Nurse Lovely is really great. She made sure I am comfortable before starting the test. Overall great experience.

Great experience with the TM test, where TMT technicians Ms. Lovly has assisted during the test. She is so humble and caring, throughout the test she is keeping us engaged and providing all necessary informations.

Pls avoid this place, sharing after multiple visits to this place - once they rescheduled our appointment 15 mins after the appointment time and we were already at the centre, all trouble of taking our kid in the rain there. No apology.this was for Dr vijaylakshmi. No call no prior intimation. Highly irresponsible. Also for another appointment - very rude behaviour from sister Alice when I asked a query. She asked me to leave just like that. Also will make you buy costly tests. Pls avoid this centre.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

We had a horrible experience at this centre today and had to escalate the matter to the concerned government departments.

We had booked for our Vaccination at the hospital and reached there within the allocated slot time. To our shock, the front desk Staff informed us that 'They won't be able to provide vaccines until they get a group of 10 people'. While we understand that vaccine wastage is a factor to be considered, the hostile way the centre handled the situation is totally UNACCEPTABLE. We tried reaching out to the manager of the center, who came across extremely rude and was only worried about the commercial aspects of 'the business'. He told us that irrespective of whatever time we have booked for our vaccination, we have to come hours early so that they can 'combine enough people'. We called the Appollo hospitals customer care who inturn asked the staff to administer the doses- but the front desk staff started shouting back at the custoner care team, saying they do it differently there. The staffs were so rude and focused on arguing with all of us (4 different patients), that for a moment this establishment DID NOT RESEMBLE ANYTHING LIKE A HOSPITAL, let alone a place where the sick are to be cared for.
While the whole Nation is rallying for maximum vaccination, places like this which is more focused on making money out of the drive than the cause itself, should be controlled/corrected to good effect.

If the attitude and demeanor of the Staff here is of any indication of how this centre is run, then I strongly urge everyone to reconsider visiting this place - if you are really in need of any care.

Its Worst Service than a Govt Hospital. Specialy dont book Vaccination appointment here. Vaccination start from 9am if u got token 10 @ 9am, u will get vaccination at 1pm. That much of speed working staff.

Since 6, years I am coming to applo staff Drs are very good.i have given blood for test, Asha is amazing, I didn't even realize when she had taken blood for many test.thank you very much.

They don't value Patient's time. Give fake appointments and once you visit them without consultation with doctor ask you for consultation fee. After paying the consultation fee you will got to know that you took appointment but now doctor is not in mood to check you and in hurry to leave.
Unprofessional doctor with unprofessional staffs. If Doctor is not in a mood to check then why staffs are giving the appointment and taking consultation fee. Never recommend anyone specially for dermatology doctor.

Be Careful, i went there for covid vaccine and as I'm traveling.i was not aware that Co vaccine is not valid if you are travelling out of state or out of country. But the receptionist did not inform me on this and i have paid amount for Co Vaccine, which i was not aware of.so i again paid 650 rs for covi shield.the receptionist said they will refund the co vaccine amount 1400rs into my account in 15days, its been 1 month i still haven't received that 1400rs. They are cheating people like this.without giving the money back. Beware guys!

Visited the clinic for Covid vaccine jab. The staff was very polite and helpful, and especially I would like to thank "Ajay Kumar Mishraji", is a gem of a person. I would definitely recoomend this clinic.

We had a very bad experience when my mother in law went to get vaccinated today. We were made to wait in walk in queue though we had appointment from COWIN website. Management was poor when for vaccination program.

Pathetic service, never go to this clinic if you are doing covid test for travelling purpose, they promise me to give results within 72 hours and it's been more than 4 days i didn't even get results till now and my travel plan got screwed. Whenever I call the reception they lady always say results will come today at 3pm, 4pm but results never come out and they kept on giving the same response for 2 days. I was also charge 1,300 they have added home collection charges even though I went by myself to clinic and did test. Unless you want to be screwed in airport don't ever go there. If there is an option to give 0 star I will definitely rate zero this clinic doesn't even deserve 1 star.

Unreliable site for the Covid-19 vaccination. Despite a confirmed booking, the clinic cancelled at the last minute. No reason given. No alternate booking. I must go through the entire rigmarole to re-book, and it could be cancelled again, with minimal notice.

It was awesome experience for my blood Test. I didn't scare while Asha Sister was taken blood sample. She did so monthly, it didn't even pain. Thanks to her for friendly environment.

I took Second dose of COVID19 vaccine here. Karpagavalli, a registered nurse, maintained good IPR and performed good technical skills during vaccine administration. She practiced good standard precautions during vaccine administration. I really appreciate her professionalism.

I had an appointment at 6PM. I reached at 5: 45. The receptionist asked me to wait for 15-20 minutes. I have been waiting for last 1 hour and the doctor hasn't come. What's the point of taking an appointment if you aren't going to respect the time of others.

I could have gone to a government hospital if I wanted to wait for an hour to meet the doctor.

I think staff do not the process clearly and they are not empathetic at all towards patients. Nobody had a clear idea about my reports and they have not shared my reports yet. This kind of service not at all expected from corporate clinic Apollo. Overall I had a very bad experience with this clinic.

Apollo Clinic in Koramangla has a very good lab technician staff. LAB technician Asha and Poonam are very courteous and very professional in their approach, completed all the tests without any hassles.

I first went to apollo spectra koramangala and they denied saying they don’t have tie up with the provider then I went to this Center and the lady at 1st floor reception assisted me in a nice way. Blood samples were taken by Asha and she was nice and explained everything as well as the doctor at physio room no. 24 explained me everything what to do and what kind of exercise should I perform. All the staffs are nice and polite. Recommend to everyone. Keep the good work

I'm a regular customer to Apollo koramangala. Dr. Prasanna is an awesome physician. When my mom went to clinic she went in wheelchair and he made her to walk in 15 day's. Thanks to all over there made us like homely feel.
Under one roof there are many services and many specialist are available. Good service

Very friendly staff but I think height machine is not proper I feel. I have checked at other places it is around 163 CMS but here I find it as 157 CMS not only me even my friend faced same issue with height pls kindly check the issue.

Very helpful and friendly staff. The annual health checkups are very well coordinated through monitor and tokens. It has good TMT facility as well.

Dr. Kamath is great but the appointment system is totally mis-managed. They give appointments over the phone and then make you wait saying no appointment is honored. Ridiculous! Even the waitlist management at the front desk is managed very poorly - with handwritten notes and constantly changed by the waiter at his own whims. Clinic management take note and cleanup your act. Implement a simple token system and stop giving appointments over the phone and mislead people.

Pathetic system. It seems they do not have any system to record the details and requests. I registered a request for home collection of blood sample giving all details like address, contact details etc. I got a confirmation message from Apollo Clinic that some one will come to collect the blood samples between 7.30 am to 8am but no one came to collect it and there was no track of this. To my surprise when I called the clinic they said they don't know the details of this request and asked me to share the details again. Also no1 at the clinic is tracking the completion of the requests. In this world of technology, I am surprised how this vast clinic is running without a proper technology and customer service at place.

Had visited Apollo clinic, koramangala for my annual health check up. Excellent services especially by Mrs lovely sister. I was doing my TMT cardiac stress test for the first time, she was so helpful, explained the process well and the importance of having a good healthy diet. Had a brilliant experience. Kudos to the team!

Don't come here if you have to get ultrasound done. While the doctor is friendly, the staff outside managing the queue is unsympathetic and doesn't understand how to respond to patient's query.

I've been coming here for dressing, sister Lovely has been attending me and I am very satisfied the way she dresses the wound.

Had been there for a swasth life health check package. It gone done quite efficiently and was done with multiple ultrasounds without delays. The receptionist Helen was very efficient and helpful.

I visited this centre for my pre employment medical checkup. Usually companies had tie up with Apollo, just mention the name, they will tell you the package of that company and good to undergo test there itself. They will generate a list of tests to be done and token will be given. You will get a call and test will be done. All tests are done in 1st floor.
If your company is NOT listed in their system, then you have to do the mentioned tests individually there. If your next employer suggests you to do the following tests: Blood grouping, blood sugar, ECG, chest Xray and Urine routine, then it will cost you around 1800. Staffs were very well behaved and helped me to understand all the package. I am not sure, if fitness certificate is provided with additional cost as some employers require that too.

Lap tests are very Costlier and no more proper arrangements for taking tests on weekend's.
Anyone come and go for tests. People have to wait for long time they have to wait till end of the day.

Doctors are good but take care while checking BP. Automatic machine sometimes show on higher side and it will be wrong. Suggest BP check with mechanical pumping machine only
