical check up.

The service was super fast with great staff assistance. Thanks to Nurse Harthi for sweet guidance. She was extremely patient with us.

Services and process is Very Good and Harathi help me well and she make the patients very comfort.

Met Dr Swapnil Gaha (Gynaecologist) for a lump over my thigh which she handled very professionally. She checked me thoroughly and diagnosed it as folliculitis. Also provided medication and solved all my queries pertaining to the lump. I would recommend her to all the ladies out there.

Clinic lacks basic patient co-ordinations, Visitors are left on their own post initial registration.

The experience of the health checkup has been very smooth and the staffs were really helpful and kind to help at each stage.

I booked an appointment through call center.
But when I went to the clinic on time i was told all appointments were cancelled/rescheduled.
No prior intimation about the cancellation. I wish I could give 0 star

No COVID protocols are followed. They do not change sheets even after request. Ask everyone to lay down on the same examination bed.

During Full Health Check-up on Weekend, they do not inform about the availability of the doctors while you check-in, once initial tests are done they say doctors are gone & now come back in evening or book for some other day for consultation. They expects to stay in hospital from morning 8: 30 till evening 8: 30 or otherwise go & come back as if travelling 18kms in Bangalore is so easy.

Blood Tests - terrible crowd gathered in the morning due to only one junior lady taking samples, after chaos they added one more person which helped later on.

One of the lady at reception is pretty rude. Other staff in examination rooms are polite & good.

Please improve, we are paying & coming. Value for others time as well, you are not treating people for free.

I was apprehensive because of the heavy crowd, but was pleasantly surprised by how efficient the front desk was (not registration, the one on the side) as well as the lab technician (Sindhu I think her name was) for my TMT. They were both extremely nice and efficient at the same time.

I had been here for a full body general check-up the experience was good! Really friendly staff, special thanks to Manju for being extra patient and answering all my queries! You might end up paying a bit extra compared to other hospitals but the service is worth it.

Very good center. You can get all medical services under one roof. Staff and doctors are very professional and very helpful. So must visit for any treatment or any medical test

The total body check up packages are very nice and the faculties are very supportive and help the public very good. The X-Ray person speaks politely and support very good. Overall faculties are excellent.

I had visited the center for my Covishield 2nd dose. The sister there was so good that I didn't feel the pinch of injection.

Staff are good but it takes little long time to complete all test, and it could be better if they could provide breakfast as there are no near by hotels to have breakfast for taking remaining test, overall it's good

Don't trust this place for your health. Completely run by inexperienced and rude staff who don't know how to work in a hospital.
I had to follow up multiple times to get reports and finally when I got, some important tests were missing. The counter guy carelessly responds it might be costly (Rs2700). There is no duty manager also available for complaint.

It was a very good experience in the apollo clinic marathali, bengaluru. The process for every checkup is very systematically arranged and organised. It was my first time experience in the TMT process. The clinic is really very hygienic.
Over all it was a very great experience.

The technician did the job nicely, there was no much and he followed the right techniques so that my mom doesn't feel the pain

I had very high fever symptoms 102° for covid and consulted doctor in this clinic and as suggested did RTPCR test and waiting for results for next 4 days and there was no response or any reports available online to know the results, I was assuming it should be negetive due to which it's taking time to upload results. But my condition getting worst even after taking tablets prescribed by doctor. We consulted another doctor and he said test results shouldn't take more than 4 days. We visited clinic in person and enquiried about results and found it was Covid positive and results were not published online it was just kept in their system upon asking why positive results were not shared they casually replied forgot to update. People are literary dying with disease and staff here are so casually telling forgot.people stay away from this clinic if you really care about your life. Because of this delay I had to get admitted to private hospital and take treatment spending 3 lacs. If they would have shared the positive results next day when it was available with them so many complications could have been avoided. It was life threatening disease not just fever.

Worst Clinic. They don't even give a receipt. Good luck trying to connect their call center or the phone number mentioned.

This review is based on our experience with gynaecologist
doctor Aparna Jha. I took appointment for my daughter as she was having fever a day before and this is a combination we observed regulararly in her due to other gynaenic problems. The reason for consulting this time is get proper test done. It is basic common sense for a doctor to check vitals first and inquire history of the patient given the condition. Who would want to get listen from a doctor that is not their job to check all this. Without even allowing us to completely explain the history and current condition of the patient, how can a doctor gets panic by just listening a word fever and advise to get covid test done? We were told we are putting her at risk, in such case where is the guarantee that treating doctor is covid negative? It is not about that doctor has asked for covid test, it is all about receiving and able to analyse as firsthand information. This kind of few doctors take away the trust on such big hospital names.

I have taken Covishield from Apollo Medical Center, Kundanahalli. We are pleased to express our thanks and gratitude for Ms. Sarah and Ms Sindhu madam for their dedicated and quality service.

Got my Covishield vaccination done here on 6th May 2021. After paying Rs. 850 for the vaccination, I asked for the payment receipt as my company does reimburse the vaccination fee. I was told that medical center will not give any receipt and was asked to contact Apollo Clinic via phone/e-mail for the same. Later, I tried contacting the Apollo Clinic via phone as well as e-mail addresses provided. But, there was no response at all. Deserves negative rating for this unprofessional behaviour.

Please don't visit this center especially if you think about any blood test. We went on 2nd April 2021 and gave our blood sample for CBC, THYROID, HORMONE and URINE. But because of irresponsibility staff, the entire sample were lost by them. When we asked initially, we were informed that report were not ready but after few mins got to know that blood sample were lost by them. After multiple following up with them, there was a person came to my house to collect the sample but till now (04th April 2021), there is no response from their side. Now we are hopeless not sure to whom we will co-ordinate. Please think multiple time if you go to that center.

Doctors are not available here Dermatology dept, but simply they are booking appointment. Ofter visiting the hospital they are saying doctors are not available and not picking the call. Today I have visited two times Ofter booking the appointment but not available doctors.

I am trying to contact Apollo for Covaxin dose-2 [58 yrs] from 2 days. No one is responding to the call. Can someone please assist me in getting the vaccine.

Had a great experience (Medical test & Covid vaccination) with Apollo Clinic Kundanahalli. Infrastructure is good & staff (Sobha) are very supportive.

We had gone there for the RTPCR test as a precautionary measure. I felt the organisation of the huge queue, billing and sample collection was really well managed and maintained the social distancing.

I would like to give a huge shout-out to Ms. Shobha who single handedly managed the billing assistance, sample collection and then follow up for the SRFID generation.

She also helped me and my friend for the home sample collection during these testing times. She went beyond her duty to help us whereas everyone else was not even answering the phones.

Even I received very positive feedback from my friend of his interaction with her and how helpful she was during the entire conversation.

Went for a scheduled Covishield dose for 45+ age, which was booked via Cowin. Slot was 1-4PM, so, went there by 12: 45PM. There is parking available inside the premises for a few cars. Token has to be collected from the frontdesk before proceeding to the vaccination centre in the adjacent building. There was no rush. Staff were professional and helpful.

Apollo Service for our family is extremely good. Dr Shekar, his associates, lab technicians & Radiology departments kind service helped us to navigate through our health related issues easily.

Great experience with Covid vaccination here. This was really a good as it can get. They checked blood pressure and oxygen saturation before vaccinating, showed us the vaccine bottle before drawing the vaccine in the syringe, and rechecked oxygen saturation after the observation period before letting us come back home. Special mention for the co-ordinators Divya and Bhupati, and the vaccination staff Sriman, Sushree, Sindhu and Manju. There was a system issue where 2 out of the 4 certificates didn't get generated, and Divya and Bhupati followed it up to get the issue fixed. Overall, it was an extremely nice experience. Thank you all!

This post is regarding the experience in Apollo Medical Centre, Kundanahalli. I went there for the first time to consult a doctor. The consulatation was for my mother who has undergone a surgery 3days back. Firstly I was told that doctor will be there till 7: 30pm. Once I reached hospital at 7pm, they told there are 13patients before me, and I have to wait for an hour. As my mother was unable to sit up for an hour, I requested the reception guys to arrange the consultation quicker. They told her to sit in another room, where the attendants were busy chitchatting. She was made to lie down, nobody even switched on the fan, the beds were extremely unhygienic. One attendant informed the doctor that there was an emergency and asked us to wait for 10min. Doctor kept on seeing patients, after 15min I asked again, this is when a reception guy comes and starts misbehaving that I am being unreasonable and I should have come earlier and created a scene. Firstly she had a surgery, I came according to my convenience. If there was a problem they could have told me beforehand that I should come earlier, as I have called them in the morning and came.
My question is you run a medical centre, and this is how you behave with patients. I would never go to Apollo Kundanahalli. I have been to other Apollo centres, they are far far better. Horrible experience I would say.

Very uncoordinated, non-responsive and under-trained staff work at this branch. I have been here a few times in the last 6 months, and each time the staff at this branch appeared very immature in their processes.the call center & this branch dont understand each other, and communicate completely different things. There doesnt seem to be any standard procedures that this branch follows which other branches also follow.

The boy at the cash receiving counter was uncooperative and unhelpful. The lady sitting on Enquiry was very helpful. Moreover the rtpcr testing lady Shobha was excellent and take care of the elderly people as if they are their own. We want her success in life

Nicely maintained reception and doctor's chambers.clean and hygienic specially during covid times they are taking precautions properly.washrooms are not that maintained.needs proper care specially in covid times.

This is based on my experience today. Purely business mind. And doctors are also trained to screw the patient brutally. I have walked in for a minor fracture in my hand. First of all if for first time they will charge 100 additional + consultation (unfortunately I paid all). The doctor who attended me desperate me stating it as complicated. He told I can recover my small fracture min of 3 months may I need to go for surgery. Next he took me for plastering my hand which they suppose to charge 5000 to 6000. I have left their simply with out doing it. With help of my friends I have consulted with other reputed orthopedist Their I have charged only 1430 altogether with simple plastering and consultation. And I am feeling better now. Happy with the right decision which I took

Sister Sindhu was smart enough to remove it without any sedation or Anesthesia or any tools.

Earlier we took our child who's ear stud was stuck in the earlobe (partially) to one of the reputed hospital in Whitefield.where the ENT Dr told to carry out surgery with General Anesthesia/Deep Sedation and 2 day hospitalization,

Excellent swift service provided for COVID vaccination for elderlies. Got my father vaccinated within 15 minutes (30 mins observation time excluded). Great service restores confidence of elderlies who are very nervous getting the vaccine. Thanks much!

Guys don't visit this Center, they are just looting our hard money and moreover this so called specialist Dr. Rajendra and others don't know what is professional.

It's just showing corporate culture but nothing inside.

I have visited on 19th Feb'21 this center for just cold fever, but instead of checking and consulting, they said need blood test, covid-19 test, urine test and so on and so forth, just looting innocent patients.

So I have decided to visit any near by local clinic, that doctor gave cold and fever tablets and now I have recovered completely for just Rs. 200/- comparing Apollo hospitals Rs. 600/- for nothing!
